So maybe a little early but i had multi reasons.. shes dank! smell is amazeballs! and quality is up there doing an auto cure (bucket + timer air pump) the smell is very creamy.. cant wait to press some!

Last week was our transition week. Pistils are now appearing so let’s call this week 1! Happy with this grow so far. Lots of defoliation and lollipopping to get some airflow...

It was finally time to harvest her, what good times we had with her. Amazed with how beautiful this plant is, how easy to manage and train and how rewarding Orange Hill Special is. So we said our thanks and goodbye, thanked her for all the joy she gave while growing her. I realize more and more how I love growing them even more than the end-product. It takes my mind of all going on for a while, in my miniature jungle world in the attic. Im sure all of you just sometimes sit there and watch them, in wonder, dreaming away with a good buzz on, watching them wave in the wind of the fans. So with a heavy hart I apologize, play them their last music, sit with them and feel them and smell them, watch the glistening of the cristals. In the end we had 209 gram dried Orange Hill Special, I will know the total of the grow, in a few days, since the final big whopper still has to dry: my XtraKush, be sure to check the harvest of that one *in couple of days) and see a one-dollar seed outperform two 10 dollar seeds. these buds have sat out for a few days be4 being trimmed completely and jarred.. i will continue to burp them daily for a few weeks and then test a bud or 5.. the smell of this stuff is truly amazing and i can not wait to pack it in the bong

Did a heavy defoliation and put the trellis net in place for the screen of green. Hopefully flipping to flower in 2 weeks or less.

The plant is producing solid buds and has an absolutely exciting grape/apple aroma. I've reduced the light cycle to 11 hours and dimmed the lamp to 85% to achieve lower temperatures and accelerate the plant's ripening process. The top leaves are receiving about 850 PPFD. Nutrient levels were significantly reduced this week.

So I’ve over watered them like a idoit and then to top it off the girl on the right all her bottom leaves went droopy and didn’t look so strong so I cut them of , also I’ve noticed some yellowing on the tips of the leaves from the girl on the left but I think that’s due to over watering , anyway I’ve done from watering everyday to when top of the coco is dry nutes are the same just gone from feeding every day to every other day but overall that’s the end of week 3 and I’m still impressed on how there looking AS ALWAYS ANY ADVICE WOULD BE AMAZING

They smell great. Not a hard grow, but not stabilized genetics. 4 different phenos all with differing flowering times. Make it tough when you use your grow tent as a dry tent to contain smell. Had to buy another tent just to dry the ones that were finished instead of risking them herming. 5.8 oz dried and trimmed bud. Didn't weigh larf/trimmings but will be dry sifting it for the press.

Some of the buds/ leafs were starting to turn brown. It seems like it was a bit past it's prime, I harvested on day 60 of flower. The strain was 56-63 days Jack Herer by pHenos Nursery. The trichoms looked ready, I did have some issues that I've noted in previous weeks but it smells amazing and I can't wait for it to finish drying and curing!

Dienstag war auch für diese Pflanze ein wichtiger Meilenstein – sie ist jetzt ebenfalls im Blüte-Modus und genießt den 12 Stunden Licht- und 12 Stunden Dunkelheit-Rhythmus. Kurz davor habe ich auch hier die Entlaubung vorgenommen, um sie optimal auf diese neue Phase vorzubereiten. Die Wasserzufuhr wurde wie bei der anderen Pflanze angepasst und entspricht nun den Empfehlungen für die zweite Blütewoche. Ich bin wirklich erleichtert, dass das Problem mit dem pH-Wert endlich der Vergangenheit angehört und das System stabil läuft. Diese Pflanze hatte es am Anfang wirklich schwer. Ich hatte sie leider überdüngt, was dazu führte, dass die Blattspitzen verbrannt waren und sie generell recht klein geblieben ist. Aber sie hat sich erstaunlich gut erholt und zeigt jetzt ihre ersten Blütenansätze, was mich sehr freut! Das aktuelle Sorgenkind ist allerdings die Luftfeuchtigkeit. Sie ist momentan leider viel zu hoch, und ich muss mir überlegen, wie ich das am besten in den Griff bekomme. Das ist jetzt meine nächste große Herausforderung.

Flowering day 56 since time change to 12/12 h. Hey everyone :-). We are now close to the harvest 😍 This strain is really extremely fast 👍. Both phenotypes now remain there for 3 or 4 days before they are put in the darkroom for 48 hours 😁. The trichomes are now 70% milky and 30% amber ☺️. They were watered one last time today with 1.2 l per plant so that they can dry again until the darkroom :-). Before the last update, there will be an interim update of the harvest 👍. This week went outstanding, she is still stretching and up to 40 inches. I really hope she is done stretching because I am running out of room. I was still feeding her 50/50 on bloom and veg nutes last week, but as of today she is getting 100% Bloom Nutrients. I am still defoliating her about every other day, but hopefully I am about done with that except for a few leaves here and there that may be blocking bud sites. I am now feeding her bloom nutrients and a PK booster, so hopefully she is ready to focus on flower production. So far I am super impressed with Ethos Genetics, this lady is definitely low maintenance and grows vigorously. I hope everyone had a great weekend, enjoy the video and Blaze On!

First heavy trimming

Hey everyone, Just chillin and letting them grow. Gave them some microbe life and watering them when dry. Not much else going on, keeping things smooth as possible for flowering.

Week 8 is finally here! We changed up the nutrient feeding to the week 8 on the feed chart. I am diluting everything at a 50-40% rate to keep EC within acceptable ranges of 0.8 - 1.1 EC. I started adding Terpinator to the mix and I do notice a significant smell increase vs. without it. I am going to keep using this as I think it is a great supplement. I did figure out that even though on the bottle and on the specific feed chart, it says it is a light formula that will have minimal impact on EC and will not burn your plants at the recommended rates - it will! First time mixing up my nutrients with terpinator, I had to dilute it because the EC was too high. I put the recommended amount in my mix, and checked EC and low and behold it was high. The next feeding I did a 50% dilution rate and that seemed to be ok if you are diluting your other inputs properly to compensate. ALWAYS make sure your EC and PH are in check prior to fertigating your plants. I am watching the trichomes on a daily basis and am looking to harvest sometime this week or next. I plan to dry it in the tent it is growing in as it has AC and good airflow. Once they are done drying, they will get trimmed up, lightly vacuum sealed and stored in the freezer. Updates will be coming throughout the week!
