start of week 9

This week went very well, I was finally able to get the second toppings done today on day 35. I am hoping to get the final 4 toppings done in about a week or a week and a half, and then Give her a couple more weeks in Veg before I flip the lights. She is definitely not growing super-fast, but she seems to be growing nice and thick and sturdy with tight internodal spacing, which is exactly what I am looking for. at last we are in harvest week. im happy at all it was a good experience. my dry and cure style is this: 4 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 4 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. buds are dense and frosty but very little in size! i had some mistakes and problems with this grow so i admit i wasted them . lesson from this grow : grow autos far from fems and always give them 20 hours or more light per day to get good weight in little time.

This week was a good one . Stellar initial growth this round after upgrading lights & using homemade super soil. My 3 day old plants looked like 9 day old plants of my last run to give an idea . I watered for the first time since planting on 5/17 . I had to itch to test the runoff since it’d only take a sec right? All the ph’s came out almost 2 points lower than when they went in so I decided on a flush even though I’m using Dry amendments. Honestly I didn’t have the problem of fluctuating ph’s before I added that Peat Moss to my supersoil in hindsight I wish I would have just ordered 1 more 11lb brick of CoCo Coir . I had the idea that I may need to flush a day or two prior to watering when I noticed all my stems purple. I get it could be genetics but ALL of them where purple . Here today it is 1 full day since I flushed & all of the stems are now Green with the exception of my Runtz seedling. 3/17 will make day 7 for Runtz & #1 of the GDP 3/18 will make day 7 for Zkittlez & the 3 remaining GDP. I intended to transplant these ladies day 13 preferably into their forever homes of 3g fabric pots . Fingers crossed day 14 they’ll be ready to start some LST.

Did some more defoliation but keeping her going as she's wrapping up the stretch. Really starting to flower now, which took way longer than I expected. She's a late bloomer for sure, not the best for growing outdoors, this was a test seed though so I just kept her going. Amsterdam Genetics doesn't recommend this one for growing outdoors btw.

So i never ended up doing the nutes i had. I waited until seeing pre flower and top dressed with natures living soil autoflower concentrate. So far so good. I do think they were cal-mag starved prior to adding this because they did start to yellow a bit in between veins. Going all organic from here on out and doing super soil.

Day 73-25/5/23 So only got 3.30g wet of this tiny pot! It’s a very small pot probably a joint after drying 😅😂 we will try again!!! But does smell amazing 🤩

week 2 of flower, been able to line up compost teas with feeds so they get nutes, nutes, RO+TEA, Repeat. foliar last times this week, I stop spraying anything on week 3! showed how i like to shake them up with the scrog a bit in last vid. I do that to essentially simulate a wind storm, strengthen stalks and roots, also helps reorganizing the canopy as you sorta shake things into place that were bunched up next to neighboring leaves. next week will do a fairly heavy defoliation to allow better airflow around colas

Ok one has gone purple the other hasnt :) I’m still of the opinion that’s it’s too much calcium , maybe due to the microbes improving the circulation, next change tomorrow with out any cal mag we see what happens 🤞 Changed reservoir Thursday - Boxing Day Had a few issues with calcium with this strain , it first appeared two weeks ago , I m of the opinion that maybe the concentration got too high locking ou5 the nutrients , ph is perfect at 6.3 but still later on we are seeing it in the other plant , this could also be the boxes , as this is the first run with them we can see if it’s going to happen with the northern lights 🤞 Big one is trying to go purple , the gold in her leaves is quite amazing , a side product of too much calcium I think

I provided you with a close up video of each plant and one video where i go through tent and try to focus some nice buds individually. Flushing her for 5 days already with a mild 400 ppm solution of terpinator and mammoth. There she is, the prima donna of my tent, biggest and densest buds, check week one, i thought she was a rotten seed.. Smell is very interesting undescribeable to me i will wait some more time, maybe the moment when i grind her to give the best description.. I rate her 10 days to 2 weeks until harvest, all plants but one automatica are more less coming down in the same time.

She’s done. That’s it for This Bruce banner original sensible always is on point this plant is gorgeous and so stinky has flowery diesel notes and tons of tricomes can’t wait to get this dried looking about 3 oz dry I would assume from my experience on to the next ones now !

Here we are at day 54 and this girl is awesome she is such a small pretty little thing I'm probably only going to get about an ounce and a half off of her but that's okay because she smells really good.. Sensible Seeds big shout out to you guys if anyone is looking for bulk seeds they are your place as almost any breeder you can think of.. this has been an extremely easy girl from the beginning to now all I do is silica one watering then I'll hit her with recharge and then I'll top dress I'm thinking one more top dress and nothing but water from here on out maybe one more hit a recharge in a week and a half.. this is my first organic grow so I don't know if I'm doing this right as far as timing but it's all part of The learning experience.. On the final few days of a 10 day flush. Will be chopping down this week to harvest and hang dry. Really excited to try this one. The smells in the room are unreal.

So it's the start of week 3 , to say the plants had a very randomised environment up until this point , and 2 plants are in 1 pot ...... all 3 aks are looking good . Soo I'm going to keep them in the room , can just make friends with my new strains I want to put in there .... sure they will get along
