Hello growmies! Welcome to week four of An Epsilon Adventure! The girls are already transitioning into flower, I will get some photos of that later in the week. Daily Updates: ### Week 4 Day 1 11:00 16/7 Removed some lower growth. ### Week 4 Day 2 23:00 17/7 Tallest plants were showing signs of heat stress so I have raised the light about 30cm more. Unfortunately this now means the lower plants aren't getting as much light as they could, so I have put the cycle back to 20h (I may even increase it). ### Week 4 Day 3 14:00 18/7 Photographed. ### Week 4 Day 3 19:00 18/7 Fertigated 2l. Okay these girls are now starting to concern me a little on the basis that they are supposed to grow to "50-70cm". At just over 3 weeks old the shortest of these girls is 53cm, the tallest (plant 3) is now 76cm tall. The worrying thing is they do not at all look like they are slowing down and as they are just pre-flowering now, the flowering stretch hasn't even started. So I need some genuine advice here now: Do I keep the faith and hope that they don't exceed the space I have? Do I top or super crop them now? These ladies are beastly, at the end of the week I am going to take some individual videos and more photos to really try and capture how magnificently well these girls are doing. I think I may be in the process of growing the biggest Epsilon F1's so far? Exciting to find out! ### Week 4 Day 4 21:00 19/7 James has assured me they wont go much more than 85 so I am not going to mess with them. They are due a defoliation at the end of this week though. Measured each plant as follows: Plant 1: 81cm Plant 2: 75cm Plant 3: 80cm Plant 4: 67cm Plant 5: 59cm Plant 6: 58cm Might photograph later or leave until tomorrow. ### Week 4 Day 5 10:00 20/7 Photographed and measured. Plant 1: 85cm Plant 2: 79cm Plant 3: 81cm Plant 4: 71cm Plant 5: 63cm Plant 6: 63cm So they've all grown about 4cm in about 13 hours, except plant 3 - which seems to have slowed down a lot. The top of plant 3 is also the most advanced looking in terms of pistils. I forgot to take close ups of the preflowers I will do that tomorrow. I have had to raise the light again today and it is now much further away than the younger plants than I would like. So I am thinking about adding a 300w LED into my 4x4. I have another 3 inches I can raise the light on the hangers, after that I can removed the adjustable handers and tie it to the top of the tent... that'll gain me another 4 or 5 inches. If I need to go higher my only option would be to set them up without the tent which is not an option right now. Hopefully they all just stop getting taller now and focus on flowering... but my gut tells me there's more growth to come. Watch this space! ### Week 4 Day 6 15:00 21/7 Measured. This strain averages 50-70cm in height. We have six plants here and every one of them is taller than the average... but would you just look at plant 1? She is a giant! 102cm!! Where will she stop? Next week will see the full transition to flower and we will start to see the bud sites developing. I have no idea at this point what the heights will look like at the end of next week. Week 5 : Six Shooter in Biotabs An eventful week, growing daily, destroying its training daily, pulled out it's metal hook and most of its ties , but overall doing well, getting bushy and pushing it's secondaries above the canopy reaching for the light. Turned up the light to 600W, it's making the room a bit warmer but i'm able to control it pretty well. This 6 shooter is basically in the first week of flowering, but will need an extra week or even two of bloom i think before it comes to maturity, i'm guessing week 12. watered with my micro and beneficials solutions, frothy and brownish but i mean clean water is overrated lol gave them some watering with co2 too, but when i sprayed I think i was spraying too close and using tap water in which i had not measured the micro i was adding so the spray left residue everywhere on the leaves, not really sure how to fix it actually, it's not biggie i know but still. I got these bakery trays used for cooking cakes and cookies and i'm using them to lift the pots slightly getting better airflow. I dont know if it's the airflow under the pots or simply that these are just drinking more for the stage of growth they're at but they're getting three waterings this week which means they are drinking fully 50% more on last week ! 9 pints instead of 6 ! special shout out to my new friend @greencropPT for teaching me some new tricks and showing me some cool stuff ! Week 5 : Six Shooter in Vertafort decent week for the vertafort six shooter, used to be the runt, has basically caught up by now. Glad i did some LST the canopy is even which is great to gage how high the light goes - i'm adjusting the HID every couple of days basically following the growth of the plants. This one has bushed out nicely, i removed a fan leaf that was shading the main cola. It's just now pushing out mini pistils , looking forward to seeing how these do during the main flower stretch. Watered her with my micro and beneficials once, co2 enriched water once, and will likely get a third watering this week. Just going in the tent every so often trying to train the side colas and keep the canopy even. Looking forward to seeing some amazing buds come out of this one ! Week 5 : Mr.B's Six Shooter First week of flowering for the tent and everything is going really well actually, Mr.B's not really showing any signs of excess or deficiencies, but i got nervous going into flower so i added some beneficials. The six shooter is bushing out really nice, pushing it's secondary colas above the cannopy. i took two leaves off this one, they were healthy leaves , but thick, dark brown and causing all sorts of shadow... It was a really interesting experience doing the beneficials for the first time, it got clumpy, brownish, frothy ... gross ! and it was "so ghetto" getting spores and such straight out of a zip lock, check my other diaries i'll put some pics up of that just for laughs. I decided to eyeball my micro and kelp spray which means that there is residu all over lol, trying to get rid of it without rubbing it off, but i might just have to do that. lol that was an experience too, i mix it in for the spray and the solution turns red ! never seen that before even on this site ! check out the vid too, you can see me spraying the plants lol... no biggy but it was an eventful week for bulbi and I learned loads and loads ! not sure if I'm doing the beneficials correctly : does anyone know if those bacteria and fungi play well together? anyway VPD is really on point doing very well on that front, and you can tell from the explossive growth : these six shooters completely pulled out their metal hooks ! drop me a line , i'd love to hear from you ! 🚀🚀

2020-02-18 (Day 81) - I spoke too soon. This girl is stretching WAYYYY more than any other girl in the tent, I have to raise 1 light daily it seems. All in all even with the asymmetry this is the most beautiful plant I've grown. As stated in my other journals my heater crapped out and I am not buying another one so she'll have to deal with the cold night time temps. Hopefully the stretching slows down and she can start putting all her energy towards bud development. This is the thirstiest of all the other plants in the tent drinking roughly 1 gal every other day. Stay tuned to see this girl develop!

Por el momento todo va bien tienen buen color, van ahí formándose esas flores y empezando a tricotar guay. Alimentamos nuestras plantas con Agrobeta. Por supuesto el ph se mide en cada riego y se mantiene en 6.2 y riego en intervalos de 48h. La temperatura está entorno al 22/24 grados y la humedad anda sobre el 50%. Las plantas en si ya están bien sanas, tutore la rama principal para que no se fuese de madre, y así controlaré la altura. Yo creo que en 1 o 2 semanas podré darles machetazo, pero ya vamos viendo estas semanas. This week was real great today is day 103 an these girls are all drying out for 12- 14 days ! Then will be ready for trim and cure! Keep your eyes peeled for next week , will have more photos when we get to trimming! Cheers everybody Happy grows🤙

The struggle is real for her but she is pressing on. Not much growth this week but I look forward with a positive mind.

I started hitting them pretty hard with the nutrients this week and topped every one I could find. Might’ve fimmed one. I did a little early LST on them the whole week because the system I’m using grows woody stalks and if you wait too long you’ll never get a bend on them. They all more than doubled in size and technically this is week 3 day one of veg since they were put into the feeding system. I plan to get them another 8” taller with their new multiple tops and then place the scrog net over them. At this rate I’m guessing two weeks or a little more and they’ll be ready for the 12/12 flip.

Iv added bud candy to the nutrients mix.The main girl is late,actually all of them are but I guess it came down to learn my led,2nd grow is clearly showing experience pays.learning light height ph to nutrients and tempretures.All virgin territory to us but we are grateful for what we learnt.im guessing the main is another 2 weeks away has her pistols are at 25% and the other girls are just growing and filling out. I don’t know where I really went wrong, pretty sure it’s some type of nutrient burn. 100% organic nutrients a 645 blend OmRI listed. I’m using the same organic blend on all of my trees and this is the only one that looks like that, using the HLG 550s temperatures have stayed under 80° and above 70 with more than sufficient airflow!

she is doing really well. the buds are getting thicker and the smell is also getting a bit more intense. unfortunately it rained a lot last week and the humidity was very high. i hope that no mould has formed in the budss. the next week will be really sunny and she should still enjoy it. and i think i will harvest her in a week's time.

They look si strong and healthy. They have quite a strong smell, very pleasant. All good for now

03/09/2025 19:45 Only 2 days after the last time i'm here because i wanted to add some epsom salt and honey trough the watering,pot were pretty dry but not fully The hunting season started here 1st of September so i didn't ear or see any boar,all i ear Is rifle shots every five to ten minutes no joke #1 gorilla zkittlez auto Defoliate a bit,the buds are now in full rippening stage as you can see the bottom branches are falling slowly with the buds getting heavier and the smell too #2 frostbanger auto Defoliate a lot,buds getting heavy on this one too,the odour Is so noticeable that It can be smelt from 40 mt I'm getting worried,checked the trichomes and there Is some amber but a lot less than 5%,maybe i have to cut this one early but i don't want to #3 Coco Milk Pretty heavy defoliation on her ,finally starting to show Is a girl with some pistils here and there This one drinks a lot as she's getting really big,over any expectation for her age i can't wait to see the buds forming #4 Coco fresh and apricot auto Coco fresh handling all the misfortune on her life,as It curved naturally i defoliated a lot and took away every "shadow branch" Even her starting the flowering stage i can't believe that! Apricot auto did suffer more maybe because is an auto,her will stay small the buds forming not the greatest too Finally i think harvesting time Is near i'm planning to take away gorilla z and frostbanger a day from 10 to 15 of september max I smoked both the samples,the gorilla z smokes so well even if It was small buds dried quickly Sweet candy aftertaste with super compact white ash Frostbanger smoked well too,not so white ash but dense and strong puffs,heavy indica effect and citrus sherbet like taste Both are just so good i'm thinking about how good the big buds fully cured could be That's not the first time i do guerrilla grow It all started on 2019 ,but it's the first time i grow this level of weed That's because of the living soil i prepared this time,this thing is the future trust me If someone want to know the exact proportions and ingredients in my living soil recipe feel free to ask
