Day 50 - Starting week 8 and gave her a feeding of nutes today. I did remove a couple more fan leaves but she is really think and don’t think I’ll be able to get her thinned out enough and not stress her out. So for now I’m just tucking the leaves as best I can. Day 51 - Did a decent defoliating today but still not enough and don’t want to do too much to stress her out so tucked as much as I could as well. Not really seeing a lot of frost yet but the buds are building up beautifully. Day 52 - Not a whole lot going on right now but again, I removed a few more leaves and tucked the rest again. Plan on giving her some water tomorrow or Thursday. Day 54 - Gave the girl a gallon of water with 7ML of cal-mag today. Didn’t do any defoliating today, just watered her and tucked some more leaves. I’m gonna be out if town for a week so won’t have any updates until next Sunday so hopefully the wife doesn’t kill her while I’m gone.

Both plants looks pretty but they are showing some yellow/brown spots on fan leaves, so i guess the nutrients are too strong and decided to give them half of the recomendation. Also added some Hesi Boost hoping it is a good idea. Just now i can feel their smell, it is nice but not strong. I have no clue about when to harvest them but it seems like at least two weeks more. 😸

This week I did a single topping at the 5th node. Along with this I applied low stress training and tucking to expose the new growth.

Okay, ladies and gentlemen, I am starting to get concerned.... This girl should i've been in flower for a while now considering she is in such a small pot ( 1gallon ) ... i'm starting to think I'm going to have to flip her tonight... I'm starting to think she is not an autoflower...idk tho .. Herbies Seeds thank you for letting me showcase her. If indeed she is not an auto flower, I would not hold it against you as I know mother nature is unpredictable and nobody, not one breeder, out.There is perfect ... hopefully everything works out well.But she's running out of nutrients, because she should be flipped already.. This week the plant was bended, and accidentally i broke a branch ... But she recovered well, she selected the other branches to grow just like in 2 h nothing could be done, but as you can see she is concentrating the growth in the other colas, so the structure is bended against the pot and with 3 main branches at the moment... Another little problem appeared when, 2 days after using Green Explosion in a half dose, i raised the Top Veg to 2.5 ml/l but she reacted bad and some overfertilization spots are apperaing in the tips of the leaves, im uploading it when the next week is complete... But dont worry is not too much overdose, just a little, (Its like she said thats the limit at the moment ) so after this, next 2 irrigations are being done with plain water to flush the soil... Im not using Micro Vita, but i gotta get that magic microbes to avoid this messy things, they muffle all this changes in PH !!! So next week, transplanting to definitive text pot, bacterian life and until the end :) But everything is fine this plant is soo strong and nothing cant stop her at the moment :D Take care GD !!

GENERAL COMMENT. WEEK 5 OF FLOWER. Ok guys, this week ran ok for one girl and less for her sister, so i will go on details individually. RQS NORTHERN LIGHTS AUTOMATIC COMMENT. As I has commenting since the beginning I think this could be a nice strain to grow with minimal water and nutes, keep that in mind when growing this strain, i learned the hard way. What happened with this girl is that salt builded up in the medium and de stabilised mainly the PH, creating a super acidic medium, thats my bad, i failed to id earlier. So back to spotting, and a bit of yellowing showing, so some deficiencies, i honestly don’t know how this is going to end. I flushed her 4 days a go with PH water to 6.5, that raised the medium runoff from 5.0 to 5.4-5.6, and flushed again with tap water, is alkaline at 8.1+, runoff is still 5.6, so that raised more concern with that input range getting so acidic runoff is bad, and in the end of flush received a dose of voodoo juice, big bloom, calmag and top candy, that are all organic at regular ph, EC at 1.8. I know the PH fluctuation can worse the scenario. I’m been apocalyptic is just that i’m feeling a bit turn down now, i was expecting this girl to run flawlessly, heads up will try my best to correct issues, just wished she was like her sister…

Day 21: I think these girls are amazing. They have been growers from the off and never fail to impress at every turn. There stretch is finished I think and they are a good height to build some buds on with a little head space if needed. Their development for 21 days is amazing. They look so much further along than they are and seeing how they are stacking up below is a welcome sight. FFT#1 Has remained short and wide so far with a lot of mini versions of herself around the various quad branches. She has some nice chunky budlets on top and will hopefully use all her space to make them. FFT#5 Is huge and very happy to go big. She has impressed me with her stretch in all directions. Buds are stacking well among the podgy stems. Approx 20 mains that could create some baseball bats when finished. FFT#7 Is still way out in front for size and development. she is nearly 3ft and has a very good circumference at the back. There is plenty of room for her lateral growth too so she could be a major yield In the room. I will be cleaning out some leaf to get air moving through the canopy but won't be doing a defol as such as I want to see what they do fully leafed.

This is a great strain from a great seed company in Canada, 34 street seeds. I have had great results from germination to harvest with their strains and these Cookies are no different. Nice tight nugs, some great tasting hard hitting smoke 💨 They grew easily enough, no disease or weirdness that couldn’t be solved by proper NPK. This would be a great strain for beginners looking for an easy harvest, with some good bud to show. I definitely did not maximize the potential of this strain this go around, but I still have 2 seeds from the 5 and it will make it back to my garden again. ❤️🇨🇦😎💨

This week I moved them into bigger pots, which is why I think now they were not growing as big as I hoped. They seem to be doing well, and I have added the net now and will let the canopy build up. Since I moved to bigger pots, I did not need to water for a bit, but I think it will be back to normal this week. Check out the video I did today of the room.

Everything is progressing well overall. The Lemon Cherry Cookies are looking strong and healthy, responding nicely to the current feeding schedule. No visible issues — vibrant growth and good structure. The Banana Purple Punch, on the other hand, is showing slight deficiencies. This was expected, as I’ve been deliberately giving it less nutrients to observe the difference. The comparison is already becoming clear: the reduced feeding is resulting in slower growth and some early signs of nutrient deficiency. This side-by-side has been helpful for understanding how each strain responds to different nutrient levels. Looking forward to seeing how things develop in the next couple of weeks.

Every week I love this plant more and more. I have given her molasses this week No deficiencies and her pistils are healthy as well as leaves.
