Ghost Train Haze — Week 1 Report Folder #7 | “Catching the Ghost Train” Station One: Emergence The Ghost Train has arrived at its first station, and all passengers are present. For this run, we are currently keeping three seeds, all showing very similar early expressions. Uniformity is strong at this stage, with no clear standout yet — a promising sign of genetic consistency. ⸻ Medium & Container Setup Unlike the rest of the room, or half of it, Ghost Train Haze is running a slightly different container strategy: • Inner pots: Plastic pots • Outer pots (optional / future): • 15-liter outer pots • Filled with Plagron soil At this moment, the plants are not yet connected to the outer pots. The system is ready, but the decision is still open. There are more outer pots available than reservoir connections, which opens up a few possible paths forward: • Permanent selection of which plants get connected • Rotational system (one week one plant, next week another) • Or keeping them independent for now and deciding later This flexibility is intentional — no rush, no forced decisions at Station One. ⸻ Growth & Early Behavior All three seedlings are: • Very similar in structure • Slightly stretchy, but still healthy and elegant • Upright, responsive, and visually balanced The stretch is within reason and fits the Ghost Train character — reaching forward, eager to move. No weakness, no instability, just early momentum. Leaf color is clean, stems are holding well, and overall posture shows good adaptation to the environment. ⸻ Environmental Conditions Conditions remain identical to the rest of the room: • Same light cycle • Same environment • Same airflow • Same feeding philosophy No exceptions, no special treatment — the only variable here is container strategy, by design. ⸻ What to Expect Next (Next Stations) • Slight reduction in stretch as root mass increases • Clearer individual expression between the three plants • Decision window opening regarding outer pot connections • Increased leaf development and node definition What Not to Expect (Yet) • No heavy feeding • No aggressive training • No final container decisions just yet ⸻ Final Notes — Station One This first station is all about arrival, assessment, and options. The Ghost Train Haze seedlings are healthy, aligned, and ready for the journey ahead. The track is laid, the switches are visible, and the destination will reveal itself in time. With true love comes happiness. Always believe in yourself, and always do things expecting nothing and with an open heart. Be a giver, and the universe will give back in ways you could never imagine. 💚 Growers love to all 💚 📸 P.S. – The Eye Behind the Lens All photos in this diary (for now — except for the ones showing the camera, which I took with an iPhone) are taken with a Sony A6000 (for now A6700 will be doing all future updates) paired with a Sony full-frame macro lens and a few more. Photography is part of the story — it’s how we share the fine textures, the glow, and the quiet details that words can’t always capture. I’ve also started experimenting with photo stacking — a technique where multiple images, each taken at a slightly different focus point, are layered together to create one perfectly sharp image from front to back. It’s not digital enhancement or AI; it’s pure photography — a way to reveal the plant’s beauty in microscopic depth, from trichome to petal. You’ll even see a few shots of "ghost me" capturing the shots — camera, lens, setup — because every grow deserves not just to be cultivated, but documented like art. Did a medium defoliation in the middle of week 4 prob around day 25. Everything is going smooth and I will most likely add another layer of trellis once they start packing on more weight.

little problem i had using neem oil. I practically cooked the leaves closest to the light. I strongly advise against using Neem oil, it is phytotoxic and does not let plants breathe.

Es wurde ein paar Blätter entfernt um den unteren Trieben mehr Licht zu geben. Heute stellte ich fest das die Pflanze sehr viel Wasser aufgenommen hat … jetzt geht es richtig los

week intel: its time to harvest some of plants the ones that is mature enough. indica dominant plants will done first always so we should harvest them first because my base nutrients and one of boosters was salt based, i'll do flushing this week to get some relieve to plants in the last days stresses : flushing Drought stress via watering only one time with flushing this week feeding: day 1 : i flushed them with Advanced Nutrients Flawless finish and adjusted ph day 3 : no more feeding from now on day 5 : no more feeding from now on guide of the week : i harvest in 2 parts : first i harvest top of the branches and will let the lower buds to ripe another week then ill harvest the second wave. indica dominant plants will get done 1 or 2 weeks sooner than sativa dominant plants that will often takes more than 8 weeks so be aware to harvest them sooner. my dry and cure style is this: 3 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 3 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. im happy as hell with this harvest :D.

1/26: -Lemon auto: I was THIS close to doing a partial harvest today. I'm opting to wait a couple more days, and then reassess. The trichomes somehow look less cloudy, but I'm unsure if that's related to the light on my microscope? Buds are looking delightful, smell keeps getting better. Overall, super impressed with this freebie seed. -Northern light: still doing it's thing. My overall expectations are low for this plant. Honestly, it's my 4th attempt growing this particular strain.. and I've likely done everything wrong. However, my other plant has giving me a newfound confidence. I will figure out this plants love language, even if it takes me several more grows 😂 1/29: -Lemon auto: harvested! I opted to keep a fair amount of stem since she looked a little dry and I didnt want to expedite the drying process. Will update weight before I put in jars to cure. -Northern lights: Bushiness got out of control again so I did a fairly heavy defoliation. Buds are fattening up slowly, but they overall seem like they're going to be thin and possibly somewhat airy. Remaining cautiously optimistic.

shortest plant is 50cm tallest being 95cm. They are all doing wonderfully, most of autos are budding nicely and all of the photoperiods are ready to flower. looking very promising. i am changing my light schedule to 14-10 to kick these girls into flower.. this will give the plants an extra 17% (or so) a day under the lights.rather than 12-12. i cant be fussy as i only have one grow space but if my research is correct these should grow beautifully! the autos are well ahead so shouldnt affect my harvest weight too much. like i say i cant be fussy! thanks for looking

Man. 12 hours trimming fuck man and I'm moving on to photos now lmao I don't even know what I'm getting myself into. My goal into this venture was to learn how to grow weed ,not only for myself, but just as good as dispensaries do too. And with the way this plant turned out I gotta say I'm really getting somewhere. The resin on the plant was incredible. I kept scraping off my pruning shears with a razor and making little hash balls I'm gonna throw in a blunt later. And the smell! Oh God it's so strong when I was trimming I swear I was getting a temporary buzz just inhaling it constantly I loved it and the smell. Almost like a fruity cat piss type of smell wonderful. Will be adding a pic of root ball in the morning after a well earned night's sleep lmao

09/21 Got hit hard with a storm last night had em knocked over a couple times had to pen em against the garage to keep em up. They are definitely leaning and looking beat up one top branch broke off big pot. The smell is loud this morning though not both the small pot just smells green to me and not really terpy the big pot though at several feet away u can smell a sour milk kinda funk and as u get closer it gets sweeter and on a nug rub it's super sour and candy funk love it. I'm buying bamboo today to build support around em to finish the season strong hopefully went ahead and fed em both 1150ppm. 09/23 watered both this morning 09/24 fed em both 1150ppm 09/25 watered both. Gonna start letting em drop before watering to give a little sprout stress in the last couple weeks. Plus they should start drinking drastically less now. 09/26 got home from work to both of em being droopy so fed 1120ppm
