Home stretch, Lamby is seducing my sense of smell, I am going to harvest on week 26, going to pump nutrients in her her for 5 weeks straight, then the remaining 5! Will be rain water, flush everything that will cause a harsh smoke… plus a month of curing in a jar in darkness. Right now now I want her to bulk up.

My camera died serveral times so i had to do some photos for this week. I hope i get it repaired for the next week. Another week passes by and i defoliated some leaves again. I LSTed the plant for the last time and will now let it grow without influence as possible. Maybe i should use a trellis net now would be the perfect time.

The 3 THE PURPS plants from BC-BUD-DEPOT grew very nice and healthy. One of the plant turned totally purple in the leaves and in the bud during flowering, she was A BEAUTY! The buds were of average size and are not too dense, but sparkling with trichomes. The FLAVOR is OUTSTANDING...she is DELICIOUS! Her grape- jolly-rancher (=hard-candy) aroma transcends directly into her flavor when smoked. VERY SMOOTH and an ABSOLUTELY DELIGHT on the inhale and the exhale. The 3 plants harvested 156,2 gram dried bud, which is a nice average yield of 52 grams per plant.

Here we are again ready to start again, always under the sign of Zamnesia, we make our fantastic plants and we show you what we are capable of. We have 5 autoflowering strains and 5 photoperiodic ones and now we present them to you. The second autoflowering that we present to you is the Black Orchid Autoflowering. This was advised and recommended to us directly by the Zamnesia elves and we are sure that they are keen to send us refinements, we have seen some super beautiful photos of this strain. Guys, black is black as a style of beauty for me it is unbeatable. To explain my germination method which is a combination of experiences acquired in the field and readings of the right advisors, I have chosen to divide it into phases so that those who want can follow them and understand better step by step. - Preparatory Phase ---- Check the average temperature in the room, humidity status to understand if it is the case to start or wait, I decided for the end of August because the temperatures start to drop towards the 22-25 degrees recommended for germination. Then another thing more or less credible depending on the sensitivity is the control of the lunar phases. I believe in it a lot, it is a method that ancient farmers used to understand when it was best to plant depending on the attraction of the moon. To make my life easier I use a simple app that advises you on the right time to plant, harvest and put in the jar (depending on the lunar phases). - Phase 1 --- Soaking in water. There are many authoritative friends who advise against this method due to the risk of drowning, but I have always been fine and I follow the rule if it opens in water the seed is almost certainly healthy and will come out of the ground 90% normally. - Phase 2 --- Opening the seed in water. As soon as the seed opens and the root comes out a little, you have to be very very careful not to leave the seed in the water open for too long. This is why there is a risk of drowning. So as soon as the root comes out, it must be planted. Do not wait for it to stretch out a lot, you can wait a little longer in the absorbent paper, but not in water. - Phase 3 --- In the meantime, while I soaked the seeds, I prepared my pots: I use small biodegradable pots (choose the ones with holes underneath for drainage). A few hours before working with the opened seeds, I moistened the soil with water adjusted to the right pH (5.8 - 6.2) and Plagron Power Roots. The small root is now open and we can make a little hole with a toothpick, widen it and insert the seed. Not too deep with the root facing downwards. From Serious Seeds we learned the dome technique: if you put a small dome of soil on the seed the water will settle on the sides avoiding overwatering problems. - Phase 4 --- The plant emerges from the soil. So far I have not put the light, now I turn it on at minimum after half a day of soil to give direction to the seedlings. The first week the light will be gradually brought from 40% to 60% to go to 70% - 75% in the remaining weeks of veg. During the first week maximum, I keep the cycle of 24 hours to avoid stretching. It's been 28 days of flower now and The gals are still loving the fc4800 and their new 8x8 mars hydro grow tent as much as I do👍 leaves are sticking straight up towards the light. Love how easy the zippers are to open and close. Nice and strong and guaranteed to last. It has extra material on the backside of the zipper that helps for light leaksand enough ports and vents for anything you need in it👍. the tsw2000 is still going strong and is also a very good light. Its been going almost nonstop for 6 months and still working the same as when I got it👍. not much heat off both lights but the fc4800 is alot cooler and the heat-sinks work extremely well. I have it daisy chained to the tsw2000 and 1 dimmer controls the other and i don't need to be reaching in too far to dim the other light, it's awesome and I can't wait to buy more lights to daisy 4 together👍. I would recommend this light to everyone that grows with leds and have trouble with temperatures getting too high. Even if you grow with HPS lights I think any mars hydro light is a MUST TRY. I like how heavy both lights are because I know it means they are built soild and strong 💪. Very good sign with the frost they are starting to get thanks to bith mars hydro lights. Dehumidifier is going almost non stop to try and get the humidity down. I love how both lights on 100% power only raise my temperature 2 or 3 degrees 👍. You can rest your hand on the lights and not much heat comes off them. Obviously there is some heat but for the brightness of the lights and only raising the temp that much is awesome 👌.  And if I wanted to I could remove the driver from the fc4800 and run it on the outside of my tent because the cord is so long but 2 or 3 degrees is barely nothing👍. Day 71 - Starting week 11 and overall looking good still but have a ton of bracts/calyx that are not throwing out pistils. They seem to slowly be coming out on some but looking like I’ve got a ton of them without pistils and no buds actually forming, not sure if I’m explaining it right, all still fairly new to me. The only thing I can think to do is just let it ride for awhile longer and see what happens. Day 73 - Looks like a few more bracts/calyx’s are starting to open and show more pistils. Some have thrown out a single pistil and started to shrivel already. She’s got a lot of milky trichs but still think she’s got a good couple of weeks left, hopefully she’ll fatten up quite a bit. Ended up giving her a gallon and a half of plain pH’d water today as well. Not sure why I didn’t research or why I didn’t think of it but she’s definitely foxtailing so hopefully cutting off one light will help slow it down a bit or something. She’s nice and frosty and stinky so not too worried about any ill effects from it but still not happy. I’m sure a combination of lights, a little heat and a screw up somewhere on my part stressed her out too much. Oh well, every grow is different and is a learning experience. Day 74 - Still chugging along and even though she’s foxtailing, she’s starting to open up more and throw pistils. Other than that, not much else happening with her. Day 76 - She’s still chugging along and not much to really update today. I know she’s foxtailing quite a bit but just letting her go to try and get as fat as she can. Still a lot of clear trichs and bright white pistils so a bit of time still left. She’ll need some water tomorrow for sure. Day 77 - The end of week 11 and I’m probably gonna give her another week then possibly chop. She is just about all milky and just don’t see her fattening up much more. I did give her one more round of nutes today but that’ll be it until the end and just straight water from her on out. If I see some fattening up, then may let her go longer. I may possibly do a partial chop and then see what happens with the lower stuff.

I'm curious to see how they will taste. 😍 🔸the last two times she was watered she only got tap water, I think for Runtz#3 it was too dry and too much light in the end, I haven't really checked and measured it for the last 2 weeks. I also let them dry out almost completely the last 2 times, Runtz 1 and 2 coped better. [Week 10 - Harvest] The Fat Banana plant has reached its peak maturity within the minigrow box. We harvest the plant, trim the buds, and prepare them for the drying and curing process. And there you have it—the weekly progress of a Fat Banana Cannabis plant, grown within a minigrow box, resulting in a super quick and easy grow in just 10 weeks!

The temperatures, humidity, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Any listed nutrients are ml/gallon of soil. Day 1 we had high temperatures of 88°F, clear skies, and lots of sunshine. I watered 2-2.5 gallons per pot, from the water hose. Day 2 we had a high temperature of 90 with lots of sunshine. I gave them 2.5 gallons of water per pot. Day 3 we had lots of sunshine and a high temperature of 91°F. I watered these about 2-2.5 gallons twice today. Day 4 we had high temperature of 86°F. I watered about 2.5 gallons per pot. Day 5 we had mostly sunny skies with a high temperature of 88°F. I watered about 2.5 gallons from the water hose. I added 50ml of Ferrous Sulfate top dressed to each pot. I added 50 ml of blood meal top dressed around the pot. Day 6 we had a high temperature of 88°F with mostly sunny skies. I watered 2-2.5 gallons once today. Day 7 we had high temperature of 89 with mostly sunny skies. I watered 2-2.5 gallons per pot. This week was a success. These girls got a boost of nitrogen they needed. I was really focusing on the lemons and cheesecake, and noticed their hunger late. I'll be adding more nitrogen next week.
