Día 43 La variedad Tropicana no engordó nada. Los cogollos son flacos. Muy firmes y llenos de resina. Pero son chiquitos. Incluso en la que hice ni corte ni LST. Así que será algún tema del fenotipo. La Polaris al vontrario, tiene cogollos grandes y está demorando un poco más que la Tropicana. De todos modos, se ve que las dos están sacando muchos tricomas. Haber vuelto a usar EMRO hizo una diferencia enorme en el resto de solución que queda en el depósito al finalizar la semana. Con EMRO sale transparente. Sin EMRO sale llena de restos de raíces. Y con sólo 1ml/L. Ahora le puse 2ml/L, ya que la próxima semana es el lavado, así que ya que está que li pie bien a fondo. Incluso pensé en usar EMRO este lavado cómo experimentación. Así que posiblemente haga eso. Seguramente tenga que cortar una antes que la otra. Pero también lo voy a ir viendo.

*=UPDATED=* Not to much to add this week, I plucked a lot of the lower leaves off to prevent them from getting to close to the growing medium and having some disease issues, plus increases some air flow. Also plucked a few of the top fan leaves that where blocking the lower buds from the light. Don't think this is proper defoliation so I did not check it off as a grow technique. The plants are really starting to smell more and get a lot of trichomes on them. When I'm in the case and smell each plant, they all have different terpene profiles. one is very lemon and pine with a hint of sweetness, one is quite sweet and berry like with lemon notes "my fav", another is just more so woodsy pine smell and the last one is mildly sweet smelling with something else I could not pinpoint. one setback is the case fan I was using died out, i think the heat inside the tent and operating for so long got to it, it was an older fan to start off with so not overly surprising. It started to have a hot electric smell to it, like wires or rubber getting to hot. I manage the case heat by propping its door open on a angle. still keeps temps at 25c (77f) Other then that I don't think they grew to big vs last week, one plant is starting to get some more purple in it, I like purple colour on buds. maybe the leaf plucking set it back a bit, can't imagine the plant would enjoy that happening to it. Trying to post little fly over videos every week of the case to give better idea of plants and what they are looking like. will try and get a macro lens closer to trichomes and see what they are doing in terms of clear cloudy and amber for next week, may give me a hint as if ill harvest week after that. *=UPDATE=* I didn't want to wait till next week to post trichomes so took some photos with a clip-on Macro lens for my phone, not the best but looks pretty cool. mostly all cloudy from what I can tell. one plant has a bit of amber on its sugar leaves but not its bud.

Week 5 flowering is over and also the stretch, just 1 cm in one week. Since I am a first time grower I don't know what to expect in the coming 4 weeks, it's really excitng my new hobby 😎

Blüte Tag 11 bis jetzt ist der stretch zum Glück noch nicht so heftig und ich seh wie sich die ersten Mini Blüten entwickeln :)

Day 49! Starting to give her just plain water for 2 weeks of flushing. Getting really excited to harvest and then get going on another grow. See you next week.

Hello Growers and Sponsors Hope you all are doing well 🙏 my lemonade haze girls have doubled their mass in the last 2 weeks, they smell much more intense now, when i smell the buds or rub the leaves it actually smells like i cut open a lemon 😀 i will now reduce the fertilizer dose even further but leave calmag 1ml/l for another week, the trichomes slowly turn from clear to milky and the end is near. I will harvest when I have at least 100-90% milky trichomes and 10-5% amber. these plants have not shown any signs of overfeeding, stress or any other disease the whole grow so far, i am slowly reducing the light intensity as well as DLI, the plants are in the final stages of flowering. One plant had a big stretch late this week. But I believe it was due to me placing the middle plant in the back right because my middle light is an older model without bloom switch. And I wanted the nicer plant under the red leds, but over night that next night, it grew like 4 inches above my canopy :/ but i think I'm going to tie the 2 middle stretchers on her to the middle opposing stalks. I started the besties because the buds are formed nicely on top so now I want to start giving some size focused mid bloom nutrients. Going by the schedual so far for flower on my nutrient chart. Oh and when I started using the bud candy I noticed some AMAZING smells that I've never smelt on a strain before. The new tricomes smell like a cotton candy/gummyworm, and the water leaves when cut off smelt like straight gas/diesel. But the 2 smells are not present together. Its weird. Forgot cal mag this week

So week 8 flowering, the plant in the back starts to get purple tints (night temperature drops to 12celcius. trichomes on both plants are cloudy (on top) at bottom they have clears left so i go another week and well see what happens. i give only tap water now dont mind the butterfree hes protecting my buds from sneeky neighbours

Still a few week before harvest. I have stopped adding N as much as possible to my nutrient solution. It might help the bud swell up a little more the last few weeks. Also been adding big bud and bud candy from Advanced Nutrients. I will feed the girls 2 weeks more before going into flush. My soil Sour diesel is ready for flush anytime soon. #1 (back right) have suffered from being to close to the light while also not having enough airflow around it. Have fixed the air problem but cant bring my light any further up. kept around 22 cm from the tallest branch 30< cm from the rest which is the minimum recommended. They smell really pungent and the suger leafs and buds are coted with crystals. My autoflower (front left) is doing good too and i really cant wait to taste it. A good week (kinda)

starting week 6,the wedding cheesecakes are in flower for a couple of days now and the gg are starting to flower. alot of wind and clouds and rain these past two weeks but the girls are looking good in my opinion. update:after 4 or 5 days of rain and low temperatures finally the re is sunlight so the girls have to recover a bit. but things are looking better wheatherwise. cheers!

📆 Semana 8 La fase final sigue empujando con fuerza y los cogollos terminan de ganar consistencia, notándose más duros y compactos en toda la canopia. Los cálices acaban de cerrarse y la estructura floral ya se ve bien definida. La producción de resina está en un nivel alto, dejando las flores bien cubiertas, con tricomas predominando en estado lechoso y apenas presencia de ámbar, lo que indica que aún están afinando su punto de corte. La planta sigue activa, aunque más centrada en madurar que en crecer, destinando su energía a rematar calidad, peso y expresión aromática. Seguimos creciendo fuerte 💪!

First day of week 6! Looks like what transplant shock I was afraid of never materialized so that's a plus. I did however discover 2 things that have been bothering me. The first was random discoloration and spotting on some leaves, I had no idea that it was due to me spilling watering nutrients on the leaves, so I dug a small canal around the main stem of the plant. Now I just pour water evenly around the canal. The second was, why is my plant so small. Most other Blue Dreams I've seen seem to get really tall and stretch upwards. Mines just seems to get bushier. After more and more research, and probably one of the most obvious things to more experienced growers, is that it's not stretching so much because it doesn't need to. So at least my light is on point. I watered regularly today for the first time since transplant, but only used a quarter of a gallon.

AM3 was a bit of a leaf monster, but it was a smaller plant that finished after just 7 weeks of flower. AM2 brought the beef and is stacked top-to-bottom. Have some minty aroma at harvest, but we'll see how that progresses as it dries and cures. AM3 is already in the curing bucket and still has some mintiness. Being a smaller batch of buds, it was dry after 9+ days. Definitely a variety that benefits from a few weeks of curing. Still had a little grassy smell on AM3 as it entered cure. I expect these to be good smoke.
