First auto grow and she’s smelling super good, like candy. Got a lot of tricombs but I’m not expecting much from this plant in regards to yield but still I bet the smokes gonna be really good :)

The week starts Monday, Jan-13 in flowering stage. The plant is growing fast, stretching long and I'm constantly tying down branches to maintain an even canopy. There's also a stronger scent of lemon already in the tent. Carried out substantial defoliation of almost all the big fan leaves and a few little stems that were not likely to make it above the canopy. Avoided defoliating the major cola branches. This encourages the plant not to waste resources on a node which is only going to produce “popcorn” buds. The plants reacted well to the defoliation and were looking good by the end of the light cycle for the day. The net is completely full and this will be the last week of applying any LST as part of the ScrOG setup. Light is maintained at 30cm distance from canopy, with daily fertigation at lights on - watering almost 3L per day. The net is filling up nicely with the ScrOG process being enjoyable - just tucking branches nicely under squares once stretched enough. Lost a branch end with 3 nodes accidentally whilst tucking away so now I'm super careful. The Sativa dominant strain is stretching nicely and bends easily. Minor defoliation of lower branches and fan leaves continues daily. Light is maintained at 30cm distance from canopy. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The week starts Monday, Dec-30 in vegetative stage - switching the light regime to flowering. Initiated flowering with an extended dark period prior to switching light regime - this practice is supposed to promote a faster initiation of flowering by the plant. Maintain lights off from Dec-31, 10:00 until Jan 1 - 18:45 allowing a 32hr darkness period prior to switching the light regime. Light regime is set for 12.5/11.5 on/off allowing me a better maintenance window for my living situation. Both plants are growing fast and strong, showing their genetic traits. Some shoots are going through the net already. Have started to tuck branches as they grow to fill up any gaps. Did minor defoliation on both plants near their stem base and centres. Some green algae on roots/coco medium on the surface of the pot. Have defoliated some more which hopefully helps with air circulation at the area. Will monitor over the week - may need to decrease watering frequency, although they seem to be keeping up drinking. Lowered the High Humidity setting of the extraction fan to 60% - which effectively keeps it running at least 75% of the time, and removed the humidifier. Will monitor and adjust as necessary lowering the setting to 50% in a few weeks whilst flowering. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The week starts Monday, Dec-23 in vegetative stage. Installed the ScrOG net - Set at 20cm from the base of the plants, being 55cm from ground. The plant is showing great growth, lots of branching and new growth sprouts. A few branches are beginning to come through the net and almost all main branches are now tied down horizontally after the two recent toppings. Applied more LST and will wait for the branches to reach the net and start tucking. The AC Infinity fan is currently only running intermittently with its current settings. This seems to impact the utilisation and effectiveness of the carbon filter in use. The desired outcome is for the fan to be running for longer periods whilst in Auto config. Lowered the High Level Humidity from 70% to 60%, and more importantly, lowered the Max Speed from 4 to 2 with the intent that a lower fan speed will result in longer periods where the extraction fan is operated to remain below threshold targets for the grow space. Plant growth continues to be strong at the end of the week. Big fan leaves near the top are beginning to look a little serrated and dark, similar to the start of this grow. This may be due to the extra CalMag being added which was the issue at the start of the grow. Will keep monitoring and half the CalMag dosage on next feed. Importantly, I have learnt nutrient mixing of the CalMag should be done prior to the Canna Coco A & B. To date I have done the opposite which may explain my earlier issues. Fertigating daily at the start of the light cycle. One more week of vegetative growth before switching to flowering although I may need to switch earlier due to the vigorous growth and considering the stretch yet to come. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ................................. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- My grow setup includes; - Secret Jardin DS120W tent (120cm x 60cm x 180cm) placed inside the bedroom. Passive intake of air is from a closed off section of the room where the central heating boiler sits - the intake is warm air (20 degC.) and fairly dry (40% RH) during the winter months. - Mars Hydro SP250 LED light - extraction fan - AC Infinity Cloudline T6 - ventilation fans - aquarium heater - small oil heater - small dehumidifier - 20L Airpots and 3.5L general pots for seedling stage - Canna Coco substrate and nutrients - pH and EC/TDS meters - Thermo/Hygro meter

Plants are looking good, they start smelling a little bit. I water with 2 liters every 3-4 days Some pistils are becoming purple maybe because of the cold temperature Happy growing and Happy New Year!

Wednesday, May 10 at 1:07 PM D 70 -today’s the last day of week nine. These past few weeks I feel like I’ve been trying to control the damage I did. It’s not like the plants are horrible. They actually all smell great even the blood Orange that had no smell is starting to smell again. It is definitely a different phenotype than the other Blood Orange. The other blood orange I have smells like an orange, and the other one smells like spiciness. With this being D 70 harvest is quickly approaching.

Great climate, ideal. After careful consideration, valued the considerable size of the plants, the flowering stage and the yellowing of the bottom canopy , I decided to feed one last time with veg nutes at half dose. This will be followed by 2 waterings of water only and then a boost of flowering nutrients. Here we are. It happened overnight, nothing the night before, the next morning there are pistils everywhere. Looking at the structure of the branches , I think they will be monstrous buds. Stay tuned for a monster crop. This beast is insanely hungry of nutes. For now absolutely pests-resistant. Thanks for following, I ❤️ you

Moin, Die Zkittlez hat ihre 7. Blütewoche gut überstanden und befindet sich weiterhin in der Abreife der Blüten. Es gab bis auf die Hitze keine großen Ereignisse. Die Blüten sind wirklich schön mit Trichomen besetzt und der Geruch wird mittlerweile immer mehr ins süße, da hat sich seit letzter Woche nochmal gut was getan. The Zkittlez has come through its 7th week of flowering well and is still in the flowering maturation phase. Aside from the heat, there haven’t been any major developments. The flowers are beautifully covered in trichomes, and the scent is becoming increasingly sweet, and there’s been another noticeable improvement since last week.

Note: Moisture and Temp readings are done in the mornings. Lights are on an automated 17/9 schedule unless stated otherwise. Drip water system waters 1 Liter every 9 hours. Quick Notes: I notice as I go into full-blown flower, the plants are starting to need less frequent waterings, especially North. The watering system overflows her pot often, and the AKs soils feel relatively damp before the auto-watering starts. All plants are stopping their growth also. North is the furthest into flowering and is starting to smell and get sticky, the microscope is showing trichome development also. 📏: AK1: 36 in (91.44 cm), AK2: 44 in (111.76 cm), North: 24 in (60.96 cm) Day 64 (Jul 29) - Manually watering today. Hello This is the end of week 3 and the beginning of week 4 of flowering. The plants are doing good and things are moving along as planned. The resin is starting to kick in now. You can see it in the pictures. Been working on my wood pile, Splitting wood and filling up the wood shed for this coming winter. Got about 1 1/2 cords to go before it's full. Wood heat is great. Each day the pump comes on and gives 3 minutes of nutrient solution to the plants. I showed in the video how I blast oxygen into the water before the pump turns on. The plants love the extra oxygen and it creates an aerobic environment for the friendly microbes to thrive in too. The buds will start to swell from here on in. Getting bigger and heaver. I've got the bamboo rack to hold them up. OK. Keep Growing Straight. Chuck.

First week of flush on the way with no where near as much swelling as I hoped, after last weeks question I decided to raise my light another 4 inches to reduce the burning seems to have helped but I'm not quite sure (it was already pretty bad), the EC of my run off varies between 1.4 and 1.8 by the end of the week, next week I am planning to use straight PH'd water however some one has got me questioning my self. But everything is a learning curve and I have learned alot from these ladies and from everyone who has helped and had an input your experiences have helped Next week... HARVEST!! Happy Growing! 👊👍

Hallo everyone 🦊 so i got question? Would you defo this plant? Im not sure about it cause i read that cutting leaf of stress they to much and dont have the time to recover? I just put the seed in the soil and let her do the rest. Maybe helping a little bit her to finish the flower as perfect as possible would not be so bad 🥦🦊 Thanks for all advice. Trichs seem to be further along then last grows, I can only assume the extra light and/or higher heat has cause them to finish a bit faster. Right now we are sitting on a majority of 70% cloudy, literally only a couple ambers through out. Wanting to harvest a little earlier this grow, hopefully day 59 or 60. Sooooo, 10-11 more days till chop. Day 51 Starting a flush, drained and filled with tap water, 2mL/L of flushing agent to help dissolve/bind salts. 3 hour cycle runtime with flushing agent. Drain/fill with high quality ROH2O, pH’d, H202 for disinfection.
