#Crop King Seeds Planting 3 Seeds Using 2 Different Techniques to germinate the Seeds - The First 2 Seeds were germinated (Jul 2nd) using the water / paper towel technique * The seeds were dropped in a half glass of bottled water (It stayed afloat) and kept in a closed dark area. * After 12 Hours the 2 seeds were pushed down to reach the bottom of the glass using my finger. * After 24 hours the 2 seeds were transferred / Now using the paper towel method to complete the germination - The last seed was germinated (Jul 3) using just the paper towel method * This method took longer to break the seed surface. On Jul 6 Decided to transfer all 3 seedlings into the Aerogarden. * Seed G1 had about 5cm roots. Some flowers already sprouting * Seed G2 had about 3 cm roots. Still had seed top. * Seed G3 had only just cracked . No length

Week 5 Updates : - Plants are in their stretching and 3 out of 4 grows are not in flower yet. I took this opportunity to do Some LST with minor defoliation by bending branches and about 1 day before writing this I used proper LST equipments rather than DIY. Almost all have got 9 Branches. And my attempt is to at least have them stretch wider and healthier if not bushiest. But has definitely gone benefiting and I can already see the difference since I left one of the OG plant completely Untrained and you can see the difference which one is which. Mars Hydro Dimmer after working for a while Broke again( third time it fixed and broke again) throwing 100% light again so I ended up restoring the Light height to almost Max 110cm from plants top to distribute about 350-400 PPFD here and there. Hoping my 2*2 to arrive soon so I can fit these new batch of 3 plants into that tent. PEACE.

April 23 Fading leaves and turning purple. I'm making sure to do my due diligence in removing all dead leaves between the buds as they die, so that I'm not having dead leaves stuck in the bud as it dries. Trichomes aren't quite where I want them yet. The ones nearest the light are orange, but not much orange is anywhere else.

This is week 3 of flowering - realistically week 2 since pistils have shown. All is starting to balance out humidity and temps, I’m still running a bit too warm at 28 but al fix that further down the line. Done a light defoliation on week 2 and another light strip of blocking fan leaves today. I still can’t get this Lumi over 250w with the 2 Mars hydros middle running at 50% and the end right light running at 75% so I’m hoping later on I can reduce these Mars and atleast get 400w on the Lumi by week 4/5 flowering But all is looking well - strains that are already starting to chuck out is this purple punch x dosido and the rs11 smaller bushy pheno type are looking fire.

UPDATE DAY 79, LAST DAY OF ETHOS Pineapple Runtz Autoflower 🍍 Fed 1/2 tsp of Winter Frost The smell hasn't been too overwhelming, which I'm hoping translates to terpene preservation, or I'm nose blind. Fatty nuggs, resin stacked , big trichomes. Nice yellow fade 💛 The seed pack called for 70-80 days, I anticipated these taking every bit of that. Which they are! Super excited for these resin Pineapple bud.

End of Week 6 Added CO2 with regulator and controller! Added the trellis net to spread out the canopy and get more even light to bud sites. The ladies have lost some momentum and they're drinking less because of the pest issue. Although they should be growing faster because of the CO2 supplementation I'm sure when the thrips are gone they will explode. I also performed some HST by removing fan leaves and softly pinching and bending some of the stems to open up the canopy whilst keeping the stress at a minimal. Pest Report: Still fighting the thrips... Every time I spray Bio-Insek and Xterminator (Agro-Organics) it deals with the problem for a few days until the eggs and larvae that the thrips left behind hatch and start munching on the plants again. The ladies are strong and healthy and get a slight wilt when I haven't sprayed IPM for a few days this tells me that its not a major issue but I need to get rid of them especially because I want to flip to flower soon. It seems that the problem is under control. Now I will apply it weekly to make sure those buggers are ELIMINATED.

3rd grow underway! 2 RQS Royal Cheese (freebies from seedsman) strains - Thelma + Louise! Thelma is in the 2gal and Louise in the 3gal pot. Thelma is about a week ahead of the other.

Bubba Kush Mintz is starting her journey. She sprouted in one. She has stretched a little too much looking for light. I did increase the light to compensate. Beside that everything is going well. I think my solution mix is too strong. I will know more as she makes contact with it. Let’s go day 72 from seed!!! Another great week it’s been , 2 Ogreberrys an brucy b been flushing for a week, an the 3 others will continue to get there normal feed of nutrients, they are just not quite ready so they will start getting flushed around next week!! Sweet sweet smell of Grapes And gooey frosty nugs is all I can really say, photos do no justice, some of the craziest fruitiest smelling buds I’ve ever had, Real High quality meds !! BIG BIG apologies to Heather from fast buds & to Growdiaries & anyone who follows. The past few months have been a massive struggle, not just with temperatures & growing weed but on a personal level. My wife has been very poorly & with covid and everything going on, it's put a massive strain on us all!! I've tries to maintain an active presence on Instagram but that's about all I've physically had time for. I've put this update together today, so far into the grow now it almost seems pointless. I lost my original Mimosa due to high temps & high RH. Moving into the attic at that time of year was a mistake. It has cost me a small fortune to keep things alive. I've had to purchase an air con unit, more fans & just more of everything to be honest. My purple punch is almost ready to harvest, any time within the next couple of days, followed shortly by Bruce Banner & Kosher cake. I wont be winning any awards for this Diary & I feel bad as I was supposed to be show casing what 420 Fast buds has to offer & I've failed...miserably.
