Hey guys:) Easy week again, I just watered them, took out the leaves that fell of and killed some bugs. The bottom leaves fall of on their own now, buds start to really fatten up. It looks like the wasabi is done very soon, like a week or 2 max and the sangrias need like 3 more weeks at least.. Looking forward to the next weeks:) Just watching the buds becoming bigger by the day is really satisfying now:)

Last couple weeks for the Green Gelato pair. Getting a couple amber trichs in the video. I accidentally snapped a branch and decided to fully remove it from one, and will add to the total weight at the end. The Royal Gorilla is a strange one. Still far behind at this age, could go 100 days potentially lol. Drinking 2l a day too.

Great week! Happy with the pistil development. The New and Chemdawg are my longest flowering plant of the four, yet interestingly they’re fastest out of the gate. Bubba’s Gift and Black Dog are taking their time but tight little buds are starting to show and they’re all stretching (The New the most so far). I also added an old spare blurple light, positioned right above Bubba so she’s gets plenty of LED

We have reached the first harvest, I do not mark it as harvested because the other one is still going and will be harvested in 7 - 10 days. Here we are with our Blue Cheese F1 Hybrid by Zamnesia, it was the first to be harvested in just 59 days, born in fact on September 1st, all of it was harvested on October 30th, not bad at all. The flowers are really beautiful, excellent resin, skunky scent as we like it a little gray, as soon as we smell skunk we fly into the past, far from indie and commercial music and with generic nostalgic references. Here with a smell of skunk we teleport to the coffee shops of Amsterdam in the late 90s. It often happens to me when I smell the flavors and smells of the first super herbs I smoked. With Skunk and derivatives more than anything. And then with Cheese which is precisely a derivative and with Bubblegum I go straight back to that coffee shop. The amount of grass is average, the plant is not very tall, about 90 cm and has been cleaned underneath, the largest is 100 cm, it will give us a lot of grass, the phenotypes are slightly different despite being f1 but at least two phenotypes seem obvious to me, we must grant them, mom and dad. I did a big flush but the plant arrived a bit green anyway, I had exaggerated in pumping a bit and I anticipated the harvest by about a week when I saw my jars almost empty. Let's be clear, we are still at an excellent amount of mature pistils, about 75%, and as for trichomes we are a bit amber, mostly cloudy and also some transparent still. But whatever, we are ready anyway. 20/03: most of the plants are very near the end - there has been an issue with two kush - severe nute burn - I have hung them up to dry before the burn killed off any of the buds - will cut later this week and add the weight to the overall harvest. 1 more week nutes - 1 week flush and 1 week to dry. The white widow colas are blooming so that the stalks are unable to hold them up - added cable ties to keep everything in place

The top was too heavy and hanging sideways. Upper half is cut, leave the rest for another week 24/01 lower part is cut Small harvest, 15-ish gram dry

17 January 2021 The seed has germinated and the plant has risen. 19 January 2021 The seedling had struggle with germination because the seed’s shell was stuck on the sapling causing the first pair of leaves to grow stuck in the seed shell and had to remove the shell by hand. This has put a minor delay on the plant’s growth.

Buds are getting bigger. It's developing well. This strain have a nice structure.

I think there’s been some sort of salt build up / nutrient lock. The lower leaves have been turning a lighter green and some even yellow on SL plants. Most stems are red. Seems like it’s a pH problem. I flushed them with 4-5 litres of water to reduce the nutrient concentration in the roots. Going to introduce molasses in next feeding! Organic Unsulphered And also stop the Micro (nitrogen)

I thought the ladies would have another 2-3 weeks left in veg, but started to notice pistils forming within the last couple of days. So flower will most likely start to begin within the next week, I’m guessing I may see a couple oz per plant come harvest day. Not bad for first time grow & using autos, from what I’ve heard a lot of people do not recommend learning with autos due to how quickly their state can change depending on what you do with them. There are some things I wish now I would have done a bit different within the last couple of weeks, I can’t help but wonder how much bigger they’d be if I did not do any defoliation at all. But I have been combating flies bad and made the call to defoliate mainly for that reason. Started to cut back on veg foods and introduce flower foods and sugars to their diet. Humidity levels still at a steady decrease, aiming to have humidity down in the 30s come flower time. Will be going on vacation for a week soon, so fingers crossed that nothing goes wrong. Will be having a good friend of mine come by every couple of days to FaceTime me and make sure everything is handled as well as possible when the time comes.

Day 21 of Veg and we have started our LST! We are just bending down the tallest branches and encouraging lateral growth. We have topped and we will top once more before flower. We are about to put these 10 ladies in the 4x4

Little change week over week. She is small, so some lower level defoilation was needed to better expose the lower bud sites. Lower temps and a brief aphids bout may have stunted growth. She does smell great.

We are currently working on the recovery from the initial stem split on plant A. She's almost all the way recovered with only a slight crack still remaining. Hopefully that split and the overwatering won't disrupt or stunt the growth of this lady too much. For the sake of experimenting I pulled off the first set of fan leaves that were stunted and discolored in hopes the energy used by the plant will be directed more towards the new growth. Plant C is looking great and loving the increased Par values from our light as we are getting good vertical growth and the main stem is looking super healthy. As we get through to the end of the week we will start transitioning plant A for LST in the form of tie down. The fan is currently applying pretty good stress to the already week stalk of plant A, but she again is almost 100% closed back up. The whole purpose of the fan is to strengthen the stalk with very light stress. Plant C will see LST beginning in 2 weeks as she is 1 week behind Plant A. Many people ask me about the LL on the guage and I will remind everyone, I live in a high climate desert around the 49th parallel so it's cold and dry. When the tent is closed I usually see rh values near 40% where the normal RH (Relative Humidity) is around 10%. It's just dry here. That said the grow community here and the quality of bud is top shelf as it gets. Rh doesn't necessarily impact the end results. End goal is still 360g harvest out of this tent we will see if we get it.
