Beginning of week 8: Tropicana is 24 cm high and the stem is 36 cm long. She is a legal frosty angel (10 degrees last night) growing on a rotten balcony in a small town in germany. Day 50 🌥️☁️☁️ 10-19 degrees, humidity 78% I noticed that the soil has sunk. It moved downstairs, between the drainage I guess. New pots problem. Got my compost, summer will be long and there will be a second round for sure. So I prepared bigger pottery pots, maybe 15 liter, which will be ready for seeds in about a month or two. Tropicana needs rainwater now, some sunny hours during the day. That’s all. I like how she develops. Day 51 ☁️🌨️☁️☁️☁️🌦️🌈 14-19 degrees and humidity is around 77%. I gave Tropicana too much nitrogen. Spotted some signs and stop with fertilizers for now. It‘s ok but the comfrey manure had more nitrogen than I expected. In the next days we‘ll have a lot of rain, so Tropicanas soil will be washed and this will solve the problem maybe. It‘s a big difference to grow cannabis in a pot then veggies in the ground in a no dig garden with yearly compost mulching. My Tomatoes in ground loved this 1:5 comfrey manure breakfast but for Tropicana less would have been more. Maybe 1:15 or 1:10. It always depends on the raw material for the liquid manure. This year we had a lot of rain and the comfrey had maybe more nitrogen as usually. Day 52 🌥️🌤️🌦️🌤️ 13 - 19 degrees and the humidity is 69%. Tropicana had about 0.8 Liter pure rainwater today. So this is absolutely relaxing viewing the structure of fruits, my homemade soil, little insects living inside. Actually this was a tip out of a blog article of Fast Buds Tropicana Cookies week by week guide, which I can highly recommend. I gave Tropicana in the morning a 1:20 field horsetail tee, ~ 0,7 liter in three steps. 100-200-400 milliliters. She was drinking it till sunset. The pot got lighter till evening, around half a kilo or maybe more.

Hello Diary. The first week of flowering is behind us. The Green Gelato Automatic has reached 41 cm, and is now twice lower than its Hulkberry roommates. Due to the height of the Hulkberries, I had to attach the lights to the very top of the box, the height of the box is 178 cm and to maintain a distance of 35 cm from the plants, I had to do so. 😟 Unfortunately, now the Green Gelato is 50cm away from the light, although I picked up the whole pot, the distance is still too far than it should be. Earlier in the week, I changed the light regime to 20/4, four hours of sleep from the start of flowering. I started giving BioBizz full range for the first week of flowering. She started drinking more water, so I watered more this week than before. Compared to Hulkberry roommates, Gelato grows much lower with much denser branches and more leaves. He did not lengthen in height like them. I started adding Cal-Mag, preventively, since I had a shortage of Cal-Mag with Somango and Royal Haze before. The temperature is higher than I want, around 27-28 degrees, but it’s summer, it could be a lot worse. That’s the advantage of Led lights, and the Migro was a great choice. Humidity in the air is about 50-55%, which is currently good.😀 The tips of the upper leaves are intensely yellow, I sincerely hope it’s a little stress due to the heat, or is it something else, we’ll see. Otherwise the plant look satisfied, there are no major signs that it is missing anything. The only watering is difficult due to the density of the branches and the light does not reach the lowest flowers, but I plan a small defoliation next week. 10/07/2020 - Day 22. I changed the light regime to twenty hours of light and four hours of sleep. It was also watering day. She got the full range of BioBizz for the first week of flowering. I prepare 9 liters of water each time in which I put BioBizz, p.H. I regulate with Plagron’s, Lemon Kick and as of this week I’ve started adding Cal Mag preventively. With that amount of water, I water all three plants evenly. 12/07/2020 - Day 24. Watering. The procedure is the same as the previous times. Pumping it for of potassium (K) for 7 days and then flushing for two weeks before harvest. Fan leaves fading to yellow with pink/purp. Sugar leaves dark purple, calyx and tips purpling too. Pics not doing it justice, buds covered in trichomes

01/19 - Tied her down completely (HST) - full light coverage - running in 2x2 until clones in 3x3 are complete then transplanting into 3x3 - offsetting clean water and nute feeds.

So I am entering week 2 of the 12/12 flip, the ladys are showing sex so hopefully later in the week I will get actual pistils so I can start counting down flower days. Day 9 seen pistils but I had to perform a major defoliation as under the canopy was bad and I didnt want powdery mildew due to leafs sweating ect. Day 10 24 hours after defoliation, you could not tell I done a thing to them, im hoping its just a odd leaf now and then thru the rest of the flowering period. Any advice is welcome guys 🙏 I will be adding more fans for airflow. Day 12 of the flip and the girls are on there way to becoming ladys lol I think there's going to be a few nice kolas in there when done, ordered the new box fan for the floor to create more airflow to reduce the risk of pm and mold. I need to top up soil as roots are showing so under the net I go again. Wish me luck.

They all basically look the same at this point. Plant 4 popped a day later so it’s a little smaller. At day 12 I sprinkled some great white shark around each plant. And added just 1 tsp of green harvest bone meal.

D71: She seems to have grown a bit in the last day and the pistils are for sure looking more orange than white. Now I´ll keep an eye on the thricomes, still clear yet with little cloudy, using the microscope. This one, unlike her unfortunate sister, I intend to let develop to full maturity. No watering yet as she still has some. D72: Everyday I´m checking for rot, and it wasn´t today. D73: Watered 2L with 1,5ml of cal-mag trying to resolve a possible iron deficiency. D74: The pistils are all orange already but the thrics are yet mostly cloudy. She seems very close to harvest tho. D75: Found a little set of leaves from a larf that were starting to want to rot and blocking airflow so I just cut them off. Humidity is high ( and I´m having trouble and no budget to control it ) and her thricomes aren´t developing in the pace the pistils are starting to turn orange. Otherwise, the buds are incredibly beautiful, with nice purple colors on the sugar leaves and some calyxes and a big big amount of thricomes everywhere! D76: Well, today when I arrived at home and went to see the tent I noticed mold on her. The thricomes were about 20-25% clear unfortunately but I had to chop her, I can´t control the high humidity at the lights off period and it would only get worse and I would lose much more buds. The overall size was ok, very big buds – which I lost at least 25% of them -, mostly medium buds, both very beautiful and dense, and a huuuge amount of larfs that were hidden in the middle, but I can´t blame that on anyone else except myself.
