This week was good. The bud density increase. The ladies are looking great and they have an amazing aroma. They just received their last feeding. Now is PH water and cal-mag into they are ready to harvest. It might take a couple of weeks to for them to be ready. Due to the fact the I had some issues in the beginning with the developing of the plants. The growth was slow and it took longer than expected. Tropicana Cookie is the tallest with 17" , Forbidden Runtz with 16" and Banana Purple Punch with 15". I expected them to be taller.

She's growing good! Was able to start some LST on this girl. I think I'll be flipping the light schedule in the next day or 2. As I said before, I don't want to veg long as this is my first hydro grow. Can wait to see how she turns out.

Plants seem healthy, some lower growth discolored. I read coco coir should be feed more often than not and that one should not let it dry out like soil. I will be watering every other day now until run off. Plants eating way more as run off is not as much as was. Will be raising amount of water in next feed. I topped a majority of the side branching on both these plants, I have also done some super cropping and I continue to do lst. Wonder pie is 10 inches along main stem to tip of the tops. Milky Dreams is 11 inches along main stem and is my biggest plant. Wonder pie seems to produce more bud sites and truly seems like a wild plant.

My gas tax plant is looking absolutely incredible right now. It's got these massive buds that are super dense and have this awesome dark color to the leaves. I'm so excited to see how it turns out when it's finally ready to be harvested. I've been checking the height, the thickness of the stem, and the density of the buds to get an idea of how much longer I have to wait. I think I might start flushing it soon. The past few weeks have been so beautiful, watching the plants grow and change. It's amazing how something so small and fragile can turn into something so strong and vibrant. Now that they're getting ready to bloom, it feels a little bittersweet. I'm so excited to see the finished product, but I'll definitely miss having them around while they're growing.

Hey guys :-) Today a new diary starts with a strain from Amsterdam Genetics that I'm really looking forward to ☺️. I put 2 seeds to germinate. The more beautiful phenotype is kept in this diary, the other one is of course also preserved and is grown to the end 👍 . Of course everyone will be on instagram. 16.04.25 day 44. Six days after defoliation was done. These ladies have recovered nicely. They have been stretching quite alot and flowers are developing. Canopy is fulling out tent. It is a pity one plant is lagging behind or suffering from some problem since seedling stage. There are some calmag deficiencies going on and I think leaves look a little pale and could be greener. I have only topped up reservoir with nutrient solution. Lights where raised an inch on 2 separate occasions. Plants are doing well but I think can do better. I dont monitor pH unless I see some problems. I'm still trying to figure out which name for which plant.

I've put the net on her and switch the light timer to 12/12 for make her bloom! 😍 As you can see, I've also adjust the nutrients uptake, following the schedule on Canna's site, and the plants really love it! She drink 600/650ml a day, with a good runoff, and slowly but certainly, she's filling the net. Heavy defoliation under the canopy and then a couple of days recovery time before I stripped the big fan leaves from above the canopy to prevent the bud sites getting shaded out. Nice airy open canopy now. With this strain in particular you cant take the defoliation to far especially under the LED it seems, tons of growth happening under the LED's really impressed so far. If the buds grow with the same vigour as the vegetation then I am in for a personal best this run.

So flower has seemed very slow. We are on day 60 of flower, and they are NOT ready. The past two weeks the pH has been dropping tremendously every day. I couldn’t imagine it would be a root issue since I use hydroguard and we have a chiller set at 67 degrees, plus the plants look healthy! So I did my research and tried everything. Finally I decided to go ahead and treat with hydrogen peroxide because nothing else was helping, and Bam! Stable pH! Lesson learned. I hope the plants now start putting on weight over the next week and maturing. I was hoping to flush in a week, but I will just base it off what they are telling me.

Beginning of week.. So I went ahead and did a late defoliation.. humidity is sitting too high in the tent.. its been around 50 - 55 % RH but it does sometimes get up to 60% RH.. removing some of these leaves should help lower the RH AND lower the chances of getting mold.. these are gonna be some fat colas.. and those are the ones mold can creep up on.. doing my best.. dehumidifier just cant keep up.. but I also dont run it inside the tent due to the heat that thing and it's transformer give off when it runs for over 24 hours or so.. but she shouldn't mold.. I've got 3 fans inside just moving air.. but of course, sometimes that isn't enough.. but we will see how this goes.. may even add another fan.. keep it on the floor of the tent an point it up.. we shall see! But damn she smells so amazing.. i can smell alot of similarities from the Mandarin Cookies in here.. which also has Mandarin Sunset as a mother.. just as this one does.. but you can smell the skunk along with it.. but not as powerful as the citrus.. aw man the citrus.. love that shit.. I even chewed on a trichome covered fan leaf.. very delicious! So glad I have 9 more of this strain and a few others from ETHOS.. next run may be some Aura Genetix.. I've gotta see what fast versions are all about.. I bougt some of the Peach Bellini.. should be pretty epic.. keep an eye out for that diary after this one! Mid week.. Lower branches are getting plenty of light after the defoliation. The smell is getting intense. My carbon filter has began to smell like shit lol. Not literally.. but it stinks.. maybe like rotten skunk or something.. I've ordered a new one but I took that smelly one off for now.. so the whole block smells like member berries right now till the new filter comes in.. tomorrow. I couldn't figure out what the smell was untill i accidentally got my face into the exhaust fan wind.. smelled like rotten skunky shit.. lol. I guess I forgot things need to be changed out every so often.. just figured "air" running thru it wouldn't make it crap out so fast. Been maybe 8 - 12 months.. something like that. Never used one before this.. but running some ETHOS, it is a must! So citrusy! Purples are slowly coming in. She really reminds me of the Mandarin Cookies I grew.. but I also think the Mandarin Cookies was heavier on the Mandarin Sunset phenotype side.. and this one is pretty similar. Scent, growth, stretch.. but I know I cant say for sure that's what it is.. this is just what I believe is going on. But wow.. such a beautiful plant.. I've had to run a a few twist ties to other branches in order to keep them from flopping over, leaning on eachother and the sides of the tent.. should have scrogged I guess lol.. live and learn tho.. but so far its not too bad.. but this early on shows me what I might have to be dealing with in the next couple of weeks cuz they are beginning to get STACKED! I've said it before, and I'll say it again... ETHOS for the win 🏆 Later that day... Wow.. going back in again and now she smells just like the Early Lemon Berry! Wth! How is that even possible?! She is doing amazing things! Some calyxes are beginning to turn purple. Some of the top leaves are as well. Tried to get some decent pics of it.. but I guess I cant figure the new phone out.. as you can see, some pics are a little blurry. And sometims the capture is delayed behind the flash and I still get a dark pic as if it didnt even flash.. but whatever.. I can't wait to see what she has to offer! Such a gorgeous girlie! So happy and excited for this one! End of week.. Nothing left to do now but feed/water for about 1 more week and she will be ready for the 2 week flush!.. I normally like to just water as normal (without nutes, duh) for the entire 2 weeks and still keep checking runoff.. maybe FloraKleen once a week and then just water till harvest! So far, I am starting to see some milky! Still mostly clear, but that means she is getting closer! So excited! This girl really smells just like the Early Lemon Berry I grew! But still with a bit of sweetness to it too! Aw man I can't wait! Anyways... on to the next week!...

4-2-2021 Now starting 2nd week of flower. Look at her grow would you expect anything less from a Crop King Seeds seed No Way!. She is far behind the others but doing great just the same. So easy so far to grow this strain so not sure what the fuss is all about. I did manage to bend her under the string so technically she is a Scrog. I just did that so to spread her out might get a few more larger buds out of her.😎 Love how she is doing so far. Keeping the PPM'S Steady for now and added some Seaweed stuff for root growth. For the past month, the humidifier has been an issue putting out way too much humidity; often leaving water in the bottom of the tent. In addition, the temperatures are also out of control. I added an AC last week to keep the temperature below 80. I finally determined the exhaust vent is also broken and has been for some time. AC Infinity does not extend the warranty to the replacement parts. I guess that makes sense since they would be in a state of perpetual free replacements. I bought a new one from Amazon that came with a new controller which is different from the controller 69 currently using. I decided that while it is very inconvenient and inefficient to monitor the tent through the day, I would rather finish this Frostbanger run without introducing a new unknown variable. I will continue using 3 circulating fans, the 4” exhaust vent from my 3x3. I have the AC pushing air in and the exhaust pulling air out. This creates a neutral pressure tent environment-neither positive nor negative. It looks like growth has stopped and plant height has been reached. Now is the time for buds to fatten and frost up. All 6 of them are short remaining less than 3 ft. They range from 15 to 31 inches. #4, 5 &6 are showing some fade, particularly #4.
