Well on to another week seeing some nice colours in buds. I think maybe I’ve cramped to many ladies in my tent this time as having some issues with humidity but brought in some better air circulation and seems to be working well but next time just stick to the 5 ladies give them more room but all in all good he smells is amazing ✌️🏻

Looks like she recovered alright from the little dry patch in the watering schedule. Her leafs look healthy and vital, so I decided to top her on day 15 - maybe a day or two too early, we'll see. But I didn't just top her, I also removed the two top fan leafs - I'm aware, it's a tricky balance between the loss of energy produced from the leafs vs. giving the new growth underneath more light to stimulate growth. She'll be alright, I've got a good feeling about her! She also received a layer of Mulch on top of the first soil layer. The idea: aiding the microbial life on the soil surface and at the same time reduce evaporation to prevent the top soil layer to dry out too quickly.

This week is looking good and the babies are coming along great, I'm loving the way pheno 1 is so symmetric, large and in charge! I started out this grow with a bit of a hick up because of the pandemic but I tell you one thing, foliar feeding saved my plants! I foliar feed my seedlings at around 200ppm I use some micro nutes, along with amino mix to foliar feed. The foliar feeding definitely makes the plants more robust, they end up feeling hard and strong! I Usually foliar feed until I flip to flower then no more!

Topping has gone extremely well. I expected to see more signs of flowering by now, certainly nothing definitive yet. Starting to wonder if it might be a photo and not an auto. Time will tell. Added an organic CO² producer on day 37 after noticing signs of deficiency.

Buds are still packing on both girls. New pistils still shooting out with no orange hairs showing yet. Im thinking this is going be be a longer finish, may go to 14/15 weeks if necessary. Going out of town for work, topped up the res with adding micro and bloom.

This is part of a gentle, prolonged flush phase I like to implement, giving the plants a chance to metabolize and fade naturally. The goal is to promote clean, vibrant flowers that finish with optimal expression, without rushing the process. No forced flush, just time and care. Lighting-wise, the spectrum has been tuned with precision — we’re currently running 40% on the whites, with reds and UVs at 100% to drive trichome development, resin production, and color expression in these final days. The plants are loving it — they’re soaking in the deeper wavelengths that signal the end of their life cycle and responding with a final push of energy. And yes — we’ve been running 11 hours of light and 13 hours of darkness from the very start of flower. It’s not the usual 12/12, and it comes with its pros and cons. On the upside, it helps speed up ripening slightly, encourages more compact flower formation, and mimics the natural seasonal decline in daylight. On the flip side, it slightly reduces the overall DLI (daily light integral), so you need to ensure your PPFD and spectrum are dialed in just right to avoid sacrificing yield. On day 1 I did another light defoliation. The plants are progressing as expected. The only issue I'm dealing with is fungus gnats... ugh. I will keep applying BTI weekly until the population is under control. On day 3 the plants are putting out more pistils and seem to have stopped or slowed down their "stretch" phase. On day 4 I'm starting to see some trichomes forming on the sugar leaves, no smell that I can discern yet. I also changed out my reservoir and applied a BTI soil drench. On day 5 I adjusted the PH of my reservoir down to 6.1. I also purged my blumat system to make sure there are no clogs as my reservoir has fertilizer particles due to my water heater causing separation. I must keep the water heater on as I am growing in the northeast coming into the cold time of the year and can't have my reservoir freeze on me. On day 6 I adjusted the PH of my reservoir down to 6.1. On day 7 I adjusted PH in reservoir to 6.1.

great 28 days, went very smoothly :) The girl looks healthy and strong :) I can already see that next week will be the week of the beginning of flowering :) The girl drinks 1 liter of 6.3 ph water every two days, adding Biobizz nutrients every 2nd watering :) Day 28, plucked the frond leaves for better air flow :) good luck to everyone :).

420Fastbuds FBT2304/Week11 Weekly update on these beautiful girls. They're getting super close to getting the chop. They smell like a candy factory when taking a sniff. Flowers are super dense to the touch and sticky as can be. Started getting the fade on the bigger one but expected this far into flower. I did do a defoliation taking of some of the bigger leafs during the final week. I really can't wait because I'm starting to see some amber trichs, so I'll wait until I see about 10% before chopping. All in all Happy Growing
