June 21st : Figured I started off last week with a video update So i'd do the same this week. Buds are really fattening up. Making my mouth water when I stare at them. Smell is very strong when the exhaust is off and the tent open. Getting Hot around here lately 106 outside today. Trying my best to keep them cool but it seems like a losing battle. Good thing I have that co2 tank. 🙌 June 22nd : Decided to try out my Digital Microscope tonight see what I could see. WOW am I going to have fun doing Macro Shot's! This is gonna be so much fun! Nothing else done with the plants except some admiration! June 23rd : Didn't have time to get to pictures darn real life. June 24th : Watered tonight as they were showing signs of drooping from under-watering. I expected as much due to the recent 106-111F. Temps around my area lately. Hard to keep them all cool but trying my best. Everything's looking good as far as I can tell. 👌 June 25th : Tried my hand at more closeups boy was it a failure. Gotta turn off those damn fans next time *lol* 3 out of like 40 clicks were "ok". Oh well.. Another day.. June 26th : Had the breaker for the room my tent was in keep tripping after adding the t5 lights to everything that's already on the same circuit.. had to move the ac to another circuit. Water was really low it was just above the hump in the Res cutting it close to not having enough water in the system to keep it going. They drank a lot making it close going the full 14 days. I am still going with the previous grows and adding 36 Gallons but even looking at the root I think the SILICA is working and the roots are further along at this point than in previous grows. This next two weeks will watch how much they drink and how low my Res starts getting, and will make a decision on changing the water weekly from here on out or still keep on the plan of every other week until Week 4 of Flower. I took so much off yesterday I figure it was a good day to let them rest. 4/6/2023 Week 7- Day 6 of Veg (Day 64 overall) I needed to Defoliate some and I topped a little. The plants might force me to flip them soon. Next Wed is the 10 week mark half way through the 20 weeks. The net is Bingo... Which means that If/when the plants hit the net I will have to flip them. The Net is set to the max height that I can let them get based on the Breeders Stretch report 75%. 4/7/2023 Week 7- Day 7 of Veg (Day 65 overall) #3 is 22 inches Tall, #2 is 19 Inches Tall. Net is set at 24 inches. Net is also set as my Bingo point, if they hit the net then I have to flip no matter what to account for the Breeders recommended 75% Stretch allowance. I think I am going to have to flip right at the 10 week mark of the Competition which is Wed 12 Apr. I topped a little, I de-foliated a lot to start getting it ready for the anticipated Flip.

Quick update week 3 flower these girls are putting on weight very very quickly. The blue gelato buds are already becoming dense like stones . Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. 9/1 - Start of week 4 and the GSCs are looking strong. The shorter pheno is starting to catch up. She has multiple main sights as if she had been topped...even though she hasn't. Can't wait to see how she turns out. Watered all today with RO water and molasses. 9/4 - Just a light water and some LST today. Still no nutrients and they are looking fabulous. Loving the Nature's Living Soil Autoflower mix! 9/6 - I come in each day and water and do a little LST on all the ladies. Moving them just about a quarter of the way around the pot. They are really starting to become bushy and branch out.. They are all very green and looking great.

Well, this slow started lady has started to take off. Any concerns about her slow start are gone. Root system is extending nicely into her new home, She is not drinking a ton, but that is of no surprise at this age. I can confirm, I did start her off a little low in her net pot, but next week, when she gets topped, I will be able to add some extra clay pellets for stability.

Week 8 (May 24th - 30th) This week the roots began getting larger. This was also the week I began to really use eggshells and coffee grounds. I saw more bugs come out of the dirt (sometimes just happens) and I noticed the wood I burn as well as grounds, the more I use the better and stronger. I also know that coffee grounds and eggshells contain certain nutrients that are necessary in plant health and growth / life. The roots were starting to come out of the bottom of the pot-hole. I started looking for larger containers.
