Guys and gals I'm back and am I suprised Rhino Ryder number 2 start of week 8 of flowering one more week to go also did another flush today !! The fade is beautiful guys the smell is off the charts I keep my tent door open and my room smells amazing!!!

This thing has been an experience to grow lol.

As expected with regular seeds, we had both males and females, and this was the week we identified them all. From the original 12 beans, 5 revealed themselves as proud ladies while the rest — equally stunning in structure and expression — turned out to be males. 🌿 💚 Let’s talk about regular seeds and plant sex: Regular seeds are unsexed, meaning they can become either male or female. It’s a 50/50 genetic roll of the dice — and with unique mutant genetics like these, identifying sex isn’t always easy early on. Males typically show small pollen sacs, often referred to as “bananas” in their early stage. Females develop pistils, the first hairs of the flowers we’re after. Male plants, while beautiful and structurally fascinating (especially in this mutant project), can compromise a flowering room if left unchecked. Their pollen can fertilize female plants, leading to seeded buds — great if breeding, not great for clean flower. So, we say goodbye, thank them for their beauty, and move forward with the ladies to full bloom. The males? The #1 pheno is stacking away, and is going to have some large flowers! The #3, which along with the #1, has beautiful purple coloration in her flowers and albeit not as stacked as the #1, she's a stunner! The #2, which is missing the purple coloration, definitely wins for having the 'funk'. The #2's flowers are getting covered with trichomes and her aroma is super strong!🤪 11/21- All three continue to do well and are progressing through flower nicely. I'll be doing a drain/clean/refill on the AirCube reservoir tomorrow to give the girls a fresh dose of nutrients. 11/23- 🦃Happy Danksgiving Fam!😎💖 11/25- I'm continuing with running the AirCube reservoir for 5-6 days between drain/refill, only topping off with well water and checking.adjusting the PH. The beginning nutrient strength is 800ppm, and over the course of the 5-6 days it has only been dropping approx. 150ppm's. The #2 pheno is getting super frosty, has a very fruity aroma, and is looking like a champ! The #1 and #3 plants are looking sexy as hell with their deep purple coloration and both have a earthy funk aroma to them! Yesterday I raised the HLG 650R to it's maximum height available putting it approx. 26" above the #3's, which is the tallest of the three plants, canopy. In addition, I reduced the power to 80% to keep from bleaching out the top of her main cola. There's eight weeks past now since these girls broke ground and they're coming into the final stretch with only a couple of weeks to go. Hello all! I am finally back online and so here is a proper update for the Queen! Citronella has suffered terribly during the house move and following weeks, a few days ago I took her lower third off and defoliated and removed underdeveloped nodes. I dried the popcorn I took off during this process and got 12g (dry). The rest I am leaving on her and hoping and praying those buds swell. The smell is absolutely the greatest thing ever, she is stunningly pungent - even the quick dried popcorn is really beautiful to smoke - so whatever I get from her, whatever little it will be, I will certainly enjoy. Anyway she is now being taken care of a bit more regularly and properly and moving forward until harvest I expect this to continue. Day 109: Fertigated 10l Day 111: The queen is maturing, but I am not sure her buds are going to get much fatter at this point. She is already struggling to hold them up, they must be really dense if they are so heavy this small. I am really at a disappointed stage with this grow, and I must do better next time I grow this strain. I am not impressed with this LED light, I think I need to grow a full tent under my better light and see how they do. Anyway she is trundling along and I don't think too far from the inevitably disappointing harvest.

Cutting back for a 2 or 3 day flush to reset. Started experiencing possible nute lockout so giving it a few days to heal. Probably going to cause yield problems. First grow. Still learning new things every day. Yield isn’t the final goal. I am however excited about my new macro lens for my phone.

Another week almost over, the girls are beautiful and smell great. Apparently everything is under control, I'm really looking forward to the results. Happy growing! 🌱🌱🌱
