Day 38- 18/01/22 and we are now in flowering everything is looking good I’m still cutting down the plants from my last grow Afghan kush and once I’m done with that I’ll be moving everything that isn’t chemdawg into the HPS tent!!! Day 41-21/01/22 plant is finally in the hps tent and doing well!!!

Week 3 and a repot is done and now in day 3. Flower - Week 4 (Days 22-28) Day 22 (Jan 22) I did a reservoir change at 00:30. Fresh numbers: pH 5.81, EC 1588. It felt like a clean reset after all the EC creep and the general “why are the numbers doing this?” vibe. Plant looked strong. No drama in the canopy. Buds forming, everything looked like it was on track. I was honestly feeling pretty good about it. Day 23 (Jan 23) At 01:15 I topped off with about 2½ L pH’d water and landed at EC 1566, pH 5.79. Same session: I did a lot of work - heavy LST in the trellis, supercropped one branch, and pulled a few big fan leaves to open light to lower bud sites. The plant took it like it was nothing. That’s been the story: I mess with her, she just keeps growing and throwing bud sites. Great… but it also means I’m still running out of vertical space. Day 24 (Jan 24) At 01:00 I measured EC 1668, pH 6.0 and did massive LST work again. Also took a picture of the root ball and it looked amazing - clean white, crisp, and huge. That was a relief, because when the canopy is getting dense and the tent is getting tight, it’s nice to know the foundation is bulletproof. I also had to move the oscillating fan because there’s basically no room above canopy anymore. I ended up hanging it upside down under the canopy (not ideal), and I even saw a tiny bit of condensation forming between leaves higher up. That made my stomach drop a bit, because I can’t really “create more air” out of thin air in a packed tent. Day 25 (Jan 25) Around 01:00 I got an EC reading 2000+ that didn’t make sense to me. Plant still looked fine, so I didn’t want to panic-correct based on a single number. But mentally it was annoying: I can handle a plant problem, but I hate “do I even trust the data?” problems. I was still doing LST, but I stopped supercropping because I don’t want to stack stress and end up stunting her - especially with my harvest timeline in the back of my head. It finally seems to have ended the stretch. Good! Day 26 (Jan 26) At lights on (around 00:15) I finally saw it: discoloration on upper fan leaves (right side). It reminded me of the early grow issues. My working theory was that I’d been pouring concentrated low-pH top-off water on the same side, basically creating a micro-zone and stressing one part of the root system. Later I also had that “oh fuck” moment where I noticed the airline to the air stone had disconnected - no idea how long, but likely when I stirred. Luckily roots still looked fine and the plant didn’t look like it had crashed, so I think I dodged a real disaster there. Still… not the kind of surprise you want in DWC. Day 27 (Jan 27) At lights on (00:30) it was a total mess. The upper canopy looked wrecked fast - most top leaves damaged, necrotic spotting, and the tent smelled like wet hay. That’s the kind of smell that instantly makes your brain go to worst-case scenarios. I drained the reservoir and the numbers were completely wack: EC ~3000, pH 6.8. That explained everything. I did a full res change immediately and replaced it with a sane mix: EC 1622, pH 5.63. And honestly, I don’t know if this happened because I switched to a new brand of pH down and screwed up somewhere, or if it’s just the combination of high uptake + my top-off method + small res volume catching up with me. But the timing feels… suspicious. Day 28 (Jan 28) At lights on (around 00:15) the damage hadn’t spread further. The canopy still looks ugly - lots of necrotic patches on leaves - but the plant itself doesn’t look like it’s dying. Buds look largely unaffected, which is a huge relief. I removed the worst leaves, but I’m trying not to go crazy stripping her. The vibe right now is: she took a hard hit, I corrected it as fast as I could, and now the only smart move is stability. No more hero moves. Just let her recover and keep building flowers.

Day 64, 19th of November 2020: Defoliation is done. She is beautiful and you know what? I checked other diaries and wanted to see that nice purple colour and hardly seen indoor turned to be purple more outdoor qas like that. I think she is more sensitive for the environment in terms of colour. But! I might see it is coming. I may have spotted smthg.... I am not sure yet but... but.... If yes, I would be so happy to have a little purple bonsai OMG 😲 All good anyways she is good girl, fertilization continues the same way like it was with the mix above and the ratio. The lamp is on 11.30 min and off 12.30 min. Last week was 15 min longer light cycle.... So every week 15 min shorter light cycle until the 5th week. So far -30 min. It switches on at 6 am and off at 17.30 pm.

Pretty fast, seed to harvest about 2months , really intense smell and very beautiful colours. So 22gr and probably will lose some more if I manage to cure it for some time. I was expecting a little bit more but the same moment I feel nice with the result

Fin de la semana 5, entrando a la semana 6, fue increíble la forma en que crecieron estas señoritas, sin duda haber renovado la bomba de CO2, por una nueva, completamente hecha a mano y casera (1,5 litros de agua tibia, 500 gr. de azúcar blanca granulada y 15 gr. de levadura fresca, en una botella de refresco, con un hoyo en la tapa), hizo que la fotosíntesis fuese mas apresurada, ideal para las plantas de tipo autoflorecientes, el volumen de crecimiento fue aproximadamente de un 45% y logro que ya empezaran a aparecer los primeros pistilos, estoy muy emocionado como han respondido todos los componentes agregados en este cultivo, desde el sustrato de Canna Terra Proffesional, hasta los nutrientes Top Crop, ademas de mencionar a las semillas Fast Buds y las semillas a granel de Bocanda Growshop en Temuco, Chile. Una vez dicho eso, las plantas entraron al quirófano para hacerles su única defoliación pesada entrando establemente en floración, para ello, elimine las hojas más grandes y los micro-tallos que no alcanzaron a entrar en flora esta semana, dejando a los más aptos y fuertes, para su engorde con nutrientes orgánicos (Top Bud y Top Candy). Don Pato! ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ (Eng) End of week 5, entering week 6, it was amazing how these ladies grew up, without a doubt having renewed the CO2 pump, for a new, completely handmade and homemade (1.5 liters of warm water, 500 grams of granulated white sugar and 15 grams of fresh yeast, in a soda bottle, with a hole in the lid), made photosynthesis more rushed, ideal for autoflowering plants, the volume of growth was Approximately 45% and I have already begun to appear the first pistils, I am very excited how all the components added in this crop have responded, from the Canna Terra Proffesional substrate, to the Top Crop nutrients, in addition to mentioning the seeds Fast Buds and bulk seeds from Bocanda Growshop in Temuco, Chile. It's week five of flowering, and the buds are developing very well. I'm very happy with how this run has gone so far. Let's hope for buds as big as Lemons 🍋🍋🍋

All I can say is that this thing is a beast. She likely only has a week or two left so I did one last small top dress with dry amendments as well as some ewc and super soil to top it off. Cant wait to watch this girl really fatten up. She’s already having trouble holding up the colas. 😎🍿🍻🌱

Start of week 2. Everything seems to be ok. The bottom left and right seem to have taken the lead. I switched the two biggest plants into the center. And raised the pots off the ground to help with airflow and temps. Plants are doing good. Two centers are taking the lead. Using RO water. Currently watering when top two inches are dry.

From the first few days after transplant it became obvious that Plant B was expressing a different growth pattern. Her internodal spacing is just a little wider. The central stem continues extending steadily while producing beautifully symmetrical branches from every node. She still remains compact compared with many autoflowers, but there is a noticeable elegance to her overall structure. Rather than forming one dense cluster of leaves, she naturally creates a slightly more open canopy that allows light to penetrate deeper into the plant. The result is a structure that feels balanced, relaxed and incredibly healthy. Every photograph taken this week reflects that quiet confidence. ⸻ 🌿 Training Progress As with her sister, this week focused on gentle canopy management rather than aggressive manipulation. Leaf tucking became part of the daily routine, exposing developing secondary branches and improving airflow throughout the centre of the plant. A small amount of low-stress training encouraged the side branches to begin catching up with the main stem while preserving the plant’s naturally elegant architecture. One thing quickly became apparent. This phenotype almost seems to cooperate with the training. She opens naturally. She responds quickly. She seems eager to build multiple flowering sites without needing much encouragement. Sometimes a plant simply tells you how she wants to grow. The best growers know when to listen. ⸻ 📸 Behind This Week’s Photos The photographs beautifully capture the difference between the two Guava sisters. Early in the week, the camera highlights a strong central leader with perfectly healthy new growth and vibrant colour. As the days pass, the overhead images reveal a wonderfully symmetrical arrangement of fan leaves, creating an almost star-shaped canopy. The close-up macro shots show vigorous new shoots emerging confidently from each node, while the side profile demonstrates her slightly taller, more graceful posture compared with Plant A. She isn’t trying to become oversized. She’s simply expressing a little more vertical elegance while maintaining excellent balance. With every new node, Plant B is creating more opportunities for lateral branching while continuing her gentle upward growth. As low-stress training progresses, I expect those side branches to begin forming a beautifully even canopy capable of supporting numerous flowering sites. Her slightly longer internodes may ultimately provide excellent light penetration during flower, reducing congestion while still maintaining impressive bud density. She may not look identical to her sister. But that’s exactly what makes her special. Two sisters. Two personalities. Servus Moin! Die Super Double Cherry wurde heute auch getoppt. Sie ist mittlerweile auch schon sehr groß geworden. Jetzt können sich 4 neue Triebe nach oben Ausbilden.

So week 9, devils #1 and #2 are scheduled to be harvested on Wednesday 5/9, last flush was 5/4/2019. The purple fade is quite a spectacle, Devil #2 is definitely a green pheno and absolutely refuses to turn purple but smells and looks fantastic. I’m hoping to beat the 44g per average at 400g/m2. Devil #1 looks to be heaviest of all the girls hoping to break 2oz with that one. Still paying close attention to #3 her foxtailing is kinda of a bummer but looking at other diaries it looks to be a trait found in some devils. Devil # 4 is still chugging along throwing tons of new pistils and still a couple of weeks away. She just got her 2nd to last feed (75% nutes) most likely but time will tell. For my trim mostly thinking I’ll do a dry trim to try an protect the buds as much as possible 5-10 days hang dry and into the mason jars for a long slow cure hopefully. I still update with devil #3 and #4 until they get the chop. Photos updated every 2 days or so most likely a video of the girls coming down on 3/9-3/10, stay tuned! Devils #1 and 2 had all their fan leaves removed today may wait a few days to give the lowers time to fatten but both will be harvested by Friday.
