9/2 allowin showing colors finally, getting purple I some fanleaves, she's smelling super sweet like berries 9/4 she's getting so so frosty. Shes growing/budding like a typical sativa. Super Long slender nugs with ridiculous amounts of frost/crystals covering all surrounding sugar leaf. Yet still small and slender actual bud formation. I am very impressed by the resin production so far though. (Sativas always look Impressive(crystals) but lack actual bud structure) Watered and introduced beastie bloomz to the mix instead of open sesame. Hoping to pack on extra weight. On a side note: the clone from this plant is flowering as well. I have limited the addition of most nutrients besides what was already in the soil. Its cool to note that the clone that hasnt been fed flowering nutes like the mother plant has, is lacking in smell, color and resin production, in comparison between feeding with open sesame vs not feeding besides water as needed. Its not surprising but i love seeing the proof

Hello growmies! Welcome to week four of An Epsilon Adventure! The girls are already transitioning into flower, I will get some photos of that later in the week. Daily Updates: ### Week 4 Day 1 11:00 16/7 Removed some lower growth. ### Week 4 Day 2 23:00 17/7 Tallest plants were showing signs of heat stress so I have raised the light about 30cm more. Unfortunately this now means the lower plants aren't getting as much light as they could, so I have put the cycle back to 20h (I may even increase it). ### Week 4 Day 3 14:00 18/7 Photographed. ### Week 4 Day 3 19:00 18/7 Fertigated 2l. Okay these girls are now starting to concern me a little on the basis that they are supposed to grow to "50-70cm". At just over 3 weeks old the shortest of these girls is 53cm, the tallest (plant 3) is now 76cm tall. The worrying thing is they do not at all look like they are slowing down and as they are just pre-flowering now, the flowering stretch hasn't even started. So I need some genuine advice here now: Do I keep the faith and hope that they don't exceed the space I have? Do I top or super crop them now? These ladies are beastly, at the end of the week I am going to take some individual videos and more photos to really try and capture how magnificently well these girls are doing. I think I may be in the process of growing the biggest Epsilon F1's so far? Exciting to find out! ### Week 4 Day 4 21:00 19/7 James has assured me they wont go much more than 85 so I am not going to mess with them. They are due a defoliation at the end of this week though. Measured each plant as follows: Plant 1: 81cm Plant 2: 75cm Plant 3: 80cm Plant 4: 67cm Plant 5: 59cm Plant 6: 58cm Might photograph later or leave until tomorrow. ### Week 4 Day 5 10:00 20/7 Photographed and measured. Plant 1: 85cm Plant 2: 79cm Plant 3: 81cm Plant 4: 71cm Plant 5: 63cm Plant 6: 63cm So they've all grown about 4cm in about 13 hours, except plant 3 - which seems to have slowed down a lot. The top of plant 3 is also the most advanced looking in terms of pistils. I forgot to take close ups of the preflowers I will do that tomorrow. I have had to raise the light again today and it is now much further away than the younger plants than I would like. So I am thinking about adding a 300w LED into my 4x4. I have another 3 inches I can raise the light on the hangers, after that I can removed the adjustable handers and tie it to the top of the tent... that'll gain me another 4 or 5 inches. If I need to go higher my only option would be to set them up without the tent which is not an option right now. Hopefully they all just stop getting taller now and focus on flowering... but my gut tells me there's more growth to come. Watch this space! ### Week 4 Day 6 15:00 21/7 Measured. This strain averages 50-70cm in height. We have six plants here and every one of them is taller than the average... but would you just look at plant 1? She is a giant! 102cm!! Where will she stop? Next week will see the full transition to flower and we will start to see the bud sites developing. I have no idea at this point what the heights will look like at the end of next week. WEEK 1 Flowering😀. Oh boy!! This plant is going to outgrow this tents height in no time. The trellis Height is 20 inches from the floor, and the plant is currently 10 inches through the trellis. This leaves only 8 inches of growth, to reach 18 inches from the light. Good thing She's still mobile. I foresee a move next week. Tidied up her undercarriage with some defoliation on Day 6 of flower and applied some diatomaceous earth to fight fungus gnats. I'm happy with the bud formation this early into flowering. The inter-nodal spacing looks good, and the buds should stack nicely. My apologies for the shaky camera work and the changes in white balance levels. Finally got round to getting this diary finished. Sorry it took so long to update, I’ve been really busy 🤷‍♂️😸 I harvested these plants just shy of two weeks ago. I took some pictures just prior to harvest. The buds came out extremely dense even though they both foxtailed. The pictures of the dry buds don’t really do them justice. They look a bit rough trimmed, not quite as well manicured as to my usual standard, but it smokes smooth and that’s all that matters 😸 The taste is thick and lingers in the mouth, you can almost chew it! It has a really strong OG Kush taste, not had much wedding cake in my time so can’t tell if that’s coming through at all 🤷‍♂️ Yielded pretty good this time round, got around 3oz per plant. All the buds were solid so not much trim to use for Rosin, but what little I did get gave me some 🔥 Rosin in return. I’ve uploaded a video of what I made. NOTES: Keeping pH at 5,8-5,9 through the entire Vegetation-phase. EC is now around 1,2 and i'm increasing it if needed. I'll be checking the levels regularly from this week since all of the hydroponic systems are now running. I'm going to add some ice cubes in to the nutrient tanks to cool nutrient solution a bit always when I remember to, even though temperatures haven't been an issue so far. Can't do any harm so why not I quess. I'm also adding a CO2-bag in to the tent above the plants. Also I'll begin training my plants this week by topping them. Day 22 (8.11.) Lights are set to 70%, water pumps are now on for 24/7 (EBB's drain water is on lowest setting possible to avoid drowning the roots) and pH is 5,8-5,9 / EC 1,2-1,3 on every hydroponic system. I topped all of my plants and cut off all of the lowest leafs with single tips and some of the small nodes starting from them. Day 23 (9.11.) pH-level keeps on raising so I'm gonna be measuring it pretty often. I'm correcting it by adding some pH- while filling up the nutrient tanks with small amounts of fresh nutrient solution at a time. Everything's going well and I can't wait to flower these! Day 24 (10.11.) Lights are now set to 80% power at 70-75cm height from the tops. I cut off the rest of the lowest nodes which I had left to some of the plants while topping them. I don't think they would get enough light when they are bigger. Day 25 (11.11.) Removed the lowest (three-pointed) leafs of each plant. Day 26 (12.11.) I moved the Led's a bit higher (now at ~90cm above plants) and set them up to full power. Plants are now around 11-14cm height and growing like crazy! Day 27 (13.11.) The growing has exploded and these plants are getting bigger and bigger. I'm going to defoliate them lightly and remove the lowest nodes so the plants have around 6 nodes each going forward, hopefully I'll get an even canopy. Day 28 (14.11.) I changed new nutrient solution in to the EBB-flood system which has the Ayahuasca's on it. I'm keeping the EC at around 1,3-1,4 and pH at 5,8-5,9 on every system. Also added small amount of Cal-Mag in to both NFTs.

She got a nice fade going. Been feeding just ph’d water this week. Idk if she’s slowed down drinking or if my soil is a little water logged but the pots definitely staying heavier throughout the week. Dropped my light closer to the canopy but lowered the I reality slightly cause temps were creeping into the 80’s. I think we’re cruisin. Can’t wait to see how she turns out.

***** Week 9 growth - February 6 to 12, 2021 - Week 1 Flower ***** Here we go.......on to flower now. Last week was transition week and bud sites are setting on the girls now. Lights flipped a week ago to 12/12.......typical flower. I expect stretch to be strong this week. Pheno 1 is going to be a big girl. Pheno 2 looks beautiful in growth but she is shorter in height........might be more desirable at the finish line😀 Nutrients switched over to flower schedule and following week 1 again this week. Next week will move up the ppm more and start on bud enhancers. More microbes and sweetener this week. Silica ppm also increasing now as not looking to bend branches much more now. Switching microbes to Recharge and giving the DGC some love👍 Have a hole in the canopy that I am just going to need to live with. GSCHB and MM2 did not growth as expected. They are not reaching up as tall as the others and stretch is slow. Not looking like they will catch up in next couple of days☹️☹️☹️ These girls are vegged one week less than the others in flower with them.......looking to be the bigger girl in the tent😀 Raised the light to 24” off canopy. At 310 watts and 20” they were getting too much light. Pulled up roughly 4” and left the power alone. Liking the change. Another week yet and will work on increasing intensity. Little more detail....... Feb 6/21 - Day 1 - been drying for 2 days now so water day with some supplements - 3L each girl with CalMag @ 2ml, AN B52 @ 1.5ml (using up an old bottle to finish), Enzymes @ 1ml - 575ppm and 5.9pH - Need to start increasing silica. Using up some B52 which has some silica in it.......and other vitamins so its all good😀 Feb 7/21 - Day 2 - Leaves up today and praying nicely. - dry out day - stretch is going now and the girls are growing hard Feb 8/21 - Day 3 - Feed day again, going to stay with week 1 flower nutrients, same as last week. - IPP Grow @ 1ml, Micro @ 2ml, Bloom @ 2ml, Black Storm @ 3ml, Sea Storm @ 5ml, B+ @ 0.5ml, Red Sun @ 0.5gr, Carbs @ 1ml, Natures Candy @ 1ml, Piranha @ 1ml, Microbes @ 2ml. - 4L for each girl.......yeah, took a little longer to mix up this feed😀 - 1350ppm and 5.9pH - no run off from the girls today......little light on the water, they should have had 5L each. - last feed with bud starter, Red Sun, next will be Bud Fusion for bud booster next week. Feb 9/21 - Day 4 - no run off yesterday so adding more water today......plain tap water.....no additives - 5L for each girl. 225ppm and 6.0pH - good run off today. Feb 10/21 - Day 5 - Nothing today......watered two days in a row - ready for more silica!! Branches need to firm up. Feb 11/21 - Day 6 - Recharge arrived today!!!!!! Time for more microbes and sweetener😀💪 - purple stripes on main stems so adding more magnesium through Epsom salts - 4L mixture for the girls with Epsom Salts @ 0.5Tbsp, Silica @ 1.5ml, IPP Carbs @ 1ml, Recharge @ 1 tsp - 1,000ppm and 5.9pH - different microbes now and excited! Feb 12/21 - Day 7 - Nothing again today.......give them watering tomorrow morning. - Wondering if their leaves are a little dark........consider bring down ppm next week.......it was hard this week at 1300ppm........water is 250 on its own so around 1100ppm nutes added. Looking good ETS......Pheno 2 is the smaller of the two but suspect she might be the keeper as far as growth goes😉 Several more days of stretch to go I suspect.
