🗓️ Week 9 – Flower Week 5 ✅ This week was all about runoff EC values. Cherry MAC Muffin is still looking healthy, but a bit of salt buildup is showing up in the runoff. 💧 Latest watering: ➤ Input EC: ~1.3–1.4 ➤ Runoff: 1.76 → 1.67 EC 📌 Adjustment: ➤ Dialing back the base feed slightly to 1.2–1.3 EC ➤ Supplements at 20–30 % of the AN schedule ➤ Target: slowly bring runoff down to ~1.6 No real issues yet – just a bit of fine-tuning to keep her happy and balanced. The frost is definitely coming in stronger now ❄️🌸

Hello everyone! I promised to track this grow very closely this time and ufortunately life got in the way. Here is a quick sumup of the grow. First of all- One of the sour stomper plants unfortunately didn't make it. It died at about week 4. The main stem somehow had rubbed/broken down. That's why it was falling down. It was almost like a mini beaver had chewed it off at the point where the stem touches the riot rooter. At first I thought nothing much of it, maybe it hasn't been rooted in quite well yet or something. And I was constantly touiching it when watering, that made it worse. Soo the leaves were dropping and the plant looked very weak. Then I decided cut thr rapid rooters top layer and found out the severity of the problem. Tried to tape it up and other things, but it was too late. At the end it appeared all good as the remaing plants got so big the I had some space issue so I wouldn't have been able to fit another plant in anyway. At that time I finally made my self-draining saucers. I took me a while and a lot of effort, but finally they were ready and working well. I also installed the self watering system and flowering was starting. Pretty soon I started noticing weird leaf symtoms. Brown spots, different kind. Some plants had it more, some less. Sour Stomper looked pretty good throughout the grow. Mango smiles seemed sensitive and Strawberry Nuggs were pretty strong until the end. The grow was basically me experimenting with the setup- changing watering schedules , changing ppm, ph and all that stuff to keep the leaves looking healthy and it was very hard I have to admit. Probably my hardest grow in that regard. But somehow, the bud leaves remained healthy and the buds really fattened up good. I got away with an amzing 700G dry bud harvest which was def a new record from one grow. And the bud quality is very good too! Next time definetly no more than 4 plants as they got pretty big and I thought it was a little overcrowded. I was doing some good defoliation too. I should have defolited strawberry nugs more tho. Sour Stomper got some amazing bud development from top to bottom because it was was growing next to strawberry nuggets which were really small most of the grow. They actually took the most time to harvest even longer than Mango smile. Mango smiles were ready quite early. Sour Stomper was just in time! I topped sour stomper and both Mangoi smiles, left SNs both normal. Looking back at it, the way I grow them, Should have topped SNs too. Would probably have more space in the middle and longer side branches. Probably wouldn't have been as bushy! I followed the full Terra aquatica feed chart until the end. I was supplementing with CalMag a lot as I thought the symptoms could have been from a CalMag deficiency as this was my first grow with RO water. Overall a very challenging but good grow at the end. First time no mold problems. A record breaking yield for me. Basically surpassed the upper limit for all plant probable harvest sizes. Got good smelling quality bud. Very happy overall and will continue experimenting with Mephisto beans in the future for sure! I guess what I like the most about Mephisto is how close to description the plant is, very stable genes in that regard. Next time I will also have to start feeding plants higher PPM feed faster at the very start. and during flowering. But still not 100% sure what caused the leaf symptoms.

week 7 I am having a troublesome time. I am feeding a litre a week per plant with nutes and a litre water 2 days after so 2 feeds a week to each plant I give 8ml sensi bloom part a and 8 ml part b to 1 gallon dechlorinated and ph at 6 water with 4ml carbo load 4ml sensizyme and 4ml overdrive and also some calmag in between feeds! I will carry on as I am but I need help! I don’t know why the fan leaves are browning and yellowing I have trimmed the plants of most dead/dying foliage after giving a feed and adding calmag I hope they will pick back up! I have added all photos from last update in order to date

Just a few words from me: i love to grow plants, i dont care if its marijuana or garden plants. I know a bit in what stage the plant needs. So im not this guy that is constant working with meters and science and showing this or that. The plants speaks for themselves. The plant needs her building block and i try my best to deliver this to lovely Marie Jane. So people do what you want to do, i do it my way and i only care about the end result. On this Diary there are some haters, im not going to give their names, but luckily they are the minority. For the rest, i really love this growers diaries, it really brings this community together and also its a big playground for the breeders, now we can see the results real life! With my grow, i have 2 phenotype. One with red in the buds, this one smells more punchy. The phenotype with some red leafs and more green buds have a more sweet smell. Both is packed with trychromes, really good for making bubble hash or Rosin... The buds are super big and dense. Mould resistance is very good! The buds are super sticky and she smells very like candy and red fruits. Im not a wine drinking person, so dont hold me on that one. She is easy to grow and will get big fast, so one week of 18/6 light is good enough for 60/80 cm plants🌿💚🍀 i have 3 gallon (11L) baskets Nutrition: im not a person who precisely mesures the food for the plants. As long the pH is correct, also im reading the plants. I always give les then is asked on the bottles. I also give weeks in advance the nutrition they need in the cycle, because plants need this to start. Smell: plant already have a nice smell, very punchy, forest fruits and sweet wood. Health: nice strong plants, will grow big and flower fast! -----------Red Wine-------- Red Wine was created by crossing Rozay F2 with Jet A. They are 2 very powerful aromatic Cali hybrids. This exclusive new Cali strain is a very strong and fast flowering indica-dominant strain. It has an aromatic, intoxicating and relaxing effect. That is comparable to enjoying a good glass of wine. Red Wine has an average flowering time of about 7-8 weeks when grown indoors. Outdoors it is ready fairly early, usually around the end of September. The yield is very good. Indoors she has an average yield of 450-650 gr/m². When growing outdoors, 600-800 grams can easily be achieved per plant. Red Wine has an aromatic scent that can be compared to a full red wine. Replaced nitrogen with omina, omina has 14.0.0. Stretch almost over, growth almost switched to full flowering. Increasing phosphorous and potassium, beauty of nature is it only takes what it needs. Started to remove some weights as stems starting to show solid reinforcement and are ready to hold fat cola. Fingers 🤞. Decreased hours of light to 10. Extended hours of cold @ night from 2 to 6 hours @59 Farenheight with 2 hours both sides @ 70&77 respectively.

Hello everyone, The tangerine dream is in day 44 of flowering and is almost finished she is flushed 3 days ago, after each watering her runoff is under the 100 ppm i also removed many fanleaves. I'm really surprised by this strain she flowers so fast that i didn't add enough pk13/14 at the wright time. 😎Week 3 8/2- Here we go into week three and I'm looking to see some explosive growth happening in the tent soon!😃 The girls are all running 2 1/2" to 4" in height with the Seedsman Gelato OG's and FastBuds Purple Lemonade currently kicking all the others butts!💪 Gave a good watering this morning 2hrs after lights on with non-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.4. I plan on maintaining that watering schedule from here on out. I refilled the humidifier with non-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.5. Love the new setup with the two HLG quantum boards, 4 plants per light, and currently running at 400w per light. I'm looking forward to some record yields with this new setup using these 650R's! Temp's/RH/VPD are where they need to be at this point with daytime temp's maxing @ 83 Deg F/ nighttime @ 68 Deg F, RH @ 55%, VPD @ 9.0😀 8/3- Started compost tea last night, ingredients were; 5g de-clorinated 7.0ph water & 5tbsp unsulfured molasses, 4 cups worm castings, 1 cup alfalfa meal, 1 cup kelp meal, 2tbsp bat guano, 1 scoop Great White mycorrhiza and 3tbsp Neptunes Harvest seaweed extract which were added after the air was turned on and the 'bag' was in the bucket. I fimmed the FastBuds Purple Lemonade #2 and Seedsman Gelato OG #1, LST'd the FastBuds Crystal Meth #1 & #2, and the Seedsman Zkittles #1. Whilst doing all that I noticed my old friends the fungus gnats so I immediately placed sticky traps in all pots....little bastards! I went online and ordered Nematoads who will have a field day with the gnats! The girls all got watered in from the top and bottom with de-chlorinated straight water ph'd to 6.6 @ 76deg 225ppm, lights still @ 36" above the soil and running @ 400w each.😎 8/4- Gave the girls compost tea for breakfast. The tea had brewed for 38hrs., had 854ppm and ph'd @ 7.1...PERFECT! I split 4g of the tea between the eight ladies @ 1/2 gallon each. I also topped the FastBuds Crystal Meth #2 and Seedsman Gelato OG #2 and checked and adjusted LST on all. Temp's, RH, and VPD all on point with the girls are showing it! 8/5- Soil felt moist so skipping water today and will feed early AM. All the ladies have taken on a deeper shade of green and are really starting to take off since receiving the compost tea yesterday and they'll be going crazy by the end of this week going into week four. The FastBuds Crystal Meth #1 & #2 are both showing early flowering signs already and are starting to get some purple coloration in new growth which looks natural, not a deficiency. I topped the FastBuds Purple Lemonade #1 and Seedsman Zkittles #1 and checked/adjusted LST on all. 8/6- Gave a good watering this morning with 4g of de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.8, went through, and tucked leaves on all the girls to keep exposing lower bud sites to the light so that we have a nice even canopy for flower! All the girls have either been topped, fimmed or LST'd at this point and all I'll be doing from here on out is tucking leaves and possibly some very minor defoliation if needed, 8/7- All the girls look very happy this morning and are starting to get ready for that stretch at the beginning of flower. The FastBuds Crystal Meth's are the shortest, along with the Seedsman Zkittles #1 and the CM's are already showing pistils but I'm not declaring that they're in 'flower' quite yet. 8/8- Gave all the ladies a good water in this morning with .5g each of de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.9 @ 76deg. Went over all the girls and tucked shade leaves to expose bud sites, removed a couple of the ones that couldn't be tucked, and were blocking numerous bud sites. I also continued with LST on all bending branches outward to expose them to more of that HLG 650R goodness!

Well my lovely ladies grew wonderfully it was my first grow with LED. Definitely a little learning curve still. I ended up with about 700 g out of eight plants not too bad for the size girl over my head. The smoke is amazing smooth with a henna citrus then knock you on your butt I did harvest plants at different time so I do have different outcomes some is a little more of the knock you down while others are a little more energetic. Great girl have lots to learn will continue to post in here love you guys.

She is beautiful and I know her bud is going to be fire!!! But good goodness she stinks!! Kind of like fruity garbage, rotting fruit. Her buds are huge and already pretty heavy ❤️❤️

04/03/2020 Day 28 of flowering first pistils are fading and tons of new pistils popping up everywhere! Whew! Got a couple nice pics this week, getting a faint scent of tangie and berries Mmmm! Leaves are getting pretty frosty

The plants finally made it out to the garden. They don't look the greatest because of the stress from getting them out there and transplanted, but it's finally done! I made a video to go over almost everything, but I do want to say I didn't mention that I also mixed about 5-10% Biochar in with the Fox Farm potting soil. Also, the Agribon row cover will protect against pests as well.

The whole neighbourhood is trying to figure out where the skunk family is!!! Plants never stopped flowering yet but have slowed considerably. We had 5 major frosts and 2 snow events during this grow and all plants stood the test. One night was -4C. This is all coming down in two days where it is scheduled to be a +22C day.

More to come once I think this over, and finish up the dry and cure 🌱💨

***Note that I started to count the days when I placed the seeds between paper towels. The seeds were planted 3 days later and sprouted from the ground 2 days after being planted. D80 (13/05/2021): I'm looking at the trichomes every other days. Glue Gelato is starting to show amber on top buds. No amber for Banana Kush and Gelato. This time I will chop them all at the same time so the one I will rely on is the Glue Gelato. As soon as she is ready, I will harvest them all. Banana Kush and Gelato would probably need more, but in term of logistic, I need to harvest all my plants at the same time. D83 (16/05/2021): Not ready yet. I'm checking trichomes closely! 😬 - Light: the lights are at 100% and at 12 inch form the plants. - Temperature: during the day: 24-25C ; during the night: 20C. - Humidity: the humidity is maintain around 46-48% all the time. - Air circulation: There is an oscillating fan on the ground, one fixed fan pointing on top of the canopy and one fixed fan to help cool the lights. - Water: I gave water every other day or when the ground feel dry or the pots feels light. - ***IPM: I never mention it but I'm using nematodes pouch as an integrated pest management. I had trouble with pest in my first grow and I learned from it. That's the only thing I do for pest and of course watching closely and regularly at my plants 😊
