She's doing great, I defoliated a bit at the end of this week. Just the big fan leaves not connected to a bud sight. Any big fan leaf attached to a bud sight I bound. I just want to keep a clear line of sight to where I defoliated. These buds are so dense I can't see through to the stem. Trichs are still glassy. No amber anywhere. Even the trichs on the fan leaves are still glassy. This wild goddess might be sticking around for a bit longer.

End of course for this Persian Prince project! Unfortunately, he failed to cut short this flowering a few days in advance following the start of a pest attack. Our two beautiful ones would have certainly enjoyed crunching life with full roots for another week, but prudence forced us to cut a little prematurely. Never mind, our flowers have dried for 10 days and are now ready to begin their maturing period in a jar. Despite these conditions, which are very well known to them, our Persian Princes still present impressive characters: the buds are huge, covered with a thick layer of trichomes and very fragrant. In terms of flavors, cheesy dominates 🧀 the two phenos smell strongly of semi-roller/Emmental style hard cheese, definitely the dominant aroma, for one of our two plants it is the only aroma that I am capable of to raise. The other phenotype is more complex, on the salty-cheesy smell a fresher and tangy/lemony smell is superimposed, very pleasant and different from its sister and at the same time linked to it by its common dominant cheesy aroma. Day 22 and 23: Going easy breezy so far!! I released some ladybugs in my tents on these Chocolate Mint OG's 21st day. So far so good lol. Last night when I watered I gave a little real growers recharge to help with the recent transplant (it definitely gave them a boost!) Its mid summer here in MI and 84+ temps 😬 keeping the house and tents cool has been a challenge to say the least. Thankfully all my plants are in Veg and seem to like the heat. Except the Choc Mint.they are showing mild heat stress on the top fan leaves(at least that's my guess) Tent temps have been around 86 down to 84 daytime. I lowered them so they are 24" from the lights 🤞 hopefully that helps. Other than that, no problems. And some generally happy plants! The recharge and soil combo burned them a very little bit as well. Day 25&26 Nothing too eventful. I watered #2 on day 25. With some real growers recharge. The stuff is awesome! No nutrients needed if you have good soil! Day 26: snip 2 fan leaves from #2(the topped one) she was getting a little bushy. And tucked the other fans under to promote some lower branch growth. #1 I'm letting roll totally natural unless I clean up lower canopy to prevent pests. Day 27: Plants are doing great! #1 is really getting tall and # 2 is staying short and squat because of the training. We are letting #1 go naturally. 53th day of flowering. A good finish also for this fast-flowering strain. A strain that I particularly like. The buds are well formed and begin to thicken. The smell, so recognizable among all, is super strong. No doubt it's Skunk ; )

Fresh outta darkness. 48hrs of lights out. Chopped and now hang drying in a 2x2 Tent. 70 degrees and 45 Rm. Happy with the results of my first grow.

Week 3 – She’s coming along strong! Already showing those classic autoflower traits early on, around day 15. The growth is picking up fast now, especially with the space to stretch out in that 10L pot. You can really see the structure starting to form – compact but full of energy. Let’s see how much she stretches over the next week!

Day 56 Flowering: Hi growmies. I hope we are all well and still sane during this madness. Here we are at the harvest window for the Glueberry now and she is certainly up for it now. Her buds are stinky and sticky with the right amount of ripened pistils to cover around 60-70% of her structure. The next few days I will be using the microscope to keep watch on the trichromes for their sweet spot over the next few days. Shebhas been an easy grow but I wish I had stripped her lower scrub out early on in flower now. She didnt look recovered enough to strip out at the time but her leaf and scrub are filling the pots interiors so I need to keep on the air flow checking to avoid any budrot issues. Mimosa Lemon is everywhere!! She has been such a productive plant from the beginning. Her bud structures are very , very loose and I am dreading the dry and trim that will be awkward as to what to take off. while there are a lot of flowers , they are so loosely structured that it is very deceptive on appearances. Her Limonene is honking from her now and I can see her Lemon tag being so appropriate. The potency is becoming obvious by smell alone and her tacky feel at the slightest touch is a great sign too. I did quite a brutal defol and strip out very early in flower but she still threw so many mains out . This is one of the most productive flowering plants I have grown to date . I don't expect the yield to show this in totals but for bud growth and vigour , she has no rival so far. Another week for her at least but seeing the new pistils kicking out , it could be possibly 2 more. Let's see what the next few days bring for them. be safe and sane folks.

Another great week for the girls, I have not seen a single deficiency, other than the odd yellowed leave under the canopy, typically due to lack of light. I will come through soon and do a defoliation of both tents to allow for more light to penetrate, and perhaps get a good push for some girthy colas 😋. I have lowered the temps a bit in the tents by controlling my lung room temps, and they are maxing out at 77 degrees and hitting a night time cool of about 70. I have also lowered the humidity to hover between 47 and 52 %. Hopefully will start to get some nice colours as they finish. As I mentioned before, when I water is when I like to get under the canopy and check the stems and leaves for anything that shouldn’t be… and typically once a week after watering I’ll wipe down the tent and sanitize any surface I can. There is no reason to get lazy, that’s how you get Pests, Mold, and PM. Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️

These guys seem to have some stunted growth from being in that shitty rock wool dish setup I had but they are making up for it now that they are in the air pots. I transplanted them into sunshine #4 because my other plants have had problems with N tox in coco loco, the only other soil mix I have...probably won’t ever be using fox farm soil again. Too expensive for what it is and it’s a pain in the ass dealing with nute probs. Day 8: into the new grow tent tomorrow

***** Week 7 December 26 to Jan 1, 2020 - Days 43 to 49 from germination ***** Oh yeah baby.......that was a stretch week in week 6!!!.......she gained roughly 10 inches last week😀👍 Only 7 days ago I was not sure where we stood with transition and stretch but she took off by mid week last week. I expect this week to be similar to last and she will keep stretching through mid week at minimum but then likely be pretty close to end of stretch and focus on buds. Using this week to ensure we keep her tied down and try and maintain an even canopy in order to have lights at optimum height. She is consuming a couple of liters a day now and will continue this way for a few weeks I suspect. Ensuring that she is getting silica now to strengthen the branches to help support weight. She has some nice thickness to her 8 main branches reaching for the top. Good signs that she will be able to support weight of bigger buds. Its also time to get Terpinator going in full gear as well. This girl has tons of terps according to other diaries so want to ensure we support their production as well👍 Not sure if I will add Rezin from Green Planet to help with trichome production this go or not.....I wanted to stay with just Remo's line of nutes but I still have to add silica, microbes, beneficial bacteria, and enzymes........yes healthy microbes will produce beneficial enzymes but I always add them as well.......so am I really staying with just that line already??? She had more yellow leaves at the below than I realized when I pulled her out. Not what we want at this point in life so ppm have been stepped up and frequency will increase for both Fast Buds girls😀 Healthy and strong growers need the meat and potatoes!!!!! Really want the flavors to come out for this girl so I have been watching the feed and trying to make sure I don't find myself unable to flush her well enough. Finding the balance😃 Little more daily detail......... Dec 26/20, Day 43 - 2L full feed again. Had mixed up 12L yesterday. - Added 2ml/L of Microbial Mass and Piranha = 1200ppm and 5.9pH. - The girls needed their microbe allotment as we get closer to the end. - Bacteria added to help keep some of the nutrients in the media as she finishes. - next watering is more of plain water and add Terpinator. Dec 27/20, Day 44 - pots are light again in the afternoon. - 2L watering with Magnifical and Microbes and Rezin @ 2ml. Terpinator @ 3ml = 400ppm and 5.8pH - She is a hungry girl but backing off the ppm on this watering a bit. - trimmed lower branching on the outside and down low. No need for her to waist energy on four branches so cut them off. - I have added Green Planet Rezin because it has become part of my routine now for the last few grows and my girls have been frosty......continuing with it on this grow......in moderation😜 Dec 28/20, Day 45 - the girl is hungry so feeding again today with full nutrients. - 2.5L watering today, stepping up from 2L volume. - Full line of Remo, all 6 parts plus silica again @ 2ml = 1150ppm and 5.9pH Dec 29/20, Day 46 - another feeding in the morning today. Pot was really light. - 2L in the morning giving with same feed of 1150ppm and 5.9pH. - in the evening, 12 hours later, pots were pretty light so gave another 1.25L of feed that was left over for 16L mixture yesterday. - she had a total of 3.5L feed today......water tomorrow and not feed. - observing today that she is slow accepting new water into the media......root issues starting? - stripped off two lower outside branches again today that are too low. - will keep talking some lower branches from this girl this week and then leave her alone after that.......not too radical, just a few that will not amount to much in the end. Dec 30/20, Day 47 - she has not finished her stretch just yet......she is taller again this morning. - Pulled them out quickly to test the weight of the pots and they need watering again today. - The leaf colour is quite green now when you pull them out and look at them under natural light.......back off ppm next two watering's and keep CalMag, Terpinator, and microbes for now only. - 11:00am she had 2L watering with Magnifical @ 1ml, Enzymes Komplete and Microbial Mass @ 2ml = 175ppm and 5.7pH Dec 31/20, Day 48 - pots are really light this morning. - 2.5L feeding with Terpinator @ 3ml, MagNifiCal and Rezin @ 2ml Natures Candy @ 1ml = 600ppm and 5.9pH - pulled her out and trimmed off a fair bit of lower branching. Did it now before she gets too far into flower. - she has really vigorous branching so trimmed a lot of inside growth and the bottom 1/3 of her. - It was actually fairly aggressive stripping so will keep an eye on her and see how she reacts......should have added some kelp and vitamin B to the feed but didn't😶 Jan 1/21, Day 49 - watering in the morning. - 2.5L watering with CalMag, VeloKelp and Vitathrive @ 1.5ml = 400ppm and 6.0pH (Had to add Terpinator for 1ml/L to bring down the pH......missed it so added something, too much pH up was added.) - they have been given a lot of ppm this week so backing off a bit and just giving some basics as using RO water. - bud sites mid way down the stems are getting bigger and stacking more........she has some huge potential to yield but with her only in a 3 gal pot.......I feel like I shot myself in the foot and she should have certainly had a 5gal pot!!!!
