In the last week the water was freshly mixed with Canna Flush and an Ec of 0.4 in order to completely use up the nutrients in the last few days 👍. You can see it on the beautiful autumn yellow leaves :-). Before harvesting, the lights were turned off completely for 48 hours. After everything was neatly trimmed by hand, the buds were put into the drying tent, where they are allowed to dry for the first 8-12 days at a humidity of 62% before they ferment with 62% boveda packs in jars. After another 3-4 weeks in the glasses, the 58% boveda packs come in for the final touch :-). Of course, the final update comes from the fermented end product 👍. Barneys Farm Red Diesel Revegged Cutting 4 weeks of Flowering completed 10th March 2020 Man this smell brings back all the good memories of the last time I grew this strain. 😍 I'ts pure Gas and still the best smelling Diesel variety I have tried so far. It's also tasty as all fuck and I was surprised and saddened to see that Barneys were discontinuing it as a Strain variety 😓 But I suppose if it wasn't a good seller then it had to make room for New stuff and thats also a good thing . Back to this grow and I'm very happy with this plants size considering it started out as a tiny clone from a good Mother and is now looking likely to yield me a few Jars of Top shelf Buds. 🙏 I do worry about what the weather will be doing in about 5-6 weeks time as she's relatively unprotected from heavy rains unless I construct some type of Cover for her. 😏 Checked Soil ph and temp and it was 6.4 and 23 c Also gave a good feed of a few goodies and watered it in well . Can't recall ever having a tap root coming through the side before. 📅4/10/24 Friday 📋 9.00pm looks like movement. 📅5/10/24 Saturday 📋 9.00pm not broke ground properly but cotyledons are visible and looks stuck in part of the shell casing. Day 0 ******************************************** Germination summery. 📋 Didn't take that long for the Lemon cherry gelato to start breaking ground, she seems to be struggling to open up at the moment and is a funny yellow colour. Fun to grow and took to lst and supercropping very well. I am keeping a mother of the stinkiest pheno I got. I made some other seeds that I will be growing out after Jinxproof's pheno hunt. I will be doing a few grows coming up here and its going to be gnarly! Stay tuned in for modern genetics that have been tested and stabilized. These were bag seed from regular seed of LA confidential given to a friend that won them in a giveaway from DNA Genetics.

Week 11: Wow such a busy week i'm sorry i am late on this one. Loads of humidity with all the new growth there is so much more plant transpiring and its has really drove my humidity up. So what i am doing is pruning stems and leafs that i don't think will mature in time and this should also help to limit the humidity i will have once things start to set heavily I want to harvest and not have to fight mold. But this aggressive pruning i think might be limiting my harvest. I might have to invest in a dehumidifier. Pictures will be updated and added later. With all the mulching i've done its really helped lessen my work load as i do not have to water as often. Not much to write about here. Life has been busy and the plants are just stretching and growing every day. I have raised my lights so often these past few weeks.

The purple punch cookies is looking happy. Will be switching them to flower in a week or less. I gave them a flush and fresh nutrients. The humic acid really makes a huge difference in the uptake of nutrients. I am at about half dose on nutrients compared to what I would have to feed without it. Winter is approaching and bringing the low humidity with it. All of the humidifiers I have tried either dont work or I have to constantly refill the tank. So I decided to use my redneck engineering skills to throw this humidifier together. It holds 4 gallons of water and she pumps like a freight train. I have dubbed her the Steam Queen. I got 2 cool mist foggers that put out about 400ml per hour each and used some things I had around to make them a little float. Added an old computer fan to force the mist out through a 2 inch pipe. She won't win any beauty contests but she pumps out plenty of cool moist air. I also upgraded my exhaust to a variable speed for more added environmental control. Just going to do a little more training over the next week then try to make some buds.

Unfortunately I don't have any better pictures because once I remove the net that was giving support to the buds and they were so big that the plant could barely hold the weight anymore so taking pictures holding everything with one hand using the device in the other was it a little bit of a challenge oh well I guess it's a good problem to have I will update when they are completely dry and cure. I have cut down in jar everything the wait was 105 grams please consider that when they comes to my scale weight i wait until the main stem breaks with a loud crunch and the buds are really dry to the touch reason for it I have a very busy life and at the end of the day this is just a hobby so I cannot be opening those jars many times a day at most one in the morning and one in night so I want to avoid mold on them.so I push in a Boveda pack to keep them nice. After two weeks in jars the send hose cheese has incremented a lot and the scent of Barry as well it has a very powerful High but Pleasant very nice strain to grow incredibly vigorous and with a high yield capability another win for Dinafem Thank you for reading have a happy grow.

That's why the beautiful dark shimmer on the leaves :-). She has developed very well this week. I will give you 7-10 days before I switch to flowering.
