Week 3 (27-11 to 3-12)
What's good everyone?
We started this week off with removing the 2 bottom shoots.
The next day Santa came early 😁 Got 2 new clip fans and the AC5 Power strip from Spider Farmer.
The power strip has 5 outlets you can control in the app, they can be turned on based on a time cycle, humidity or temps.
It comes with a sensor that monitors light, temperature, and humidity.
And a soil sensor that monitors soil moisture (VWC), temperature, and electrical conductivity (EC).
It also has a light adapter to connect 2 lights, that can be controlled in the app aswell.
The app shows the current VPD, i try to keep this around 1.0.
In the middle of the week we topped her aswell.
The next day we increased the light intensity from 30% to 35%.
LUX: 13.000/13.500 to LUX: 15.000/15.500
At the end of the week it looks like there is a deficiency going on, if anyone has a idea what it could be, please let me know!
This week's growing conditions were 17.9°C to 22.4°C with a humidity of 55.5% to 67.6% and watered 2 times with 0.5L.

Smallest of them all but the sturdiest of the four plants. As it looks now I see a good 3 weeks remaining.

2 weeks left. Smells amazing and very dense im worried about my humidity
The vids of the other weeks are low quality because i recorded in 4K @60fps and it rendered wrong onto the site

One of the targets for that grow is to keep the height of the plant as low as possible, because i only have about 80 cm from the bottom of the box to the LED lights as available space for the plant, so i thought i will a give that LST a try. Additionally i slowly started incresing the power of the LED to 60%.
By now (a few weeks later) I already know that i started the LST a little bit early, but the plant was reacting well and kept growing.
Furthermore I added a cheap webcam to my setup to create some timelapse videos. It's not a high res camera, but I still find it very interesting to watch that plant grow in timelapse 😁

lots of cloudiness and a hint of amber starting to show in the trics, overall banging growth on the blue dreams. I mislabeled one (the purple AF one) so thats unknown strain. lol I won't have someone help germinate next time. lol other than that. looks like a great run. ill be doing multiverse beans run next. going to make a seed to harvest video for the Haptic Nation Growmies YouTube channel too.

Plan to harvest on Sunday thats day 60 and I spotted a little pm on a few of the lowers so its time to cut. Added flora clean Sunday will go straight water today. Can't wait.
So far on my strain hunt I'm gonna retire the mango and headband (cause I've had these genetics for a year) the enemy's dream because it's small and I didnt take clones in time and I'm on the fence about the Skywalker so ill wait til I give it one more shot indoors and once outside. And I'm on the fence about the white widow since I've had it before. Gotta make some hard choices especially if I get that order in to seedsman before the sale ends.

Hey welcome back in the 5th week of flowering with the Dutch Passion’s Colorado Cookies.
Last week my fan broke down and I had to order some new bottles of nutrients because the CannaZym and CannaBoost/accelerator had gone empty,
but yesterday I received the nutrients and a new fan!
Not to long anymore before harvest! I stopped giving the PK booster, from this week on I will decrease the nutrient values for the coming 2 weeks for the last week I will perform a flush (on most of them).
The Brooklyn Sunrise and the other 2 Colorado Cookies just need a week or 2 extra.
The one Colorado Cookie in the tent is producing so much trichomes/crystals, as you can see in the pictures I made some close up shots.
I noticed that the buds start to get a bit to heavy for the plant which is good, volume of the buds is very dense.

This is her last week before Harvest!
I decided to start her off with just Ph water. Midweek I added just 1 gallon of ph water with Florakleen (10ml/gal). After that, I’ve just been observing her suck whatever is left out of her leaves. Her buds are still developing nicely. I just bought a microscope. Took some pretty cool pictures of her trichomes! She looks to be ready now. Cutting her down first thing Sunday morning (11/28). I will update her harvest next week.
Until then… Letting her do her thing before it’s time to ✂️

This week was kind of all over the place. 2 plants have done well despite my efforts.... haha!! One was struggling because I let it go dry on accident. Then when it continued to lag I decided to give all 3 a little Big Bloom. I had about 1.5ml of Big Bloom in 2 cups of water. I only used 1 cup feed total between the 3 plants.
I then just watered the last few days and moved them into the 5 gallon pots today.
I tore holes through the bottom of the manure pots and "lightly crushed" the corners a little bit. I watered them with 2 cups of water. They are planted in Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil. I had started them with Happy Frog in the manure pots.
I hope they start growing big! I figured out the temp/humidity issue. I'm dialing it back in now with the 3 large pots in the tent.
I need to reset the height of my second camera and I will start doing some more time lapse videos!
As always, advice is welcome.

Week 4 saw abundant flower growth. There’s a noticeable difference in the size of each bud site compared to last week. Another thing I noticed is that the buds on the branches that were supercropped seem to be fuller and thicker! Started to see increased trichome production on both the sugar and fan leaves. Most growers are against stressing their plants in flower but I believe it depends on the strain you’re growing and how she was prepared in veg. I’m thoroughly impressed with the amount of resiliency she’s shown up to this point. I haven’t seen any indication that the high stress that I’ve put her through towards the end of veg and the beginning of flowering has cost me anything besides an additional week of flower.

With the last heat wave, I had an answer to one of my questions, clearly my chiller is not doing the trick.
I have water temperatures that went up to 27°, which is way too much, the plants deprived of oxygen, started to declare several deficiencies due to an assimilation slowed by the lack of oxygen.
It is then that a nasty fungus came to say bijour, it is me MR pythium!
It was necessary to act, at the risk of having to restart the culture.
So I applied hydrogen peroxide and ROOT ROT X, and both products are doing harm to this nasty pythium, things are now back to normal.
On the other hand, the plants had a decreased growth for 10 to 15 days, so I'm going to extend my growth for 10 to 20 days, that is to say 1 or 2 soups, I'll choose according to the root development of the plants. Before going to flowering, I have to catch up this delay in order to make a nice crop.

El stretch llega a su fin y las plantas centran definitivamente su energía en el desarrollo de las flores. Los cogollos comienzan a compactarse con rapidez, los cálices se apilan y la producción de resina aumenta de forma muy evidente. Happy day to all of you, Weed friends.
And welcome to a new week in the Gardens of Queen Peaky.
We have begun to insert a little bit of "Calmag" to support the fertilision program because there are some signs to keep in observation that the year begun to launch alarms, the strange thing is that only the two behind are suffering this unpleasant inconvenience Bother
The beautiful thing is that the bulbs are already beginning to have purple nuances : )
