Growing Fast Buds Tangie'Matic again. This was one of the first strains I grew and I had great results the first time. Looking forward to seeing if I can up my game at all this time. My Perpetual Harvest strategy…. Originally my plan was to start 2 seeds each month, but had some seeds from one breeder that did not germinate early in my rotation. Ultimately, this caused single seeds to pop and messed up my 2 at a time plans. But, that seemed to work out OK, because now I think starting one seed every 3 weeks is a better strategy. This should provide me with 4-5 plants at a time, instead of 6. However… Since I need to shut down over the summer because my tent is currently in the attic, I’m starting 2-3 seeds at at time for the last couple of rounds. Plants get fed once weekly on weekends. Seedlings get water only. Plants in vegetation get water and Recharge. Flowering plants get water, Recharge or Big Bloom (Fox Farm). Feeding is done using 2 gallon watering can. Any additional waterings during the week are given on an as needed basis per plant. I lift the plants to help determine which plants are more dry (lighter) and provide water any plants via water bottles and watering spikes. I give each pot a quarter turn every day in an effort to make sure the plants get equal lighting from all sides. I rotate the plant in place by turning the pot 90 degrees (I am not rearranging the layout of the plants in the tent on a daily basis). The soil is an ‘organic super soil’ I mixed myself using organic top soil, organic potting soil, organic compost, organic peat moss, organic perlite, organic vermiculite, lime, epsom salt, expanded clay pellets and Jobe’s organic fast start. I am also recycling my soil and water with Recharge when using recycled soil. For plant training I have tried a variety of things, but my plans now are to do LST bending only, no HST anymore. I may decide to go back to HST again in the future, but I’m curious to compare LST training only to see how that goes. Around week 3 I'll do a FIM pinch once there are 4-5 nodes established. And some defoliation around the 3rd week of flowering. I have been doing HST bending and having good results, but think the HST may be causing the plants to take longer to harvest. I hope FIM/defoliation only will help increase harvests while getting me to harvest sooner. I'm a bit disappointed with the yield but overall its a great strain, smells great! My yield could have increased if all the plants were the same size. Heisenhound tastes like Master Kush, Def a good auto kush

good plants for hydro grows they dont stretch too much, buds need support because of the weight at the end. i run in a little calmag issue because i went overboard with the bloombooster around week 5. this caused a lockout top leaves got effected by this other then that i had a huge yield.

Day #08 - The seedlings are going pretty well into week #02. This week FloraMicro will be added from General Hydroponics, I've started using this since my last growth. I use the hard water version and I really like it. My plants seem to do definitely better with this nutrient added, so I decided to always use this nutrient together with my other nutrients. I also decided to try the FloraGrow and FloraBloom nutrients from GHE, as I've seen very good results with the nutrient line of GHE. At the end I will also use their Ripen, which gives the plants growth boost in their buds at the end of the blooming phase. Day #09 - I decided to give the ladies a little more water, so I raised the water amount to 0.25 liters per day. Further on, everything is going very well! Day #11 - The little ladies are going ver, very well if you ask me... Growing like a charm, at the end of the week I must be able to top them without any problem. Day #14 - I wanted to top the girls, but I decided no to do that, as not all the plants have reached the right height. So topping is postponed until tomorrow.

Week 8 started okay, after lots of defoliation, I think light penetrates a bit more lower parts, flowers now started to turn into longer bud sites, looks nice. Hard to notice issues with plants, because most of the bigger leaves are removed, and usually leaves are the first ones to show issues I guess. Also plant no 1 has grown lots of stems past lightning :D Its growing strong. Still are a bit behind with flowering than other 2 plants. But overall all plant buds look amazing! Still adding flowering nutriens, perhaps I should stop at end of week to flush it? Seems like harvest could be in next two weeks, I'd say 10 days, but i have no idea. Mid-week I removed plants first time from grow box, did lots of defoliation, and moved light to very top of box, took them back inside, now lightning is very good and space issue kinda solved, plant no 1 had grown very tall and already had burnt top buds, had to do something. few lessons learned.

------GENERAL COMMENT------ Girls are moving forward without troubles, i'm pleased not having to deal with issues. I'm breaking down the feeding schedule like: Sensi Base + Bigbud*(or pk booster) + Recharge > VeloKelp+Natures Candy+Bigbud*. So there is constant feed, every other day mixed in 1.5l water. Once a week i give Cal Mag 2ml /l. Not touching the girls with any HST or stress since I switched to flower. Is the first time i'm running recharge from the beginning to the end, have to say that is solid. ------SM.BB COMMENT------ Slightly turn off because there aren't loads of colas as I got used to. Lets see maybe this 10 colas will surprise me lol 😎👍

Day8: First day of the new week. I assume still pretty much focusing on roots, as the top didn't really do much today. Day9: Nothing special. But she's growing Day10: Still roots, it seems. Very little happening up top. Day11: Effort being put into growing the top leaves. They increased in size. I assume that the next node will start tomorrow - kicking off the switch into Veg. Day12: Next node already showing :D Day13: I put in a humidifier and changed the cycle of the extractor to keep more moisture in the growbox. My humidity was way too low. Day14: This time the humidity was too high. It was sitting at around 95% when the lights went on.

The week has been strong. She was put in dirt on the 29th and are peeking out today oct 1. Very strong growth and so far impressed. Oct 3 end of first week and well, still impressed. She is standing on her own stock with no support. And showing good growth

8/10 - In prep for flower I've got some Compost Tea brewing with a little Terp Tea Bloom by Roots Organics. .Also did a little selective defoliation 8/11 - Flipped the ladies to flower today! And all is good in the 8x4. 8/12 - Watered all the ladies with the Compost/Terp Tea. Also did some more defoliation and added some mosquito bits for added pest prevention.
