DAY 21: With the settling in period well passed and the beginning of establishing their bases in the pots , it was time to get busy on the planned Methods to train them with. I enjoy trying different methods when growing multiple plants from a strain and comparing their finishes. It can be handy to watch which way pulls the best from them. #1 Amnesia Haze has been f.i.m.m.e.d and seems to have caught her in a good spot. Hopefully a multi-crown will form as the lowers catch up now. Amnesia #2 still has her rectangular look but I decided to top her as the node lengths could be a sign of a more sativa grow pattern possibly. This should keep her managed along with her potentially shorter sisters. The growth tips will be encouraged outwards now to give them their own space as they form. Amnesia #3 has so far only been cleaned out of her 1 and 2 nodes. She will be bent over once she is tall enough to safely do it to her. All looking happy and a nice cour still so hopefully flowering will be close now to use the stretch to shape them. Girl Scout Cookies # 1 has been bent over after working her stem a little between my thumb and finger to soften the stem again. She has stood back up once already so I have now had to use a tent peg to keep the 5th node down .... #2 G.s.c also had the same treatment but her stem snapped so I had to quickly reset her to let her fix the break. She is repairing it and again starting to feed the leaves on her 5th node. If she doesnt repair enough , I can top her too. They both have a good amount of growth on them so should be nice producers. All of the girls are due to go j derby the sp3000 directly in a day or so as I am harvesting a few others . They will be in then best spot to hit flowering stretch then. Onwards and upwards growmies. Be happy. UPDATE # I have been busy keeping g them trained over the past few days and wanted to show their progress before the next weekly update. It can help to show how the plants respond to the initial pinches /bends etc... They are bushing out where they need to now and the fimmed girl is bang on the money for the hotspot I think. Last week's plant showed an adorable life power, I hope this one will be the same or better ^_^ (14d) I'm not noticing that now, but it still grows excellent! update (17d): it grows perfectly fast and robust. Box stayed outside and the morning sun heated it up to 40 degrees and humidity was 24%, so I moved the tent to my apartment. I like what I have now. (17d) Initially, I planned not to interfere grow process. No LST or any kind of topping, just defoliation, but now I started to think about LST and SCROG. MB I will start LST at the end of this week. (19d) LST. It grows very fast, and I worry that it can cause problems in my short tent. How do I calculate: 1.6m total size - (0.3m pot + 0.2m between the led lamp and strain) = 1.1m - which is less than the max size of the plant. I don't plan to bend strongly to the ground in a spiral, but I just wanna move the plant's living powers a bit ^_^ 20d even after 1 day I can see a major speed up in side branches growing tempo. I hope that will take some living power and plant size will be lower without losing weight (^_^) 20d during changing the pot's stand I shook the plant too much and broke one branch (marked on the photo with a red line). I propped up it so can't even see the breakpoint. Finally got my voodoo juice, and start using it instead of my GHE root booster.

She completed the first week of flowering happily and she keeps stretching. Trailers net added to level the canopies.

Hello everyone! How are you? Here's an update on my Papaya Zoap. This week I'll only be able to share some photos, as I'm having technical issues, but I promise that next week I'll bring you the best photos I can. As I mentioned in the Black Muffin and Strawberry Cola diary, I started noticing that my plants had slowed down their development a bit and were showing signs of deficiencies. I discovered that my pH regulator wasn't working properly, but I've already fixed that problem. Most likely there was a root blockage. I've already flushed the plant once with distilled water, and I'll probably do the same on the next watering. I'll fertilize again next week. You'll have news soon, haha! Hugs machines.💀😍

3 seeds from barneys farm : zkittlez Og auto. Diary : Day 1: I dug a pit and cleaned my dirt with metal grid and a wheelbarrow & Installed the greenhouse. Day 2 : I rotated my dirt and added universal soil. 4 x 70l to area of 6m2 . I also planted seeds in universal soil without sprouting first. Day 3 : I gave water and checked for sprouts. Bought moist meter and dripping hose. Installed those and making the greenhouse more moisty now. Putted seeds in small sprout basket for now. Feeling : Verry happy for my first time. Lots to learn.. . Excited

Finally starting to shape her, had to supercrop the branches do I could bend them around the first X. WIll be getting a replacement for those cable ties/tie-wraps. She's looking like she's surviving the torture, at least a few days after training her. Update: doing fine, didn't tie her up too much so she just kept growing like nothing happened, which is still insane to me. Crazy how much cannabis plants can handle, I don't have much to compare her too, but this Amnesia Haze is deffo suitable for very high stress training.

6/28 I had to water deeply despite watering thoroughly yesterday. This heat wave is supposed to pass today. We have had temps in the 90's. Ihate it but the girls seem to love it. RH is super high and controlling pm is a pain in the balls. When my connection is better I'll add my vid and photos. Still need a follow up preventative spray. BT is really awesome but super narrow and I've found random stink bugs, earwigs, crickets and grasshoppers as well as easily identifiable leaf damage. I'm thinking Spinosid. Save my PM stuff for PM. Tried checking my PH with a soil meter. The bags are basically just roots. The only two plants it read came to 6.5 which is strange because I usually run around 7.3. I'll certainly take it. If it's correct that is. RH 64 TEMP 84 6/29 Didn't water this morning due to a torrential downpour last night. Nothing broken after first glance. The thunder and wind woke me last night. This storm was horrific yet my plants still seem unaffected. Need to rearrange the cage. It will be a pain to have to move that ice cream cake. Maybe I could find a way to modify the cage outwards. I also need to move the plant in the tote in the back. Luckily I got back and watered before plants dried out. Noticed a FEW dead or yellow leaves on the middle interior of some plants. I upped dosage of growbig last feed and fed a little earlier. I'll go back to my normal feeding schedule and see what happens. Thing is the plants are getting huge so I would think increased nutes would help. Couldn't he lockout. Too much water. Maybe nutes in the soil are leaving? I'll figure it out. I temporarily pulled the stalk on the ice cream cake back and tied it to the posts to get it off the fence. 6/30. 90s again today. I deeply watered and noticed a couple more yellow leaves (bottom middlish). Only thing that was changed was feeding. I may go back to original schedule. Funeral today so I'll have to check things out later. UPDATE: Went back maybe sux hours after watering to find the grow bags dry. I reached my hand in the side and it's pretty much all roots. These high temperatures and wind are drying my plants out. No droop but the soil WAS dry. I watered again and plan to check again tonight. When temps go down I'll probably do a preventative Spinosid spray. 7/1 Watered and fed two gallons. Grow big at 1 1/2 tbsp. Still some yellow leaves on the interior. I'm talking like maybe five. Accidentally destroyed lace wing eggs. I knew it was something to keep an eye out for but I mistakenly thought it was BAD. Oh well it was just two eggs. I'm sure there are more. Tried measuring PH with soil meter but the only two plants that registered were 6.5 and 6.6. I believe the PH to be a bit higher. The bags are so full of roots it's hard to get a measurement. I know my soil and water WAS on point before my gauge broke. However I leave the 7.3 as that was about what the big ones tested at last time measured. 7/2 These are some resilient strains. Currently 54 degrees at 9am. It had been 80 or 90 in the last few days. Perfect rain today. A light shower all day. Obviously didn't water. Found a few yellow leaves but the plants look so good. The also seem to be stretching but it's far to early for the preflower stretch. I'll keep an eye out. Things are looking pretty good. Still need to move that plant in the back. 7/3 Watered today. Looks like it might rain but top soil was a little dry. Also noticed this site measures teaspoons not tablespoons which is how I measure. I'll need to adjust that. There's tell tale damage from a variety of pests (leaf hoppers, pillars, grasshoppers ECT.) So I think I'm going to do a spray within the next couple days. Im leaning towards Spinosid but Dr. Zymes supposably helps the PM as well. I'll do more research and update. 7/4 54 degrees and raining. Haven't checked the girls out yet today.

July 1st germination day Things went well. Started her in paper towel, She split the next day. Had a tap root on day 4 and placed her in her forever home. Popped out of the soil on day 6 and looks very happy. Soil is Vegetable and Herb mix from the store with a bit of perlite mixed in for aeration.

So as you can see I now have four flowering which I guess were the autos and I have one gelato that is still vegging and is doing damn good. There are two that have lighter color leaves, I’m trying to focus on on these and see if I can get better production. As for the tall GG in the back, leaves are waxy and have resin production starting. A lot better, overall I’m learning more and more every week! They are moving quickly these days! I’m using FF nutrients, then just water, then a mixture of molasses, recharge, and epsom salt, and then water again. Not sure if I’m overdoing it but they seem happy.

Day 22 (2020-05-31): Did some additional LST and defoliation. For LST I used wire hooks pushed into the soil to encourage sideways growth of the new branches. The G14 looks a lot bushier but it did not have as many large leaves that needs to be removed. Also, due to it's mutant nature, it started with two main branches. Maybe I should have pinched one back, but it seems very healthy so far. Roots are poking out the bottom of both pots. Not sure if this is bad or not. It did not happen in my previous grow but was using 3 gal instead of 2 gal fabric pots. Day 23 (2020-06-01): Investigated the mesh cup filter I am using with the Blumats. Turns out I had it backwards and it had some slimy feeling film inside. Not sure if that is contributing to the PH rise when water sits in the tubing, but I cleaned it out and swapped it the right way. Made some small LST adjustments. Day 24 (2020-06-02): Removed a couple of blocking leaves, made some slight LST tweaks to even things out. One of the Blumats seemed like it was not dripping but bleeding the line caused it to kick in. Must have still had some residual air in the system from yesterday's filter adjustment. PH is still a bit higher coming out of the line, but is much improved. Will continue to monitor. If it stays high may try removing the filter altogether to eliminate that possibility. Day 25 (2020-06-03): Changed the reservoir out. PH was high, but still in range but the water was cloudy and had a pretty rotten smell. Going to check PH and smell daily and see if I can get a handle on what is happening. Maybe I just need to have a regular changing schedule. Day 26 (2020-06-04): PH of reservoir at 5.6. Day 27 (2020-06-05): PH of reservoir at 5.7. DId some LST adjustments and removed a few larger leaves. Noticed some light discoloration spots on a couple of the older leaves. Moved lights a bit closer (21") Day 28 (2020-06-06): Noticed some yellowing on the tips of some of the new growth. I checked the lights and they had been way closer than I thought. Moved to correct distance to see if it may have been early signs of light burn. PH of reservoir is at 6.2. Most likely will change out tomorrow. I also noticed today a bit of white fuzz mold growing on the outside of the pots and even a little bit on the surface of the coco. I am going to turn off the humidifier for a few days and get some 3% H2O2 to wipe down the outside of the pots.
