Start of flushing for the blueberries, both blueberry plants have very heavy, sticky, stank buds, I'm looking forward to harvesting these beauties! Start of the last week of nutes for the super lemon haze, she has packed in the weight, buds have filled out nicely and stickier than the blueberries. She's still hungrier than the Blueberries, taking an extra 2 liters of feed each week. If the trichomes are showing cloudiness by day 5 of this week, I'll flush her early.

Last week only watering one time and let the plant dry our for 3-4 days. There is not much to trim as the buds are rock solid and big.

What’s up everybody. So I started to flower already as you see I identified the sure males and tossed them out. What is left is 2 that still have not confirmed whether they’re female/male. Week 11, & the End of 4 weeks of flowering (30 Days of 12/12) Welcome back to our regular scheduled programming.... Like I mentioned we are officially 30 days into our 12/12 lighting cycle. Now taking into consideration that this is one of the first runs of this particular strain the flower period is partially undetermined, I will be guessing based on Lineage of the parents, & following her closely towards the end to ensure my desired trichome ripeness. Katsu's HotCake's run's Approximately 8-9 Weeks & The Grape Ape run's slightly quicker at 7-8 Weeks You can certainly tell the difference between all 5 plants, I'm very glad I took cuts of everything ! as plants 2 & 3 are certainly the keepers of the bunch.. plant 2 showing some very cool fall colours already (emerson effect hitting strong asf) She is already starting to purple up & smells Very Sweet. My guess is this pheno leans more to the Grape Ape side. As far as plant 3 is concerned I can smell heavy Kush aromas emulating off her already, & based on her flowering structure I believe this pheno leans more Katsu Bubba. but we'll have to wait and see. A Minor amount of leaf plucking this week should be noted.. It will probably be the last time I mess with them, its time to start swelling up. It is my opinion that most of the stretch has been completed & i'm now looking at the final colas minus the couple weeks of filling out of course. As this is the end of four weeks of flower(12/12) Their food will be increased during the next feeding, thus far i've been impressed with the ease of this strain.. I wasn't sure what to expect to be honest but I will say this I was weary of over-feeding but all of them seem to enjoy heavy feedings. Plants are looking good, they start smelling a little bit. I water with 2 liters every 3-4 days Some pistils are becoming purple maybe because of the cold temperature Happy growing and Happy New Year!

I think I am worrying myself more than I need too. The calicum defficiency has took over around a half of the fan leaves on 1 of the plants. I don't have much hope in a great yield from this one but fingers crossed my other 2 were caught in time. Have folder fed with a slightly more concentrated spray of cal mag and ph'd water. Whilst keeping a feed, plain ,feed schedule Unfortunately I don't currently have access to a ppm reader so can't say for sure exactly what the problem is but It seems the defficiency has slowed/stopped. Will continue to monitor.

7/3/24 - Start of Week 8, more and more purple every day. 7/8/24 - Plucked some leaves here and there. Been watering and feeding as needed. I've reduced the amount of water I give compared to previous runs. At this point I would've been giving close to 1gal. every few days. Cut back to around 1qt+ but I've decided not to water/feed on a set schedule. I'd like to flush the soil but things are going so well I'm worried I'll fuck something up.

Week 8 Flower The last week of flush for these two. They were taken down on Day 56, after a 16 Day flush. I think Twin2 could have finished at 7 weeks, but of course I hadn't planned for this, or I would have flushed sooner. So she was taken to the originally planned 8 weeks. Twin2 has also foxtailed quite a bit, from only slightly higher temps and also because she's having a last attempt at catching any pollen in order to reproduce. Although the pots were slightly damp still when I harvested, it is best to take them down when they're dry. The only reason I didn't, was because I knew I'd be too busy the next day, and there were plants in veg that were desperate to be thrown into the flower tent! The pics do make them look wetter than they were though. Their fan leaves were taken off and they were each hung in seperate boxes, where they'll dry as slowly as possible for between 6-10 days. I dont suffer with very high humidity, so I'm able to do this without any issues. When I feel it is too humid, I simply burp the box for the first day or 2 once a day. The slower the dry the better the buds will taste/smell. Once she's dry enough she'll be trimmed and jarred for curing. It's going to be a pretty tough one for keeper pheno! They both have similar but very different smells. By that I mean, they both smell very floral and sweet, but T2 smells extra sweet (although definitely not as dense). That doesn't mean T1 doesn't smell just as nice. Hers buds are thicker and more dense, so even though I've favourited T2 in the pics, I think I'm leaning towards T1 still. But in all honesty it's still down to dry weight and the taste test! This can all be looked forward to in the harvest update! It's been a seriously fun diary with these two twins.
