March 12, Day 71 my Sea Of Green is now a Sea Of Buds 😄 Tomorrow I will collect the three plants closest to the poster that seem to be mature. Next week I will collect the last two gorillas (excluding the two plants with a photoperiod predominance) because they seem to need a little more time. March 13, Day 72: I wanted to make a video or a video to show you the defoliated plants ready to be cut, but when I removed them from the SOG they no longer had the support of the nearby plants and the branches could not support the weight of buds. I'm not complaining, in fact I didn't think I would get such a big harvest. For the same reason I only cut and put to dry two plants, I don't have enough space in my dryer that is only 50x50x120 Centimeters. However, I made a video with Harvest and a video with the new layout of the plants in my SOG. Now in my sea of buds there are three gorillas left, two cheese in advanced bloom and two photoperiodic gorillas and the margin there is a Cheese that has just started to bloom. I realized that I can make only one harvest page for each variety, I thought it was possible to create one for each plant, so I will edit the diary for the final harvest, when I will also collect the last three gorillas in my secret garden. Sunday, January 17 Fed 1/2ga to one plant and 3/4ga to the other two. 7tsp of Grow Big and 2.5tsp of Bud Candy mixed in 2ga of water @6.4pH. Plants continuing to stretch, fed Grow Big to try and add some nitrogen. Thursday, January 21 Fed about 3/4ga to each plant. At a ratio of 2 teaspoon per gallon of Bud Candyat 6.4 pH. Saturday, January 22 Fed plants 3/4 ga @6.3pH 2tsp/ga of Bud Candy. I did a defoliation of all 3 plants and decided to flip to a 12/12 light schedule to see if I can trigger blooming. I began last night and I will continue to do so and hopefully see results sometime soon. I’ve looked up the issues of auto flowers not flowering and being “stuck” in the process. I did these two techniques(defoliation and light schedule)to try and trigger flowering. Hopefully we’ll see some results🙏 As always, stay safe and happy growing💚✌️🌱

1/24 - 1/28: Fed on 1/28. The SO's and MW's have entered the harvest window. and both the Platonium and Velvet Sugah Bref are right behind them, so it was the last feeding for everybody except maybe the GG4.

We are now in week 7 (today MAY 13 2024 DAY 53) going into week 8 getting ready to turn off our veg stage and turn the flower on! We have introduced the next stage of nutrition for the plant ( Fox Farm Big Bloom next we start adding Tiger Bloom) we plan on doing our flower flip between May 16th and 17th and we are looking forward to a 8 to 10 week flower time frame for this strain. We are slowly introducing videos for our gross this will be the first strain and grow Journal of ours where we will be introducing a time-lapse video of the flower stage. This is my current plant running for the Growers Gauntlet 2024. If you have not checked it out I definitely would there's some amazing Growers and they're doing their thing. Follow along and watch us produce an amazing flowers with some pretty cool growing techniques.

Had a good week with some good growth. They started off a little slow due to transplant mistakes but once I figured it out and fixed it they took off. I think the unknown bag seed might be a male check the pics. I wanted to top them but most they seem to want to stay short. I'll top in a day or two. They are drinking plenty between feedings and they seem to love the grow big. I'll step it up today when I feed and see how they like it. Dont have many pics yet had to move my grow and havnt had time to take proper pics but these are not bad.

Sep 7: Gorilla Cookies is doing great. It’s the biggest of the four plants with the most uniform manifolding job, it’s also the furthest along in flowering and will be the first one to finish. Hopefully by later this month and that we get lots of sun to drive trichome production. Still doing the 730 nm far red light at dusk as a bloom booster, and I’ll keep doing that until the end. And don’t take flash pics of your buds unless you’re then immediately using a far red light to put them into dark mode. Sep 9: bit of defoliation of lower branches and buds to direct plant’s energy upward and to maintain good airflow especially down low. Used my last bit of Cal-Mag as a few leaves on each of the plants was starting to show a minor calcium deficiency. Sep 10: beautiful weekend is probably the best one all summer with nice sun, no smoke and perfect room temperature sort of weather. Sitting here a minor gust of wind blew her over. This the fifth time a plant has blown over lately but first time for this one. The 5 gallon bags are big enough for what I want but still easy to move around to maximize sunlight. A drawback is the small pot needs to be stabilized by filled buckets. Sep 12: these buds are forming quickly and she is ahead of the other three plants by at least a week. Raising odour level to normal which is probably pretty loud for other people who can still smell most things. The tops are starting to look white when viewed from a distance so that’s pretty cool.

5/14- Buds are getting fat - some are starting to droop. The Calcium issue is resolved and feeding pH balanced water and not switching with well seems to have helped. Hopefully we can stay stead to harvest. Noticing some light burn so will have to potentially keep an eye on dialing back the lights a bit.

This is the final week of nutes for the ladies! Time to flush her for the coming week. Also read that Purple Punch needs cold temps at night to turn color. Since I can't do that where I live, an alternative is to flush her with ice water. Giving that a try and will keep you guys updated.

These are the last images before harvest. I turned the lights off and will let them be in the dark for 24+ hours. I will then proceed cutting/hanging and drying them.
