Day28: sign of flowering, BB3 still small but growing. Slowly increasing water and fertilizers. This week it’s time for some early flower defoliation/lollipopping. Day30: bouncing back from defoliation.

Been wanting to try out this auto ghost og from original sensible seeds for a while and finally got the opportunity to get one wet. I originally started this setup to compete in the solo cup challenge, but I needed something that will be minimal maintainence and doesn't require hand watering. So this is what I ended up with. I will not be entering since I know it will bring controversy, but I am going to follow the rules and treat this grow as if I am competing. I didn't want to use regular solo cups because last time I had a lot of algae growing in the root zone when I harvested. I opted to use a black light proof cup. These cups were 27 oz originally so I filled them with 16 oz of water, marked the level, then cut them down to 16 oz. I set the drain pipes about an inch from the bottom so they have a little reserve if I have pump or power issues. I know people will see the drains as a way for roots to grow out of the cup but in reality I have to keep the entire pipe free of roots or it will clog and overflow. So I am actually losing a little volume due to this. I filled the bottom inch or so of the cups with river gravel to stop the perlite from washing into the reservoir. I am running a 5 gallon reservoir with a small air pump and the plants will be getting irritated 24 hours a day from an aquarium power head pump. I set the system up to be totally self contained and easily portable. It was all built from things I had laying around other than 97¢ for the cups. I will be keeping the feed simple as always feeding maxigro and maxibloom with a couple flower boosters.

----------------------- Update start week 4: ----------------------- We entered the first week of bloom for MBAP. Have had a perfect run-up and you notice that. She is ready to bloom abundantly. Besides the usual leaftucking, I also did some defoliation of the lower leaves and shoots. I have reduced the humidity in the room and we are now around 60%. New update later this week! -------------- End week 4 : -------------- End of the first week of flowering behind us. Everything is going well, good growth and budsites continue to develop. I further removed the lower shoots and did some leaftucking where necessary. She has developed into a beautiful, large and open plant. Ideal for her future bud development. Que pasa familia. Noticias buenas y malas, de 3 ejemplares, uno nos salió hermafrodita. Empezó a formar plátanos esta semana y al estar tirándolos en ramas distintas, cortamos por lo sano y ADIÓS. Quedan 2 subimos cantidad de comida, pegaron buen estirón, y las flores están formando sin problema alguno. Dejo muchas imágenes y vídeos de esta semana, y ya deducen ustedes.

Alright, so I applied some mykos on all of the BanDads, photos and autos alike. Just poured some at the base of each plant and gently rustled the soil to get it mixed in at root level. Then gave them all a nice blast of nutes for the first time. I'll be upping the dosage with the Liquid Seaweed next week. Loving how sturdy they all are already! I can tell this is going to be a lovely run for sure. You may have noticed I also added a Dos-si-dos and ChemP Auto into the tent as well. Just wanted to get them both started before sending em outside for spring 😊 Cheers all and happy growing 🎆😊

So the one girl is a week ahead with the other 2 slowly behind as popped later date, will keep diary from the 1 main girl and add the other 2 in with description as go along Entering week 2 for the main girl now with her being potted up shortly 🌱💚 Aptus nutrients are being used which atm seem very easy too follow I cant wait too start getting these girls flying 🤞 The other girls in there are humbolt seed co ice cream cake which are very slow atm and may open a diary for them or throw them in with this diary

So this week I added nutrients for the flowering stage. I gave her a little trim as well as added her netting. I flipped her on last Sunday PP
