Found some issues with reducing the CalMag. A couple phenos stated to fade and show red spotting on lower leaves. I went back up to 2ml of calmag and will see if that helps. The smells coming out of the tent are very pleasant. Very citrus in nature with pine undertones. At the beginning of this week I have noticed hairs are starting to turn brown. The plan is to harvest at Day 70. I will flush with ph water around day 60. I am hoping for some plumping up coming in the next couple weeks as most phenos stayed lighter than expected.

Today 7/30/19, day 57 and the start of week 9. I'm still continuing to alternate between days with my pesticide treatment (especially after finding that bug living on one of hulkberries fan leaf) and thrive alive green daily foliage spray as a prophylactic solution against any possible pests or mold going into these last few dog days of veg. I will flush them with distilled ph'd water for two days this weekend in preparation for flower. Then I'll start them on some "flower fuel" bloom booster on top of my secret for success flower recipe at 1/4 of the recommended strength. Outside of that still no adverse issue to report for the end of the 8th week. After my last trim, they both have responded very nicely, I was kind of worried about fat banana stalled growth. But one thing I noticed when I topped her at the 6th node, yes the main stem stopped growing but it developed many bud sites up and down every stem. Whereas hulkberry was topped at the 8th node, she has mainly focused on developing long stems and only 2 or 3 bud sites along her stems. Even though hulkberry in structure, is much bigger than fat banana and has a way bigger root system. Fat banana is bushier and has developed way more bud sites than hulkberry. I can't tell which strain will yield the most at this point only time will tell! Also, a big shout out to "J"@RQS, thank you for the excellent customer service. Another reason why Royal Queen Seeds is top 3 in breeding!!

Que pasa familia, vamos con la quinta semana de floración de estas Green Gelato feminizadas de RoyalQueenSeeds. Vamos al lío ,se trasplantaron en macetas de 7 litros definitivamente. El ph se controla en 6.0 , la temperatura la tenemos entre 24/20 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. El ciclo de floración puse 12h de luz, el foco está al 80% de potencia. De momento van creciendo a buen ritmo y tienen un buen color. La flor también va formándose y engordando, también empieza a producir tricomas, estaban muy bien enraizadas al realizarle el trasplante se notaba la abundancia radicular. Apologies for not updating last week. She is the last girl left in the tent so I decided to get some canes and spread her out to the extents of the tent. She is progressing, the hairs are turning but have not gone very dark yet. Still some 'new' white hairs around. I have not even looked at the trichomes yet, the flowers look quite airy at this stage. As there are no other diaries of this strain I'm flying by the seat of my pants here 😂 I'm thinking at least another 3 weeks left..

Here we are, the 3 plants started flowering a little bit more than two weeks after the 12h/12h switch 😎 The Jack Herer is yellowing a bit but I started to use some Bio-Bloom, I hope it will help. I reduced the dehumidifier setpoint to 45%. With this setting, the humidity near the plants stays between 40 and 50%. Sometimes, I slightly open the room window to help to decrease the humidity. I have some arthropods called "Protaphorura" in my soil since the beginning of the grow. I didn't manage to take some pictures of them before now. First, because of the pot size, and then too many leaves. They also measure about 1mm long so it was not easy to get a correct shot. I always get some in my soil but from what I found on the internet and experienced, they are harmless. All good here, ain't no complaints yet...not that preoccupied by the LST method anymore. Also I'm gonna bloom when the plant is about 12 inches so prolly at the 8th week of veg.

I know people say wait til end of week 3 to defoliate but I was too impatient. Did it a few days early. Never cut basically every fan leaf before lol. But she seemed to take it okay. Grew another inch or two after that. EC is at about 1000 now still 5x a day. Just feeding a smaller amount. With all the leaves off the ladies are not drinking as much. Temps at 80F with humidity around 65.

2da semana de flora y cambio positivo para las quebradas 😅 Blue Moby ni se enteró del supercroping accidental lo que si quedo con baja estatura que las demás. moby dick se recupero de la arrancada de la.punta principal 💪 viene un poco atrasada en flora en comparación a ww y bm pero viene remontando. Whithe widow viene súper bien y florando con cambios día a día 😍 está semana defolie las 3 por última vez y agregue una segunda malla de scrog para evitar el error anterior de quebrarla queriendola entrenar! Hung up my new California Lightworks UVB supplement light. I think I originally hung it a bit too close (18 inches from canopy) based on the subtle color change in the leaves, so I raised it up to 24" above the canopy. I was most certainly skeptical, since this is my first time using UVB, but even over the course of its first week under the bulbs I've notice a VERY visible increase in trichomes. Every one of this plant's buds is COVERED in trichomes! It looks like someone sprinkled sugar all over the damn place!

i like the structure of this plant, its a beautiful and stable genetics, really great to try, she's already getting more tricomes and starting to smell more, lets see how it goes the next weeks but i think that at the moment its looking good 😊
