Hey guys, late into week 5 finally have some time to tend to the gals. It's been almost a week since I last watered them. We had 2 thunderstorms roll in so that kept the ladies quenched but when i went to check them out today most of them were pretty dry. Before I watered them, I topped off the soil level with some more promix hp and started our first topdressing. As usual 2tbs per gal @ 70/30 ratio of 444 to 284. I'm my case 21tbs to 9tbs. After that I water them with 50mL of molassas in 5gal of dechlorinated water with each plant raking about 3L of water. I also defoliated some under growth and to clean up the canopy to allow more light to penatrate prime grow sites. Last week I noticed some fungus gnats flying around, so I put up yellow fly traps with bamboo skewers (best way imo). I also did a preventive maintenance and watered the girls last week with neem oil soil drench to kill off any larvae or eggs that may have been laid. So good so far, as the traps did not have many gnats on them. Other than the usual pm items done, the ladies are taking off quite fast, so I need to stay ontop of things when I can! 🗓️ WEEK 5 / DAYS 29-35 (flo) 💧 There were no changes to the nutrient solution this week, maintaining EC 2.0 - pH 6. My main action has been topping up the reservoir with 5 LT of this solution every two days. 🌱 The stretching phase concluded this week, with the plant reaching her final height: 69 cm. She is now focusing on filling out her flowers, and her foliage is taking on a noticeably darker hue, typical for the later stages of flowering. At this point, there's less active work to do; the focus shifts to maintaining stable environmental parameters and ensuring the pH remains in the correct range to avoid stressing the plant.

Week 5 – Beast Mode & The Big Flip! This week I set up a timelapse to capture just how vigorous these ladies really are — and it didn’t disappoint! 🌱 The tallest Lemon Cherry Runtz even surpassed the Papaytons, though to be fair she’s sitting right in the sweet spot in the center of the tent. I also bumped up the light a bit, and the response was instant. Big thanks to SANlight, AC Infinity, and Autopots for keeping this jungle happy. Some of the girls figured out that there’s basically an endless water source waiting under their pots, and in search of it they threw down insane root systems. You can tell they went into full-on beast mode. This time I’ve been home for almost a month straight, so I could keep a daily eye on the propagation tent. It paid off: the first clones of all four strains rooted within 6–10 days! They’ll be kept safe until we find out which phenos are the real winners. Before flipping them to 12/12 on 19.08, I pulled each cultivar out, gave them a clean topping, and prepped them for flower. Since they were so big already, I skipped cloning the tops and went for side branches instead — they root faster, which is crucial in summer when cloning isn’t the easiest game in my setup.-äpl-.lp0üß0 Meanwhile, the moms I sent to the flower tent are already flashing their first pistils — can’t wait to show you how those develop. The rest will have to stay in the 4x3 for now until the flower run is done in 3–4 weeks, so I went hard on them: lollipopped, defoliated, topped — the works. For now, the goal is to keep them compact and healthy until it’s their time to shine. The real fun is just beginning… stay tuned for flower! 🔥💚

7/24/23 - Day 42 - Ok, so where to start? I'm going to go over the last couple days of issues/troubleshooting. We had an issue with the lights not coming on for a whole day/night cycle. That was a couple of days ago, and everything seems okay since then. I had some Canoeing/tacoing on the leaves once the lights were back on. I think I had the PH too low, 5.8. In flower, I should start moving it up the scale. Once I corrected the PH to 6.2, the canoeing/tacoing in the leaves seemed to be gone/almost gone. I'm REALLY worried about the height of the plant. She is only 12 in. from the light that I cannot move. I added a second scrogg net???? I don't know if that's done a lot, but I'm going to try and stop if from growing straight up. I think the best I can do is give it a lean. So Ill call this the ScoggGL (GangstaLean). You'll see some pictures up top as I start the ScoggGL I did the first big trim and pulled a 3-gallon bucket of fan leaves out. I cut off a few side branches I didn't want the plant to waste energy on. I trimmed so many leaves off it was crazy. The smells have been awesome! You all know the smell of the fresh plant stems and leaves as you trim and rub across them. It's one of my favorite smells, which is in full effect. I noticed that I have some pistils growing. I know what that means, shes going to have some flowers here in the next week. I couldn't be more excited!!!!! The roots are just downright ruthless; they have been growing out of control. I have a great picture of them in there with no water. I should note that I did two things that might have solved the Tacoing in the leaves. It could have been one or the other, but it also could be a combo of both things. I did the trimming to get some airflow between the leaves and changed the target for my PH from 5.8 to 6.2. When moving into flowering, I should have already done that. But I did both things while the leaves were Tacoing, and now they are not. I wanted to make sure I noted that. 7/26/23 - Day 44 - Things are looking great. No more tacoing, she's growing and still drinking about 2+ gallons a day of water. I hope the vertical growth stops soon, I want to remove a ton more fan leaves, and I'm hoping that it spends more time growing around than up, I'm keeping some leaves on just to slow some vertical growth. 7/27/23 - Day 45 - She's sleeping right now, but I will chop some more fan leaves when she wakes up. She's growing too tall, and I need to find a way to stop her. I think shocking her system will help stunt her growth. How crazy is this, what a conundrum I'm in. Normally I stress out trying to find the right time to trim to avoid stunting growth. I always keep my plants busy and do one or two chops. I think they need to grow as mother nature intended. Let them grow and do one, maybe two fan leave chops. That's always been my motto and its always worked out great for me. This is now the exact opposite. Feels weird even thinking about it, doing a leave chop two weeks into flower..... ARE YOU INSANE!!!!!! Lol The 2nd chop has happened. I took a ton of fan leaves off. It's time for the plant to slow down heal and start working on the buds! Let's see how this goes over the next couple of days. I added a timelapse of me chopping her up. 7/28/23 - Day 46 - After adding more water last night, I was checking PH, and I did a quick check on the ppm from the nutes. If it went from 600ppm down to 130ppm in a couple of days. So we decided to give her another dose of nutes so she has something to eat. I'll update you after she wakes up for the day. Hello Diary, We have reached the end of the third week of vegetation, which is also the beginning of flowering. As you can see in the photos, the flowers started to form, which is usual for automatics after 3 weeks of vegetation. For now, everything is fine, the plant is developing nicely, getting a lot of new leaves. In terms of height, she did not grow much, only 22.5 cm in three weeks, I doubt that she will grow much now. I started to feel a slight smell, which also makes me happy :). At "Farm" she is the shortest, her roommates are much taller than her. This week I also did minimal defoliation, I removed only the lowest leaves to make watering easier. When it comes to watering, it is not frequent, about every 4 days. This week I added one tablet of Easy grow booster. The conditions on the Farm are excellent I would say, the temperature is around 26 degrees while the humidity is around 50%. Here's how it looked this week. 16/05/2023 - Day 17. Watering. I prepared 7 liters of water, lowered the pH. to 6.0 and added one Easy Grow tablet and with that amount of water I watered all three plants equally. 19/05/2023 - Day 20. First, I did a minimal defoliation, removing only the bottom leaves to make watering easier and improve air flow through the plant a bit. After that I watered all three plants. 20/05/2023 - Day 21. Measuring the height of the plants and taking photos at the end of the third week. Apollo F1 - 22.5 cm. That's all for this week, see you soon.

She growing like a real trooper 😁 she's super healthy! Supercropped all her limbs again this week but I'm afraid i made a few mistakes this time round....don't supercrop too low! Lost 4 of her main branches :( we currently have torrential rain & gail force winds so I'm not holding out for any branches left after today lol fingers crossed tho....wish me luck!

Harvest day 66 since time switch to 12 / 12 h Hey guys :-) Finally it's time 💚 The lady is done the large leaves have been removed and hung upside down to dry in the dark drying room. You can now stay there for 13-15 days at a temperature of 18-20 degrees and 55-62% humidity. After 13-15 days it is neatly trimmed by hand and placed in jars with boveda packs 62. After 4 weeks Boveda 58% come in and are ready for testing ;-). After everything has been cut cleanly, the last update comes with the smoke report and the finished pictures. Let's get to the plant 💚. The growth was great from start to finish. She had no problems at all and also had no problems with animals 👍. I'm amazed at the great smell the beautiful buds give off😀. Of course I cut cuttings and if the taste is as good as the smell it will be grown again ☺️. A final report comes with the Smoke Report. Esta semana todo sigue acorde lo esperado, las flores empiezan a invadir mi jardín y ya se ven las primeras capas de resina. He hecho una segunda poda de bajos, rellenado tierra y sujetado varías de ellas a sus tutores. Varios días han pasado demasiado frío tras apagarse las luces, nada bueno para ellas, pero he conseguido un mini calefactor cerámico que lo está combatiendo muy bien. Espero que la próxima semana siga la invasión de flores en mi jardín

Those first leaves really grew out. This is my first seed popped of the new year! This strain is an Attitude Seedbank and Fast Buds collaboration, it is actually called STRAWBERRY WHIP and wasnt an available strain option

So, first of all, I want to say that I´ll be doing the diaries in a weekly updates way, instead of day by day, not only because it is less heavy on me, but I think it´s a better and more attractive reading. So, tell me if you prefer day by day or weekly updates please! Thanks! So, this week was pretty good, thricomes are looking pretty close to harvest. About 90% cloudy, with a little amber and clear. Watered with regular water and didn´t feed her. Flushed it with regular water on day 74, looked like it had still lots of nutes/salts buildup. And about flushing: I saw a really good study (I can link if it´s of interest for someone) showing that flushing isn´t really required, specially if you´re doing organic grows. It was really well explained and had solid arguments and comparisons, even tho, I flushed her in order to see if it really makes a difference. On day 76 when i first opened the tent in the day, she was all the way to the floor, almost hitting 2 tiny girls on the tent. Since she doesn´t had any strenght to support herself, I used some ropes to mantain her up. In resume: The week´s been really nice, she´s beautiful as hell with some purples and I´ve learnt some really good stuff as well.

***Note that I started to count the days when I placed the seeds between paper towels. The seeds were planted 3 days later and sprouted from the ground 2 days after being planted. D80 (13/05/2021): I'm looking at the trichomes every other days. Glue Gelato is starting to show amber on top buds. No amber for Banana Kush and Gelato. This time I will chop them all at the same time so the one I will rely on is the Glue Gelato. As soon as she is ready, I will harvest them all. Banana Kush and Gelato would probably need more, but in term of logistic, I need to harvest all my plants at the same time. D83 (16/05/2021): Not ready yet. I'm checking trichomes closely! 😬 - Light: the lights are at 100% and at 12 inch form the plants. - Temperature: during the day: 24-25C ; during the night: 20C. - Humidity: the humidity is maintain around 46-48% all the time. - Air circulation: There is an oscillating fan on the ground, one fixed fan pointing on top of the canopy and one fixed fan to help cool the lights. - Water: I gave water every other day or when the ground feel dry or the pots feels light. - ***IPM: I never mention it but I'm using nematodes pouch as an integrated pest management. I had trouble with pest in my first grow and I learned from it. That's the only thing I do for pest and of course watching closely and regularly at my plants 😊

dia 58 5 semana de floracion ,viendo otros cultivos de la gente de la cepa quick one a 16 horas me dan ganas de llorar al ver mis plantas q si saco15 g de cada una flipo.... una pena pero bueno y otro problema q tengo es que la feminizada la kritical gb esta estirando q flipas y mi armario solo tiene 1 . 40 de alto y creo q la voy a tener q sacar a la calle y se va a poner enorme y mis vecino van a flipar no se estoy to rayao gente ... dia 59 los cogollos van engordando de momento aceptan bien la comida DIA 60 siguen engordando de momento tienen un verde bonito sin deficit espero q todo siga asi DIA 62 todo sigue bien la kritical gb sigue estirando mazo por dia y creando flores satelite y las quick one juntando cogollos en la cola principal debido al poko espacio del indoor los satelites intentan engordar pero van lentos sigo esperanzado y dandolas comidaaaaa jajajaj dia 64 y siguen engordando tiene una pinta q flipas q ganas de fumar no se cuanto les quedara yo las miro y mucho pelo naranja pero los terpenos no consigo una foto clara ( no tengo pasta pa una lupa ahora mismo jhajjaja) asi que ando un poko perdido pero a las auto yo las echo un par de semanas mas creo dia 70 por mas q las doy de comer no noto diferencia de crecimiento creo q ya todo llego a su fin en las quick one las dare de comer una semana mas y las pasare ya solo agua para q deskanses se limpien y al secadero ejjejeejje la kritical le quedan 3 semanas minimo

This plant is coming to the end a lot of swelling and a lot of resin production this week beautiful buds the smell of fermented fruit and gasoline pungent smell the buds a swelling up huge the tricomes are smoky with 5% amber right now I’ve been flushing for a week now I’m going to give here 4 more days I’m very happy with the results this was definitely one of my favorites this season. Very fast growth using Pro-MIX ORGANIC SOIL. IN WEEK 1 solo. Transplanted last night with great white and a light watering to a nice happy lady today. Great week 2 start!
