Day 22 - All ticking along nicely...apart from a smart timer issue the last 2 days!!! :/ At least it was light stuck on rather than off so no early flower initiation!!! Got everything reset and all looks good so far. Will be using programmable timers for flower, JIC!!! Funny thing I noted while making the time lapse, the plants still "Went to sleep" at the time they should...even with the lights on and woke up when they should! Was quite interesting to see! Apart from that, just LST and plucking some bud covering leaves. Dropping the SCROG screen tonight and this will most likely be the last week of veg. As EC was dropping slightly by end of last week, have upped the EC by 0.1 Happy Growing all!!! 💪

This lovely lady is suffering from a little bit of what appears to be a calcium deficiency which is being remedied now with some calmag. Other than that she is doing great. The buds are fattening up real good. She is starting to develop some minty notes and is frosting up nicely.

Very curious to see how this one turns out. Pretty much the reason I gave 2 away and had to keep rearranging.

Not much to say, we officially have take off. Leaf tucking and LST to expose the bud sites, trying not to take anything off if I can help it. These autos don't cope with much, glad I have my photoperiods in there. Can't wait to see some pretty flowers ;) Day 42- one of the Stardawg girls has had a huge growth spurt. Added in a 400 watt side light to fatten up any lower buds. 660Watt Hps over the top. Considering adding CO2 and investing in another light.. Maybe LED. Hello Diary, The fourth week of flowering is over and we are slowly heading towards the end. Last week I did defoliation, so now there is better air flow through the whole plant. The leaves took on a yellowish color, but the flowers were not affected. They are covered with trichomes that are now visible to the eye and have been given a beautiful dark purple color. The volume of the flowers themselves is smaller than that of her roommates Purple Punch, I hope it will fill up a bit. As you can see in the photos, the Watermelon has a nice shape, it just looks gorgeous to me. In one watering I added Biobizz and that was the last addition of nutrients for her. From now on just flushing. Conditions in the growbox are good, the temperature varies around 25 degrees, while the humidity is around 40%. Now comes the stage when I start observing the development of trichomes through a microscope, it’s a special experience for me, like I’m looking at something from another planet. Here's a brief overview of the week: 11/03/2021 - Day 44. Watering. I didn’t add any nutrients, I just lowered p.H. water at 6.3. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25.5 degrees and 36% humidity. 13/03/2021 - Day 46. Watering. p.H. I downgraded to 6.4 and added BioBizz as scheduled for the current week. This will be the last addition of nutrients. From now on only clean water. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 26 degrees and 39% humidity. 16/03/2021 - Day 49. Hello, hello again! Started this week off with yet another, 6.5PH in, 6.2 PH out watering of 2.5L per 9L pot each. I actually, despite my statements in previous weeks, said "ah f*** it" and upped the dosage of bloom (4 ml/L), topmax (4 ml/L), and brought grow back to 3ml/L. They soon about to be harvested, didnt want to deny them a proper last meal. Other than that, we entered what i for myself call the "boring" state. Theyre absolutely nice too look at, and, looking back, have been so much fun to grow, but now i just sit here waiting for Trichomes to amber up. And since its my only tent, i hope they do so equally as fast as the rest of the grow so far. So, nothing much more to tell! No Defoliation, No Adjusting lights, just feeding them and ever so patiently waiting on them. One of the plant has some cool looking foxtails going on. I dont mind it, looks cute. Budsites still keep sweeling up good though. Stigmas are now 50/50. Added some Trichome shots on Nov 3rd, Took a couple of pics and stacked them in Photoshop Day 69, some more Trichome Checks, not quite there yet! See you next week! :) Added Timelapse for week 10!

Started off week 6 off by adding 5ml of Flying Skull Z7 to reservoir and adjusted reservoir PH to 6.0. I've got the blumats nearly dialed in and keep making small adjustments every 24 hours. I am holding off a few days on the nutrients to see what the plant tells me. The clawing seems to have improved(combo of over watering and not getting runoff on hand watered nutrients I believe). When I apply nutrients going forward I will make sure there is plenty of runoff so I don't repeat the same mistakes. 😬 on day 2 I applied 1 gal of nutrients and watered until runoff. On day 3 I defoliated the bottom of my plants to improve the air flow. On day 6 I added 5ml of flying skull Z7 to the reservoir. I noticed a possible calcium deficiency on one plant so on day 7 I applied my 1 gal of nutrients with the addition of calmag and silica. Ive only used calmag once growing in coco and it burned my plants...so I assumed there was enough from my tap water and nutrients. I know this goes against all advice.. I think it finally caught up with me LOL.LIve and learn to buffer your coco. Next grow I will buy buffered coco and use a calmag product 😅 I defoliated the center of my plants to increase airflow and expose light deeper into the canopy.
