Yoyoyoyoyo party people! It's been week 2 of Flower, the stretch hit HARD! Starting at about 30-ish cm to 43 (with a lot of LST tho) developed an almost nice and even canopy already. Scrog net is always nice, and i highly recommend everyone trying it at least once! So far i only gave Plagron basic nutes and she looks great. I Like the product, contains a lot of product for the price, pH isn't drifting all over. With my light, i need to supply extra calmag, as you can see on the purple branches. I'm ashamed to admit, i've only done 2.5 reservoir changes in 12 weeks 💀 Please do it better. At least every 2 weeks! (or watch week 10💀💀) Already starting to smell something "sus". im excited every day looking into the tent. I hope i can even out the canopy as much as possible and then full on Blast with 40 DLI as much as possible. I adjusted both fans, so i have one below the canopy and one above, hopefully this will improve the wet spots that occur sometimes caused by the high humidity, caused by the high temps) Stats for nerds: DLI 30 inceased to 34 over this week VPD 0,7-0,85 (it was really warm, so i went with a lot of humidity, temps up to 34Celsius and rH 85 kekw Feel loved, take care of yourself, peace !

I am absolutely in love with my Cosmos Girl from Royal Queen Seeds! She's growing beautifully and it's amazing to see her develop day by day. I was surprised to see that she's developing 3 branches per node, but it's clear that she's adapting well to her surroundings and growing strong. Her inter node space is great, which tells me that she's receiving the right amount of light and nutrients to grow properly. God guys, so mad I am so disappointed. Cookies seedbank -1000 stars. Die brand cost me so much money. Imagine startet with 16 plants now 6/6 lemon cherry pop are ladyboys. 4/6 hollywoods ladyboys the other two know under control but looking already sus. Tie die 1/3 didn’t sprout 1/3 killed today because ladyboy the other one also under control and looking sus. Only last real men fighter is Trump Runtz. It’s so sad grow looked pretty good and know noting left.

Day 65, 14th of November 2020: Amazing week.... RQS Wedding Gelato does not strech a lot and pistils coming out nicely.... Original Sensible Seeds has amazing gentics they are so strechy except Black Ghost OG, rest of them crazyyyyyyy..... I also broke two of the sides from Gelato Original Sensible Seeds but fixed with tape and now all good lol 🤣🤣🤣 Pre flowers out and I really hope they stop growing lol. I also noticed that the Original Sensible Seeds strains have nice purple colours of the fan leave's stem. All the same fertilization happens every 2nd day with the mix above and ratio. One more thing: I set the lamp 15 minutes shorter to switch off earlier so they receive 11:45 of darkness. I would like to imitate the nature when longer nights come with time till the 4th week (when they will receive 13 hours darkness a day 15 minutes minus 4 times = 1hour) so every week 15 min longer darkness for 4 weeks and then back to 12/12 to have bigger buds from the 4th week....

Another good week of growth , started to tie these down , spread them out and shape them to let light in to the future bud arms and defoliated a few of the larger leaves that couldn’t be tucked out of the way . These GSC are looking nice and healthy but not as bushy as the cherry colas in the same space .

Hi Growmies, I topped her towards the end of this week and removed two sets of fan leaves. It opened the plant up very nicely in combination with the light LST I applied earlier in the week. The plant is taking very nicely to the LST and didn’t seem to care about the topping either. I attribute this to the strong root system she already has. For the next week I have fed her additionally to the canna nutes, some plant success orca, for healthier roots and Rezin from greenplanet to prepare her for pre flower. Alright grow cycle, mistakes, improvements, etc... She did stay in veg for too long, her growth was slow and not the best and so she took quite long, next time i'll be there from the beginning so I can take care of her throughout. But her growth is really fun. It is a tall growing sativa with fairly tight noding when trained accordingly, producing long filled colas. The buds grow fairly dense and fluffly but do air out a little when dried. Trichome production was pretty impressive as well as terpene production. She had thrips since her early days but did not seem to mind them at all. I did spray them initially but once flower started I stopped. I believe predatory mites might have been feeding on the pupae in the soil, if that is what this specific species of thrips did, the reason I say that is I could never see adults only larvae. Whatever the case maybe they were there but the population never really increased. Something I did not mention during the grow is that those plants were played music during the days, music that is apparently developed for plants. The 10L pot was WAY too small for a true sustainable living organic and to provide enough space for the plant, that was a mistake, I'd say a 20L would be the bare minimum and still. The bigger the better. The hempy transfer did not hurt the plant and I believe even helped to some extent, BUT, I am still running test on the subject and so can't confirm anything, here are my observations Roots did not colonize the perlite, a little on top and the sides but that was it, I was expecting to see a big root mass in there. I believe hempy are great for salt fert as it hold a soup of nutes where the plant can feed from since the coco only holds very little Whereas in nature most nutrient are in the top soil where the highest amount of decomposition happens, this is where the highest microbial activity happens and so where the plant will find food. Living organic is trying to reproduce nature and so there is no need for the plant's roots to gather at the bottom of the pot. Although it could have potentially provided the plant access to a larger amount of water and possibly more oxygenation of the pot. Those are all theories, please speak up if you have other proofs. In conclusion , unless i get proven otherwise by someone or my latest running experiment , I will not be using hempies again as I believe it brings more complication and issues than a simple fabric pot. The lights, The 600w at the start was good, then I decided to add a 400w...😂 That was completely overkill and not necessary. Waste of electricity. And they started suffering from too much light it seems at some point, I raised the light by a good 30 cm and they were fine. 600 is more than enough. I am happy about how the soil performed but it has room for improvements. As for the watering technique I have been watering large ammount every few days, next time I will be giving constant small amount of water each day and a soak every week or so, I believe the soil might perform better under those conditions. She was also an easy plant to harvest whit her long colas which had very little foliage, I do trim in excess as I like my buds extra clean but the buds are not excessively bushy. The trims were use to make some bubble hash, around 100g of wet trims yielded around 1.5-2g of bubble hash. I did add a negative effect but only because it wouldn't give me a smile otherwise, but to be honnest it barely dries your mouth. The soil is going to be recycled and reused in a next grow. I can't think of anything else at the moment but if you have any question don't hesitate.

She grew another 10cm this week!!! Slow and steady! Looks like she is making some nice dense flowers, but we'll see in a few more weeks. I note she is very bushy for an auto. Very similar to an Auto Purple Kouskush I grew a few months back! 💪
