FBA2504-week 1 of Veg This week has been wild. Once the roots made a foundation the upper growth has been explosive the last few days. Really cool to watch and see the daily growth. I introduce calmag and grow nutrients this week starting at a 1/4 strength. All in all they've responded well showing no burn what so ever. One of them does have some weird leaf structure going on but looks like its fixing itself. Happy Growing

Montebello Mind Bombx2 (MMB): by Doc Wylder Genetics. 3rd week from seed and MMB #1 is taking off. Very good growth this week. Transplanted to 1 Gal pot for additional nutrients in soil. Also, a stronger soil Sohum Living soil with Wollastonite & Mycorrhizae additive. MMB#2 however is still struggling to grow. Not sure what's going on with it. Gave it a bit of TEA Compost for a kick of nutrients yesterday and Bumped Lighting to 750ppfd, to spur some growth. Could be shocked still from 12/12 lighting a week ago. Roots have yet to make it to bottom of the Cup. Environment: 78-85F, 50-55% RH, 600-650ppm CO2, 750-850ppfd, and watered from bottom 6.0ph Mineral Water along with a Spritzx2 each day. Use Cup weight and reactions of the plant to determine watering and allow for dry period once a week. 👌

Day 65 . Girls love theirs shitty life ;))) Looks everything fine, they started to smell really berry , time to put air filter on. The only toped and most delayed girl is showing super results, you can check her size on week 4. Its crazy what upside down plant delivered. Good i left her and always hoped that she will be special .. Day 66. And its friday 13 ;))) I see that late FastDiesel is way behind, so i made it even worse ;)) i stripped her hard, just to know how this strain reacts. All other girls are way upfront and for some it would be second round of defoliation in flower, but they never tried it and its just to late to experiment with all of them. After two hours she still hates it. Fast Diesel really loves CalMag, on day 67 all girls will get CalMag + Molasses mix, for some girls it will be last CalMag i think. They will have a heavy feed aswell. Planing on day 69-70. Thats all action and plans for this week. All girls got striped a bit on day 66 and changed left with right . Thinking new possition will light up other buds, maybe flower will develop more evenly... Looks like thats it, hope no budrot, thats my only fear .... And i forgot to make earliest Tangie photo, but she was always in front at the entrance and she is nothing special, looks like too leafy bud phenotype, the only plus, i hope she will be choped this year. Day 67. Morning, girls still not thursty, they drink pure ph water slowest from all mixes. Defoliated girl prays like nothing happend, she should make long colas ;) just in february i quess ;))) Way too long run with autos, i was hoping to flush by now ... Wont make it with two waterings this week. Its a first week for them without nute boost. Will reduce a bit amount, was feeding almost 2 liters per pot, thinking to go back to 1.5-1.7 area and stop giving silica and cal mag mix. So feed will be in 3 steps from now 1. Heavy feed 2. Ph Water 3. Molasses and calmag mix Day 67. Late Eve. They are finally light, maybe i will make feeding on tuesday, right at the end of week, today calmag and molasses mix. Raised 3 pots, girls should love more light, now have more even canopy. Everytime i say thats it , but after pot raise i dont see what can i do more with them... Toped tangie looks having some bleaching on top cola, raised lights half inch ;)) Day 70. Heavy feed day. They look happy and fatten a bit. ITA: Ciao a tutti, le piante continuano a stare bene ma l'umidità era troppo alta quindi ho deciso di comprare un nuovo estrattore d'aria da 125mm (prima era da 100mm ma non era sufficiente). Vedrò nei prossimi giorni se si vedranno risultati EDIT: l'umidità purtroppo non è scesa in quanto non c'è ricircolo d'aria nella stanza in cui c'è la box. Probabilmente userò un deumidificatore. Le piante hanno messo molte foglie e si coprono un po' motivo per cui tra qualche giorno eseguirò un'altra defogliazione. Stanno iniziando a fare odore, molto leggero ma si inizia a percepire ENG: Hi everyone, the plants are still doing well but the humidity was too high so I decided to buy a new 125mm air extractor (it used to be 100mm but it wasn't enough). I'll see in the next few days if we see any results EDIT: unfortunately the humidity has not dropped as there is no air recirculation in the room where the box is. I'll probably use a dehumidifier. The plants have put on a lot of leaves and are covering up a bit which is why in a few days I will be doing another defoliation. They are starting to smell, very light but you are starting to perceive

After another weekend spent away from home, on day 26 both Opiums present at 30 cm height, having grown big and bushy. Their thirst increased, I will water them when their next day starts. And do some more LST. Not too long until I can install the scrogging net. I am really impressed by their progress. They developed a lot of branching side branches and look really healthy and bushy. In contrast to what I wrote before, I think I can stay a few days longer with the current 80% 18/6 lighting scheme. Leaf positions do not show signs of light hunger, so no reason to change. Watered them with 1.5 l each on their 27th morning, this time adding some flower fertilisers too. Compensated their relief with some more LST. I can see in timelapse video they are tmelselves compensating this stress easily; it’s amazing to see how fast they turn their heads. You’ll see soon too. For reference: Pot diameter is approx. 25 cm. So lady #1 spreads about this much, lady #2 is even about 10 cm more. Guess they’ll make a very dense scrog surface, but first let’s have them have their stretch. Day 28 evening revealed ladies are getting thirstier. The holey pots might be helpful in root development, but they are not when it comes to keeping the tent clean. Because of their structure, water runs out in respectable quantities each time they are fed, which takes a long time to evaporate and adds to air humidity of course. Which on the other hand is currently quite ok. Outside air temperatures are around 30 °C the last days, so a bit more humidity helps to keep the VPD in range. Which is quite ok as I still cannot complain about their growth – around 2–3 cm each day currently. Grow video for day 28 (sorry about the interferences! Due to the control hard- & software being offline I cannot silence the blower(s) when a photo is taken anymore) shows steady growth and very vivid movements again. Dropping of their leaves around their evening is possibly due to me watering them again as soil was surprisingly dry already. On their day 29 evening, it’s clear to see how much they are stretching: They really gained 5 cm since yesterday! Lights are close to 30 cm, so I think I’ll reposition things a bit when their next week starts. Attached video shows the day’s progress. They say you cannot scrog an Automatic but seeing the development speed and bushiness I decided to give it a try nonetheless. I guess the buds can profit from being a bit more apart from each other if I handle to fiddle them through the holes in time. I rearranged the lights to be at about 45 cm apart from the tops and set the lights to 100% at a 16/8 lighting scheme, waking them up one hour later than before and sending them to sleep one hour earlier. Last day of this week, day 30, shows that growth speed has even increased. Lady 1 crosses the scrog net already which is positioned at 46 cm above soil. Gave them slightly enhanced water again, 2 l each.
