The buds are starting to form. The smell is strong when I open the cabinet, but with the filter, it doesn't smell. I corrected the deficiencies I had correctly. I defoliated a bit to allow good light penetration. I'll let you judge how they look now. I did a week of stretching, lowering the light by 1 hour each day.

Great last few weeks. Strains from sweet seed dominating. Smells. Incrediable. And i have never see a plant that alter smell between nugs such as these auto. Some. Havested about 90 days after seed posed. She is a kind of giant: about 1.8 Kg of buds and branches from only one plant. The buds seems a little bit dry. I hope this will be not a problem after cure.

April 22nd No changes to nut's, temp, or humidity, but we did have to raise the lights with the growth. I may have mixed up a couple of my Green Crack grow's images but I did the exact same with both grows with amazing results both times, so if you see three then four plants it is due to my well intentioned intent to post each of these as I did them but forgot. Week 3 flowering. Buds are slowly forming, plants still going good, cold weather is hitting my area now, hope it won't last long, might extend flowering period by a couple days if it stays this cold.

There were storms yesterday and the day before yesterday, and that's why I'm late with the update because I couldn't take a picture of them, the gusts of wind were really strong. Watering is now more frequent and abundant, now I water them every 3rd or 4th day, everything depends on the temperature on those days, whether there is wind, how much moisture there is, etc. The last time they were watered was before the storm and they are already thirsty today as you can see in the pictures, it will be a day and I will water them in the morning. Today I removed their leaves again and now I can freely say that they have twice as few leaves as they should, so when it's time for defoliation, I probably won't do it at all, or at least not a lot. I sprayed the plants with an organic preparation against thrips and similar pests and if there was no need for it because this is growing outside and absolutely these little things can't do anything for them except something miserable to slow down their growth, but nothing terrible... and now, I didn't even want it to slow them down miserably, so I ordered a product called "SMC Spidermite Control" I sprayed the plants overnight, the next day when I came to the site, I had something to see... which is the worst I sprayed all the plants, instead of checking on one and only then spraying the others...autos I wanted to spray all the same, luckily I only sprayed 5 of them, as if God himself told me "wait until tomorrow to see how the plants will react" and continue...I come to the site and I have something to see...all the plants, but all, some more, some less, but the leaves were massacred blue, black, purple, there were all colors, everything was there, but the least healthy leaves, as if I had sprayed them with the biggest poison, I think that even in that case they would have passed better... was it the product itself or the sun that was strong during the day (I sprayed them at night and the nights were around 18 C in the coldest part of the night, so they had time to dry, it's not that they couldn't dry, but it all stuck to sheets, it was all shining, I think they could see how bright it was from the plane, but literally... I removed almost 50% of the leaf mass from some plants, from some smaller ones... the tips that were supposed to grow and be ready for a new topping just started, so they had stopped completely for a couple of days literally... the situation is now as you can see in the pictures, there are a few leaves that appeared after spraying with that product, and it is still appearing, but very little, just, just, and this there was no point in leaving the leaves that I plucked because they were completely destroyed, I have never seen them in my life... The site I bought it on said that the preparation was organic and completely safe, nowhere did it say that it can literally kill the plants, not even on the preparation itself... I am very sad about this, I have been spraying them with clean water every morning before sunrise since it appeared and the tops have slowly started to grow, this crap is appearing less and less, and I have no more leaves where should I remove it, I would just kill the plants... I hope they will recover (except for one plant that is in a critical condition and the automatics that were sprayed are also in a very critical condition, they are young and will hardly survive this) but if not, I have another white runtz that is not in the diary, it is a little more than 3 weeks old, so I will transplant it into 200 liters of soil, so at least something will come out... There was a very high heat wave in my country! For the past week we had 40 ª Celsius during day time and 30ª during night time. I lowered the led potency to minimal settings and it workerd really good. The strais are the same and it is really easy to see the differences between them.

On Day 97, day 52 since the switch to 12-12, she is doing fine and continues to fattening up and put on weight. Not much to do but wait at this point. I'll start looking at trichomes soon.

Apart from the blistering heat and 44km/h winds daily id say she's comin along nicely.loving the high ppms and sunlight however the sun has been very hot these past few weeks of summer so there are signs of heat stress as well.

6 out of 8 plants in pre-flowering, i replaced my humidifier with the dehumidifier, very present smell when I open the tent, a little early like my last crop. ⚠️ Day 26: Green gelato is hermaphrodite, destruction of the Green gelato, burial of a northern light.

Earlier in the week, I saw a discolored bud, and upon closer inspection, I found bud rot. Ugh. I immediately cut off the infected bud and the one closest to it. I looked through the canopy but couldn't see any more affected buds. Right after, I went out of town for a few days to Mary Jane, the big Cannabis Conference in Berlin. It was the first one after legalization, and it was wild. I had an awesome time, and it was great to meet up with friends while in Berlin. What wasn't so great was seeing more signs of budrot when I returned home—those days of +85% humidity at the start of last week made the botrytis go brr. Sigh :( Checking the trichomes showed it was still early to harvest, but I decided to chop anyway to save the unaffected buds. I also decided to hang each branch separately, as it would allow me to inspect each one closely to ensure no affected buds made it into the drying tent. Another reason is to decrease the drying time. Usually, I prefer a long dry, but due to botrytis, I aim to speed up the process. Overall, I found 12-15 affected buds, and of course, they're always the nicest-looking buds. I don't care about the yield loss, as more than enough is still left. I only hope the remaining buds are unaffected, and I'll inspect them daily throughout the dry. Now we wait. And hope.

This OGgelato is a champ! Not the heaviest producer, but its been a real pleasure and was easy to grow. No matter what nutrients I throw at her, or aggressive pruning, she bounces right back. This week I found bud rot on one of my other plants in the greenhouse but this plant has so far been resistant and is healthy. I thinned the canopy and defoliated out quite a bit to create more air flow. I now have fans on 24/7 and sprayed with a mycorrizhal fungicide that suppresses botrytis. Also this week I have stopped pulling the tarp on and off each night (for total darkness) because it seemed to trap in too much humidity at night. The humidity outside has been 80-90% for over a week! And the rain was so heavy all last week. This week is slightly warmer with less rain so hoping we can make it. The trichomes are starting to get milky. I imagine I have 1-2 weeks left but am not sure. This has been a pleasurable experience for sure, but this is stressful right now! The smell is so strong you can smell it on my block. You can see *everything* from the alleyway adjacent to the greenhouse. I'm worried about mold and thiefs and can not wait for this to be dried and in jars!
