Without you guys it'd be pretty boring so I appreciate all of your input! She was harvested on Day 58 and left to dry for at least a week. I then gave her a dry trim and thrown the buds in a jar for curing. I put a couple of boveda 62% humidity packs in there too, to keep the moisture level correct. I'll soon be switching to Integra boost packs as they seem to get a better review and are purposely made for cannabis. Because I have 4 seperate plants/strains in one tent, under one light, I've had to calculate these by dividing the conditions by 4 (4 plants in total sharing same conditions). This is the fairest and only way to work it out on average as a full tent. Happy growing! 🐺

Flipped to 12-12 at just under 7 week mark as I ran out of canopy space. Plants are growing beautifully no issues thus far. Began using compost tea as well as a mostly clover based cover crop. Rotating plants daily to get even growth of tops that might be crowded.

I’m wondering if I should feed her a little bit of nitrogen or defoliate…time will tell. Her smell is really becoming stronger I am impressed for a week 4 of flower.

I’m really just updating with photo dumps at this point lol but this white widow is proving to be f*cking massive and these buds are looking like they’re going to STACK!!! I defoliate here and there lightly and open the canopy to get some light further down. She fills a 2x2 out completely! My next run will consist of a few of these for sure!! Should be a great harvest!!

Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Week 16 Harvest 17 th April 2020 This Entire feminised seed making and growing project was a very good learning experience for me. Right from the very start, when I successfully got a Cutting ,taken from a Barneys Farm Red diesel female plant to produce feminised pollen after treating it with a silver thiosulfate solution. I then used it to pollinate a Fastbuds Girl scout cookies auto plant and let it grow to maturity. This only produced 3 viable seeds one of which is the subject of this Diary. I made up the name "Ginger nut cookies" after a variety of cookies we have here in Australia that are made with ginger. They are the same colour as the distinct red hairs on the red diesel buds. And would you believe those same vivid red hairs were passed on to this plant so I wasn't too far off the mark with the strain name. Her flavour however is nothing like red diesel or girl scout cookies and infact as taken on a smell and aroma all of it's own. She has a lovely tropical fruit like taste and the smell is a bit like fruit yoghurt. It has an unreal after taste on the exhale and the lingering second hand smoke smells very sweet and enticing. She has a pretty well balanced high too not as potent as the GSC nor as energenic as the red diesel but just a pleasant mix of the two. It was a very easy to grow and undemanding plant that didn't seem to require a lot of extra feeding other than the 100% organic nutrients that were within the soil and a few things like compost teas etc. The other element of this diary was of course the weekly Aussie music videos That I provided the links for and put up a little video clip preview of each Artists song. This week I added one last compost tea and two rounds of unsulphured molasses with my watering's, other than that I've just watered and watched her. Trichome production is still ramping up and trichomes are still clear, with more orange to brown pistils.

April 12th: I wonder... I wonder if Wedding cake has Ice Cream Cake as a parent.... *Quick google search* Nope, turns out, it's a Cherry Pie pheno crossed with Girl Scout Cookies. Well, there goes that hunch. Ice Cream Cake is a 12+ week flowering cultivar, which is why i was wondering, since this current Bubba Cheesecake pheno is Still not ready. No noticeable senescence other than a tiny bit of purple on a few sugar leaves. Wedding Cake usually takes 9-12 weeks, depending on which genetics lab is claiming flowering time. Exodus Cheese takes at least 10 weeks, from the research i've done. Pre-'98 Bubba Kush takes around 9-10 weeks to finish flowering, as well. Now it makes sense! Why my plant is on week 11 and not showing many signs of slowing down yet, that is. She drank a gallon of well water this week. I probably should've watered her again today, but oh well. I'll give her some more water tomorrow, Light intensity is still at 100%. I was hoping to be able to smoke this on 4/20, but you know what they say: Hope in one hand, poop in the other... Either way, i still find myself staring into my bloom room, at this plant. All those curves 😍

Just came back from my holiday after 2 weeks left the plants in the beginning of the 4th week. My friend almost killed them hardly watered so they are a bit back. I am here now so I will help them recover. Currently I will give 120 ml water per plant a day so 60 ml 2 x a day and the same with the fertilization days. Light schedule 20/4 and 600W plus ventilation at the same time when the lamp works. They started flowering also just need to recover them. Some yellow leaves can be seen due to lack of watering and one of them almost dried out all the leaves were wilt I needed to revitalize. I will try the best because these are auto flowering plants so every day matters they rush to flower! Anyways they are fine and healthy just needed someone who knows how to treat them properly. Fertilization days : Monday, Wednesday, Friday. 28th of June: I started low stress training with them in the early flowering stage, I wanna increase the yield I know this strain as i planted before. It will stretch double or triple its size from now. Tallest is around 30-35 cm and the smallest approx 15-20 cm.

Started mid-flower feeding this week, half gallon each on Mondays and Thursdays. I can't believe how amazing these girls are doing with these nutrients! Not much else to report on honestly, I received some companion plants in the form of Venus fly traps they seem to be working well for the dirt gnats. Not too worried about the pests though as they didn't really affect anything on my first grow either. Thanks for stopping in have a great week and happy growing!

We made it to the end of week 4 and I switched the light to 12/12 today. I brought in a sour sorbet from DNA that has been vegging for almost 7 weeks in another room. She never had a water change from day 1 and she has stayed pretty happy. I just topped off her reservoir about once a week and increased nutrients as needed. The twisted helix has showed some steady growth over the past week and is looking much better. Still behind the other plants but am looking forward to seeing how she flowers. Nutrients are pumping 24 hours a day and I added more light for a total of 1000 watts. I will be crushing stems to try to slow down stretch if anyone tries to get out of control.

Hello guys, I fixed my RH problems. I now water them 1,5L every 2-3 days, the Shimos seems to still be thristy ! I did a light defoliation, then flipped into 12/12 after 32 days of vegetative stage. This will be interesting 😍 Have a nice day, see ya next week !
