Rough week in colorado with fires causing smoky air and ash falling then the next week having the first snow of the season! I brought the baby in for about 3 nights! Put her in my closet so she wouldnt be disturbed! Still low 50s the first night back outside with temps going to be mid 70s the next day

Day 28 Flowering: The bud building continues. FFT#8 Is so sad to look at now in comparison. she is budding but so small it will be a shock to get a joint from her .lol FFT#9 Is looking like a real contender for yield champion this run. Her long forming colas are so good to look at close up and so neatly packed in too. She has many long donkey's to fill out now and with 5 weeks left to run, I think she will do well. She is smelling nice and fruity with a hint of fuel too now and beginning to push trichrome production too. Still cannot place her strain yet but one i will certainly be doing again when I find out. FFT#10 Has some very thick colas forming up and plenty of sugar leaves to cover in her abundant trichs. She is a great producer of frost already and I am convinced she has some cookie or wedding cake in her parentage ?. Her darker colour and wider leaves show her Indica leaning before her wider noded structure does. she smells a dangerous earthy spicey aroma now and i think she will give the Fft#9 a run for yield too. She did respond to the gentler lst I did with keeping her 5th but it has meant she kept saying more vertical than wide and flat. not an issue i am pleased to find out and I coukd possibly use more height in the next run I do with the autos lined up to do. I had hoped Fastbuds would have responded with a request to run their genetics but time ran out waiting and I needed to plan so went with another breeders autos offered. So this seed is a total mystery to me. I found a loose and unlabelled seed container a while back 😭 She will be grown on 20/4 light and we will see in week 3~4~5 if she is an auto or not. She is planted in a tiny 1 litre airpot, where she will stay throughout her life. I have no idea what kind of plant to expect from this, so here we go!

I'll water my garden tomorrow. ☀️20.10.2023 I've watered my plants yesturday using 30% concentration of TA Tripart solution + 'Advanced PK' nutrient in 100% of recommended dose. They have a 'Third week haircut' already and I will make big defoliation of lower floors near the week ends. ☀️21.10.2023 Huge defoliation today. I've cleared nearly all big leaves all over my plants and branches in a bottom. Made LST and sprayed them with 'TA Bio Bloom' solution. That's all what I'll do till the every harvest, I guess. ☀️23.10.2023 Spraying with 'TA Bio Bloom' today.

She's unstoppable. Looks like we are about to be in pre flower. It's show time.

WEEK 7 (Day42 - 48) The training has proven effective for all plants. I continuously defoliate them at the beginning of flowering. This strain has a very compact growth form, almost resembling a bonsai. Nevertheless, all the shoots are covered with dense flower pistils. I think this strain is ideal for small grow spaces. The current growth suggests a really strong, compressed flowering pattern, and I believe these plants will deliver solid performance in the coming weeks. As for the values, I have increased the VPD to 1.2 kPa and raised the light intensity to 650 PPFD.

The End is near. Can’t wait to harvest and dry them. Next 2 Weeks I use to flush them. I think then they’re ready. I’m very proud of the purple BigBud. She’s purely looking incredible. What do you think ?

Herrrrro gang! Welcome to another week of Daank's grow! 8/2: Brought back the Great White. I was reading that it works well in conjunction with other root excelurators, like Rapid Start. I got 2 more temp/humidity sensors for the tent. It allows me to keep track of 100% of what is really going on, I find it to take away worry (b/c temps are very important!). Today was a "eureka!" moment in terms of understanding run-off pH and it's value to telling the grower how healthy the plant is and what nutes may, or may not, be needed. I also got some new LED glasses so I don't burn my fucking corneas when tending to the garden - they are phenomenal and I suggest them if you grow with an LED. Check the videos and photos. Pistils are growing rapidly and baby budlets are starting to form. I'm actually getting a nice subtle purple color - it's very neat. Today's run-off pH was 6.3, and I gave it 6.3 for water - so that's a good sign (I bounce the pH all around from 5.5-6.3). I'll keep track of this moving forward in the diary. Minor defoliation. ***Pro-Tip: If you're wondering what the run-off should be... around +.5/-.5 of what you put in is good. By the end of this week I assume we'll be in full swing. Day 39: I have ordered new nutes, Advanced Nutrients. The reviews, photos, and research all point to using this for the best results. I found them to be a bit expensive, but if I can always get perfect pH values without much of a hassle... I'm down. They will be here by end of the week and I'll transition that over this weekend. I can't wait. Day 40: 8/6 - Advanced Nutrient nutes arrive today. Watering will be a pleasure. The plants look great. The buds are real. Small smell. Trimmed last night quite a bit for bud production. They love George Gershwin's "Rhapsody in Blue". It perks 'em up.

I had a great feeling of accomplishment as I harvested Daphne today. She was the first plant I have brought to life in many years and I was impressed with how the A.B.L.E. Grow Chamber worked. I will let her dry out for a week then I will update more.......It has been a week and I am more than happy with her smoke. VERY SMOOTH no harshness. Great after taste. Even though she was a small plant she still did extremely well in all other factors,: great color, no disease, good tie down technique made for 6 tops with one main one. I will use a single 5 gal bucket for my hydro next grow to see if I get better root growth than with the 6 plant reservoir I used for this operation. The grow chamber allowed me to control the humidity, air temp, pH and PPM with relative ease. I am very happy with my first grow operation with the ABLE Grow Chamber and hope my diary was informative and entertaining for everyone. Main thing i did wrong was my fuck up with keeping the LED too close when she was a seedling. I had it at 10". (it was my 1st time w LEDs.) Secondly, I never got good root growth but not sure why. my theory is that light was seeping through the white plastic cover on the Rainforest 66 reservoir. The best thing I did was controlling all the factors needed to grow with my A.B.L.E Grow Chamber Prototype. It made great use of limited space and saved electricity with its low power usage. Look forward to using it one more time before we make the first salable model. 0

Another week passed and all plants looking much more tough, healthy and new leaves are not curling at all. So recovery after wind burn went well. Also, yellowing stopped on new leaves, so I fixed mag deficiency I guess. Plants started to produce nice tropical smell, and I know its a good sign. Also lots of trichomes started on all jacks and critical jack. Only the talles plant, Somango, is still not fast as others but I guess its just becouse of the pheno. Cheers guys!

Hey growers! Another week finished today. I used cannaflush this week and will use just ph correct clean water next week before harvest. Hulkberry is a sticky beast! Tonnes of crystals on them! Amazing smell. Orange sherbert shows its indica dominance and smells like orange tic-tac 😁. Cant wait to cut them down. Lights will turn off in 6 days and plants will stay in dark last 48h before cutting them down. Cheers!
