Aug 2: Tropicana Cookies FF is three weeks younger than my two biggest plants (Sunday Punch EV and Mimosa Shot) and two weeks younger than Lemon Cream Kush. This is a very strong plant and is progressing very well. This wagon with LCK started force flowering a week later than the other wagon and will go another week longer. TC is now the tallest of the four plants despite being the youngest. Aug 5: now done force flowering after 2.5 weeks. Plants in this wagon are getting too big to easily get into garage. Continuing to use far red light as a bloom booster at dusk. Back to 15.5 h of daylight in the backyard now.

Well this was certainly an unexpected journey. Who wouldve thought a shitty little cutting I was planning on letting die would end up making it and becoming an international superstar? So the older plant finally started flowering after 6 weeks and a couple days of veg. AH#2 looking very healthy, seems to be taking to the nutrients well :)

Still drying up from last week flush, so no ferts. Will start again next week as soon as the soil is ready to accept new water. I removed all the lower branches that couldn’t reach the light and I moved the ceramic heat lamps in the bottom of the grow box to help the drying process of the soil. But the big news is that she finally started flowering! And this was the last who still was stuck in pre-flowering phase 😃

Week 8: Such vigorous flowering!!! These buds are just beautiful orange green and white. The smells are like candy oranges and sage(hippie armpit variety) Pretty interested to see how this stuff smokes!! Resin looks off the chain.

Week 15 days 99-105 . I'm am flushing all plants with 1 gallon of filtered water each. I've reduced the light cycle from 18 to 14 hours to reduce heat stress. It may reduce yield as well based on comments I've read in other growers diaries. An oz per plant would be nice. Of course more would be better but an oz makes a pound of cannabutter. Reducing the light hours is reducing the purpleness in the stems of og kush and gorilla glue but Purple chill still has purple stems The Natrona sisters spend their nights in the garage where the temps are 10-15 degrees cooler than in the day temps in the tent. Night temps ranged this week between 63-66 with rh 51-76%. The high rhythm comes after a rain. During the day, I'm keeping the tent open while circulating 2 fans. Day Temps can reach 80 so it gets hot in there. flooded each plant with 1 gal of water. From here forward I will be flushing all plants with filtered water at 1 gal for each plant every other day. Monday, flushed with 1 gal of water. Starting this flush, I added ice to the top of the soil before watering. See photo. This is a stress technique used to force plant phenotype colors. I don't think it will work for mine as I over fed. While I have 3 different strains, they look the same with blue green dominance. Thursday, flushed with 1 gal of water. General comments" After putting the plants in the garage during the night, morning soil temperatures are within a degree of the night air temperature. This has been about 15 degrees cooler (50s) than the tent temperatures (75+). This week our weather has been unseasonably warm so the night temperatures have been 63-71 with Rh 51-70% Tent temps in the day 75-80 and RH 47-59%. Okay, that's it, I couldn't watch her suffering like that anymore. Her trichomes could've gone a little longer, but her overall appearance clearly was over it. The lack of aroma and stickiness from the trichomes worries me, but I do know how much she struggled during flower and that the nutrient availability in the soil was off, so I'm not really surprised. I've downgraded my expectations for the end result quite a bit over the last couple of weeks to a more realistic level considering the circumstances. For drying I'm trying something new - I've got a wine chiller, a poor man's Cannatrol, that I want to keep the temps low during drying in summer and for curing and storing in general. Curious to see what effect this has on the dried buds.

Week 7 for Lemon OG by SSSC The indoor Runt😂 Starting to bounce back from its initial overwatering/nitrogen toxicity she had from when it was transplanted. Finally starting be able to top her a few times. She's at 6 tops for now waiting a few days before I top her again & I reckon her lower branch will be ready for a topping soon aswell. She was fed twice this week with some FPJ, Regulator, Enzym+ & Startboooster by @aptus_portugal just to give it an extra boost! Think the Enzym+ is helping clear that build up of nitrogen i have. 😇 Starting to remove herself from the runt list😂Hopefully in the next few weeks she's out of it completely.

28.04.2024 First harvest in this run! Tropicana Cookies No1 is a winner.) First Tropicana Cookies is harvested on 89 day from seed. Total 55 days off flowering. Fast flowering indeed as fast in vegetative stage. Cut this girl in branches and hang upside-down in smaller tent for drying Set RH @ 55% , temperatures not able to control so they will be something around 20-21 in drying tent Second Tropicana will be chopped within a couple off days In this cultivation, I used commercial LED lighting for the first time—the HLG Scorpion Diablo 650w, a beasts of light. It helped the plants beneath it develop exceptionally hard heads without heat-induced stress. The light spectrum is excellent, and the plants under it appear much healthier than those under my old light. They also finished faster, if that has any relevance. After numerous failures and difficulties with the timers I used for pumps and electromagnetic valves, which resulted in interrupted irrigation on several occasions, I believe I’ve resolved those issues. The TrolMaster programmable devices work perfectly in recycling mode. The ability to adjust times in seconds is precisely what I needed! The TCS1 Tent-X brain, equipped with an excellent sensor for temperature, humidity, and light detection, is remarkably accurate with rapid value measurement response—faster than the AC Infinity 69PRO controller. My favorite piece of equipment is the AMP3 sensor with pH and EC probes. It performs exceptionally well—precise and accurate. Integrating it into the system is as easy as a breeze. All equipment and sensors can be added fast to the entire system. Additionally, the humidity control I use with the Corroventa K3HP air dehumidifier works like a charm! I am extremely satisfied with TrolMaster equipment and highly recommend it to anyone in need of a precise and reliable system for their grow tent, especially those using hydro or aeroponic cultivation methods. 01.05.2024 Checking TC in drying tent, perfect conditions, i will like more to have cooler temps but ... Six days already drying, think a 4-5 more and trimming. Try some small bud, very strong stuff! From first early girl i got 128g net weight Second Tropicana Cookies is on trimming session within couple of days.. 15.05.2024 Second Tropicana Cookies get trimmed. Amazing plant in term of bud density and aromas that it have. Hard and high odor buds. From second girl i got 131g net weight Total dry bud mass from two plants is 260g, Total power consumption for this two girls is around 180w. Total power used in whole tent is 720w at its maximum peak for 8 plants. Next week after leaving it in Grow Bags , first smoke review, can wait ! Overall growing Tropicana Cookies was easy grow with lot of fun. This girls are resilient to everything, from bad weather and less than perfect climate conditions. They except all. Growing two plants i can say that they grow very uniformly, finishing at same height and overall same density, size and shape. Almost like from a cutting. That is what i really like ! In future i gonna to grow this lady's at least one more time but with difference, i will grow them as only strain in same tent. Combining them with Purple Lemonade and Wedding Cheesecake was little bit challenging, i feel that either off three cultivars didn't show the best off them. Main deference was plant height and nutrient requirements. Highly recommended strain for everyone !

Final week, things got really easy for a few days. The plants are eating less and less each time I check the ppm at the end of the day. It will be RO water only when topping up the res for the rest of the grow. Made an effort to lower humidity as much as possible seeing as I can't do cold stress. Triches are pretty much all cloudy and just waiting on some amber to show. Only seven plants made it in the end as a revegged plant was out competed and basically it might give an ounce. 1.235 2.440 1.920 1.385 .940 1.075 Combined wet weight: 8.99 kg or 19.8 pounds

5th week of flower, the plant has stopped growing and focused on the buds. Both plants look nice, I’m hoping the 3 gallon plant gets fatter before the end though.

SUCSESS! I now know for a fact that the pollen did its job. I am 2-3 weeks out from pulling the plug on the lights and giving them the axe. looks like some are starting to mature so I will let them cruse on auto pilot for the next 3 week just giving them plain water PH 6.0 this should use up the dry nuites in the coco and work as a flush as well. Some nutrient burn from the last blast feeding, but I can live with it. I think my PPM meter is out of calibration and it gave me a lower reading than what was in the feeding. I'm pretty happy my first pollen chucking experiment worked. This will be a Feminized S1 IBL " inbred line" The original female that was sprayed with the CS never got pollenated. the other 2 were by me 2 branches each, some may have popped in the tent before. I will find out how many buds got knocked up in 3 weeks. The clones will have some buds on them seedless. so that's it for now. I'm in the home stretch in reality July 17th or so should be the finish line including drying time. soooooo close.😍
