Christmas Update Nugs are becoming fatter and really frosty. I have started looking at the trichomes and they are mostly cloudy. one more feeding for this lady, and than only tap water till the end. here is day 48 of flowering. I wish you all Merry Christmas

13.4.25: This week has been so busy in the garden! I forgot to take any notes, so I'll see what I can do from memory! 😅 I watered several times this week, and I used Ecothrive Biosys with dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4. I watered about 2 litres to each plant. Throughout the week, I've been defoliating all the fan leaves 🍃 The trichomes are looking all milky to me. I stopped watering a couple of days ago, and the pots are totally dry. 14.4.25: Today is Harvest Day! I finally put together my clothes rail, which I'm using to hang my plants on. I purchased a hanging mosquito net for a bed from Amazon. It's black, which will hopefully block out what little light there is in my drying room. Also, to prevent debris from sticking to the buds whilst drying. It hangs from the ceiling so it will just hang over the clothes rail. Additionally, the net will allow good airflow. I put a bit of thought into this method, so I look forward to seeing it in action! 😅 So let's wait a while and find out how much we yielded here! 😃💚✌️🌱👌

This week was all about watching Tricombes... Her buds are fattening up nicely, especially since she has received no training really.. She is smelling my balcony up with hints of sexyness everywhere.. She has been an absolute pleasure to grow outdoors.. Only issue this week was humidity..It's really difficult to control outdoors...that has been my only challenge.. I brought her in for a few pics.. And this is what she has turned out to ❤️💚❤️💚

Tremendous growth since day 22. Nutes twice with watering this week. Turned all three lights to 100% on day 22. Noticed stigmas on all four plants on day 30 Had three lights in tent from day 22 to 32: (2) Vivosun VS 1000 and (1) VS 2000. Day 32, noticed a tiny bit of light burn with tiny yellow tips on new growth at the top of two of the four plants, so I removed the larger light on day 32 and will continue with (2) VS 1000 run at 75% for a while. Defoliated 2 or 3 large fan leaves from each plant.

Removed small suckers from bottoms and skirted plants near the base. I also did some defoliating in order to increase potential air flow to bud sites and reduce moisture trapping. The dew has been showing on the plants in the morning and rain has been spotting here and there. I have been trying to keep my eye out for bud rot so I can remove it before it spreads however so far so good. I noticed two of the Blue MOB plants do not seem to be doing as well, and also noticed those two plants have roots growing through the 5 gallon bags. The harvest excitement is really kicking in, it smells better and better every day!

Week 14: Final Countdown (Flower Week 9) 🍌🥊 We’ve reached the final ripening! This Banana Purple Punch Auto by @FastBuds is finishing its 14th week from seed and its 9th week in full bloom. At this stage, it's no longer about volume; it’s all about ripening, resin density, and terpene complexity. 💎 Living Soil Performance: Following the 9 Cardinal Parameters, my focus is currently on: • VPD & Humidity: Keeping humidity low (around 40-45%) to drive transpiration and protect these dense, frosty buds from any late-stage issues. 🌬️ • Temperature: Dropping the night temps to 18–19°C to encourage those deep purple hues. The anthocyanins are really putting on a show! 💜 • Nutrients: No flush needed! In a true Living Soil setup, the plant naturally senesces as the soil microbiome slows down nitrogen availability while still providing essential minerals for trichome maturation. The "autumn fade" is looking beautiful. 🍂 Trichome Status: 🔬 Observation shows about 85% still not ready and 10–15% milky. I’m looking for that perfect "sweet spot" to capture the full sedative punch and overripe banana flavor. 🍌 It’s been an incredible journey with this organic ecosystem. First week! What a joy! This Banana Purple Punch is off to a great start, popping out of the soil with no shell on. Spending 36hrs in water, 36hrs in a paper towel, then 48hrs under the soil before popping her head up into the light. The light schedule I'm following is 20/4 under two 100w LEDs running around 80% at 650mm above the babies. They're receiving 150-200umol's at roughly 11-14 DLI. Organic medium and nutes so just watering in around 200mL of dechlorinated water at 6.6 pH per day. I figured I want to get this medium nice and moist for the microbes to thrive so I've been bottom watering 200mL extra every other day, with a gap day today as the pots are nice and weighty now. I'm running my ventilation on an hour on, hour off schedule during Veg to take the pressure off my heaters and humidifier. (power bill) We're heading into winter and my grow is in an insulated lung room in my garage, so the fresh air can get down past 0 celcius and 30% humidity although the heaters keep the environment at 23-25 degrees celcius. A few trials I'm working through, but the environment is pretty steady and I'm a happy gardener so far. Welcome baby BPP 🍌

Treated the girls to a new grow light Friday, the ACInfinity EVO4. Set at 18" and 60% to start. So far so good, but OC looked a little droopy Saturday morning. Raised light to about 19" while I had my coffee. Fed them both 3 litres of water with 2ml per litre of Remo veg schedule Friday evening and topped OC to help keep canopy even. For the second time I had little to no runoff, even after increasing the water by 1 litre. More next time I guess. My original plan was to flip to 12-12 when the lights come on tonight, but I think I'll give them a few days under this new light to get their groove on and raise the power of the light by 10 each day and drop it a little closer to the 18 " AC Infinity recommends until I'm at 100% and 18" then prune and flip. I think I've got room to stretch. Plants are at 11-12" tall from the Promix, so I can definitely let them veg for another week. Raised the light back to 24 inches after my coffee, still at 60%. Saturday morning I fed about a litre of straight RO water to both and Saturday night I cleaned up a dozen or so fan leaves that were shading bud sites. Sunday OC still looks a little droopy, but much better. Sunday morning lowered light to 22" and powered at 70% with a 1 hour sunset sunrise. Fed them Monday night until runoff and took 6 litres at 2ml/l about a litre and a half came back out. Next time I'll give them 5 litres. Been trying to dial in this new light, plus I've went down the light meter rabbit hole on YouTube.....so according to Photone everything seems to be in check with the light at 70% at 24". AC infinity must have a more light tolerant stain in their test labs because full power at 18" would have my girls chicken fried in no time. Tuesday morning they both looked great, temps and humidity and light and nutes all seem to be pulling in the same direction. Plants are about 12&13 inches tall Likely flip them Thursday evening 😁😨😰 Wednesday morning gave them a small haircut of some leaves blocking budsites, and a bit of plant yoga bendiness and gentle restraints to let the light into the heart of the plants. So on page to flip tomorrow evening. Light is averaging 700 micromoles per second.

12/22/21 - The plants look great! We have taken some fan leaves off. Keeping the airflow moving to avoid any powdery mildew. We are going to make topical salve with trim and popcorn nugs. We usually make butter for edibles but we’ll try something new. 12/23/21 - They look really good. Today we have fresh water for a semi flush. We will begin with nutrients and then flush 10 days before harvest. 12/24/21 - The humidity is finally on our side, ranging between 40-50%. We are very happy and excited as the buds continue to grow! 12/25/21 - Merry Christmas! The plants look great! Lots of neat colors in there. Each strain is showing off its own color. Check out todays pictures. 12/26/21 - They look really good today. Humidity is at 45%. Harvest is coming up pretty quick and we are excited. 12/27/21 - Looking good today. Just feeding them and letting them flower away. The buds are getting pretty big and dense. 12/28/21 - They look insane. Going to feed them the last of the nutrients listed above and next week start plain water/flush until harvest. Check out the two videos above!

**EDIT** just an FYI... SmokieMcPot wants NOTHING to do with Seedsman!! Appreciate the response I got from them after replying to one of their spam mailers in dm... lets me know everything I need to know about their company... I'll continue to plug breeders/vendors that I feel deserve the advertising. I won't EVER plug a Seedsman bean! How time flies... Start of week 6 is it?? I feel I've put these girls a week behind, but then again I'm sure they'll bounce back just as hard as they have already. I just keep stressing these bitches out 🤣. so far have ive topped both, supercropped TF out of em (should have tied em down again too), swazz'd (to an autoflower point I guess)... what else can I do to hurt these girls feelings?? I can tell anyone that actually reads all of this I am going to drill their main right before harvest with the 48hr dark period.. Just put the net in today to keep a hold of em for now. Have another to use for when they need support. I plan on scooting this one up a bit as it stretches and branch them out some more. These branches are pretty stick like, so no more bendy bendy to those or snappy snap will occur. Day 35- nothing special that hasn't been mentioned already. Running the GHE wk 1 bloom feed at full strength (1237ppm total). Will continue to adjust strength depending on how much TDS drops in 12/24hrs. May update later with a vid to show how thick the main is. BTW I forgot to set timelapse for day 34, so the carnage and immediate aftermath won't be added to the week unfortunately. Day 36- i accidently farted while working in the closet tonight... i think i may have to burn everything in there now and start from scratch.. it was THAT bad!.. i dont think a million apologies will make up for making these girls inhale THAT, nor flush it out of their systems. damnit!! Day 37- woke up to a puddle in the catch tray!!! couldn't find it so i ripped out the net. didnt really want it in there yet, but was helping with a few branches. ended up being the silicon light protector pad in the back directing splash from the dripper next to it right out a LST hole i drilled in the bucket. easy fix.. RES change tonight. same week 1 bloom medium strength since its the same as week 2 formulation. ended up being 1327 after PH corrections. water started off 300ppm calmag and started using hydroguard again since the h2o2 did the trick a while back and we're in the clear. plants looking awesome, and have another 19 days before another major defol. uploading vid of a new system im working on as a teaser for the next grow... its far from finished... but the final product will be showcased later on. Bigger version of this waterfarm and its upgrades. Plus something a buddy wants me to try, but I'm waiting on the plated titanium mesh to show from China to finish that piece and bring it to show and tell for everyone to see. Day 38- PM RES change due to TDS drop from 1327 to 902 in 24hr. WG starting her droop letting me know. She sure does pump right after a fresh change. Must have went light on my measurements cause I ended up in the 1100's. As long as the ratio is right, that's what matters. I don't know exactly WHAT they're eating, just that they are. Adding anything could risk a lockout. Looks like WG is trying to tell me to back off on the Nitrogen?? Maybe dialing it back a bit on accident worked out for the best.. Mild defol tonight to open up those bud sites. supercropped a few more fresh stretch limbs on GC. Day 39- selective leaf plucking tonight. Bare minimum to keep things opened up. RES change later in their day, tomorrow for me. Will be lowering the nitrogen a hair since 2 or 3 of WG leaves are curled downward at the tip. Will update with the breakdown after the fact. Day 40- WG has been looking hungry since yesterday. Don't blame her cause RES is down from 1100's to mid 7's. Even with topping off with 300ppm calmag'd water around 2.5L a day now. Changed RES before they woke from their nap. Modified week 2 transition GHE "medium". Breakdown as follows: 2 gal calmag'd water - 300ppm Micro - 11.6mL Grow - 11mL Bloom - 14mL RES totals after PH corrections - 1253 @ 5.54. Day 41- WG looking hungry again... RES was already down 200 from its change not even 12hrs ago and down 1.5L. top off, PH adjust. changed RES during their night, right before "sun rise". same modified formula as yesterday. need to bump it up so EC doesnt drop as fast. GC need to pick up the pace, cause i dont want WG getting full on amber by the time GC is done. random plucks here and there to keep things kinda opened up without taking off too much ATM. few leaves on GC showing small brown spots, calmag def?? hmm.. already using 5mL per gallon to get to 300ppm.. *edit* looks like the start of a calcium deficiency. Odd, cause I'm adding 5ml/gal now as per the bottle. Raises ppm from 80 to 300. How much is too much?? Going to try 7mL per gal for a few days and see if we can nip this in the butt. As always. Continued feeding with the tomato fertilizer, but I probably overdid it. We'll see. Later in the week I bought some new Canna Terra Flores. Temperatures outside are rising, which will soon become a problem. I turned up the light from 40% to 60% regardless. Removed a bunch of the lower leaves and did some light lollipopping.

All done growing both of these amazing plants. Ran out of room in the drying tent so I’m stuck using the main tent for drying. Will report back for the actual harvest.

Week 7 of Vegi an still no signs of flower

- Week 2 of veg The humidity was way to low ( 38%) I set up my humidifier from spider farmer and put it on 70%. I also put them in 11.6 L Rootmaxx pots. Tomorrow i will give the lady's some grow nutrients and b12 for the first time, and will begin on an ec of 1.1

Week 4, she is sitting under HPS for a few days till the new LED is ready for her. So far everything goes well, did another big jump in growth, starts taking a lot of water in a few days, always a good sign. Conditions are similar to before, slowly transitioning into flower, hopefully with a good bit of stretch soon. Increased the feeding a bit again, trying to see how she reacts to it, autos in hydro are always a bit of an experiment but with time you find your formula.
