01/27/25. Welcome to the start of week 4 Things are moving along well. Both the girls have done some nice growing the past few days. Have finally had a little warmer of temperatures. Still not where I’d like it, but I’ll take it. Watered yesterday, slowly, until I got a little run off. They did get food at 2.5 ml across 3 parts. I increased the calmag (1) and silica (2) as well. They have 4 nodes now and I will top them as soon as there’s 5. I was a dumb dumb and left my measuring tape inside the flower tent and lights are off so I’ll have to come back tomorrow and update that. #1 is still a very yellow/light green. She’s been that way since birth lol. She’s growing just fine and seems happy still. I’m not sure why she’s the color she is. #2 appears to be darker green as usual. She’s grown quite a bit and is pretty similar in size now to 1. Update: 01/29/2025-soil was pretty dry so watered both again with food. Also measurement update and pictures added. 01/31/25- topped and plain watered. Ciao ragazzi e bentornati qui con me e l albero di Limoni!!!😉 Questa settimana si conclusa magnificamente da un lato e male dall altro. La pianta numero 1 è la più forte e grande, davvero grande!💪 La numero 2 e giusta per la sua età, nella media diciamo, ma la numero 3 mi preoccupa un po. 🤔È rimasta troppo piccola e le foglie sono chiare e brutte, come raggrinzite in certi punti. Speriamo si riprendi lei!🤞 Ho applicato LST sulla pianta numero ¹ perché è la più resistente e mi darà sicuramente grandi soddisfazioni. Alla numero 2 ho aperto solo i rami laterali per dargli una forma a candelabro, ma lascerò che cresca dritta senza stravolgere la struttura. La numero 3 invece ho solo aperto 2 rametti perché stava un po soffocando, ma cercherò di stressare lei il meno possibile!👍 Ho bagnato loro tutta settimana con il mix di nuts NPK, ma ho aggiunto un po di cal/mag extra nel giorno 20 per cercare di risolvere i problemi alla numero 3.👌 Eh niente! Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend. Good week for the Red Hot Cookie, she is probably the smallest of the 5 strains, but she looks green and healthy, Day 3 from getting wet. I did start prepping the Coco Coir today by flushing down to .4 EC and then soaking in water with an EC of 2.0 with Cal Mag and a PH of 6.8. I will let it soak until the seedlings are ready to be transplanted hopefully by next weekend or shortly thereafter. The weather in my region is perfect for cultivating seedlings as it is fairly hot and humid and I only have the Spectrum X running at 30% so it is not putting out much heat and I also have a humidifier running in the tent on low which is maintaining a RH of around 68%. I also have the AC Infinity fan kick on here and there just to keep some fresh air in the tent but no real issues with heat. I have run several Sweet Seeds Auto Strains in the past with excellent resutls, but this is my first run of one of their photoperiods so I am excited to see what she can do. I plan to build a mainline and flip as soon as all 5 mainlines are built, hopefully around week 7. This Medic Grow light is perfect for a 5X5, and the AC Infinity 8" exhaust does an excellent job of keeping the tent cool. I will set up an auto feeding system which consists of a reservoir, and some 1/2" tubing that is hooked to a submersible pump in the reservoir and set to feed for 1 minute every 6 hours through halo feeders connected to ball valves to adjust the flow. The runoff then flows via gravity to a 5 gallon bucket in the tent with a shallow pan condensate pump that pumps the runoff out of the tent when it gets above 3 inches to another reservoir. I have been growing fruit and vegetables for over 40 years and I have recently switched to high frequency fertigation in Coco Coir for my tomatoes as well, as I believe this growth medium combined with this technique is the safest, most environment friendly, and foolproof method of getting monster yields no matter what crop you are growing, and I have seen massive results in both cannabis and tomatoes. My goal is to have these ladies transplanted by around day 14-17, and have the first toppings done within 48 hours or so of transplant. I hope everyone has a safe and peaceful weekend. Day 56-63 (Day 5F-12F) (Day 6) Water retention is still a big issue in this soil, even with the reduced amendments, loose compaction and added perlite. Pots just aren’t drying out fast enough and I still need to water in enough to reach the bottom. I wish I had some flood trays for this exact reason so I could bottom water instead. (Day 9) I’m going to try running 2 liters of water through each pot until I see a good amount of runoff on each plant. Maybe the nutrient content of the soil is just too high. If this doesn’t work, I got nothing. Plants are drooping like crazy but that’s not surprising as I just flooded them. I’m going to turn on the carbon filter to clear out the humidity a lot faster. Over the next few days I’m going to let the filter suck the life out of this tent until it’s bone dry. If I start seeing deficiencies arise from my minor flush, I will foliar feed some 1-1-1 kelp and some 3-0-0 calmag. I highly doubt I will see any deficiencies but it doesn’t hurt to plan ahead. (Day 11) Ladies responded well to that heavy watering which is a little surprising honestly. The pots are still soaked and super heavy but they seem to be happy. (Day 12) I’m really not seeing any well defined bud sites which is not a good sign at this point. I have never grown under HPS and have never flowered a true 10 week strain so it could just take a little longer in early flower. So far I’m unimpressed

Heavy defoliation the day before the photos were taken. Will leave alone now to stack and mature for a month. Feed regularly. *(If anyone has seen the little blue heater that I use in the room in one of the photos or videos, I noticed a tiny LED on the side. Since it was daylight when I tested the heater and it's so small, hadn't noticed that it turns on when the heater is activated. It is red and I think that it's intermittent off/on/off during flowering was having an effect on the plants on the right side where the light is. Put duct tape over the light and hopefully, that's that, although if the element inside glows red and lights up the room, I may have to deal with it).

It’s week 2 already. Week 2 is maybe, maybe, the most important week of the plants life. Time to turn the humidity down based on the temperature your room holds, with as much light as you can create. Now is also the time to introduce co2…as long as your humidity and temperature is right and there’s LOTS OF LIGHT. Co2+light=photosynthesis, and in a perfect world your temp is 78 degrees, humidity 50-55%. These are the only things that matter now. These plants are killing it right now growing visible amounts in just a few days. Every thing was pulled off the plant that is under the netting. While the plants were stretching everything was forced back under the net for the 1st 10 days of flower. Then everything is allowed to grow vertically for the rest of flower. At the end of week 2 is super important. I let the plants dry all the way out. If you think they are dry, wait another day. This is to get as much oxygen to the root zone as possible. Then I flush the plants with 1.0 EC that consists of 50ml/10gal cal mag, 50ml/10gal of sturdy stalk(potassium silicate) and 50ml/10gal of canna pk13/14. Canna pk13/14 is the only non Emerald Harvest product I’ve used in the last 3 years. After the dry out/1.0ec flush of the plants we push the plants with daily 2.0ec feedings until it’s time to flush with fresh water the last week or so of its life. Started the week with a big mid flower feed with NFTG. Also tried to defoliate some leaves blocking some light. She is growing tall for sure. 3 ft tall. Her buds are forming real well ! love this plant. Plenty growth shown on most plants, unfortunately we lost 3 to slugs ate every node on the plants so they been pulled. Will put some autos in replace of them. Topped a few this week to try get them bushed out. Had a good feed of grow, hopefully this slug pellets will keep them at bay and they will be stress free. That’s all this week! Happy growing🌱

Day 88, 30th of October 2020: I am just back from my holiday my friend looked after her really nice the 4th week already and buds are coming nicely along.... Great to see this beautiful lady very stinky by the way.... Smell is strong...🤪 She is very nice.... ;) I removed some leaves getting pointless to be as she focuses more on the buds.... Those leaves were removed from the top mostly.... Now she gets one day extra darkness and but previously she had more dark hours than 12 hours because she was removed in the morning and back in the evening because she is in the tent with other plants and they are in veg now....🤪🤣🤣 I just started changing the schedule for those as well so from tomorrow no need to remove her and putting back.... ;)

Non riesco più ad aggiornare il diario come sempre comunque è stata una settimana bellissima! Ogni varietà sta completando le fioritura in maniera abbondante. Infiorescenze dure e molto resinose si formano in ogni parte delle piante. Sembrano tutte XXL di dimensioni! Molto profumate ogni varietà ha il suo raffinato aroma, non manca molto alla fase finale della fioritura. Sono felice di ogni varietà, complimenti a chi le ha create! Un abbraccio a tutti
