Day 59, 17th of November 2021: Well, not much to mention but the most important: Pistils are coming so the flowers are on the way!!!!! Set up is the same nothing has changed: ViparSpectra XS2000 is on full power which is 240W so 100% capacity. Ventilation: 12 hours period when the lamp is on it switches 1 hour on and after one hour off mostly to keep the temperature and of course because of fresh air flow. When the lamp is off it switches on in every 2 hours for 15 min at the same time with the extraction fan. The extraction fan is on 12 hours when the lamp is, and then it switches on in every 2 hours for 30 min. That's all a bit more water for them from today also. Humidity quite the same approx 50%, temperature as well approx 26-27 Celsius. Fertilization remains the same since last week, the BioBizz family raised up to be 2ml/L each so it is like 2ml/L of BioGrow, 2ml/L of BioBloom, 2ml/L of TopMax... see the ratio above. The schedule of the fertilization has not changed happnes 2x a week except epsom salt just 1x a week.

Ladies going smooth 1st week is behind and #1, #2, #4 are the best going. #5 stays behind and is the only one still in the 0.25cl cup the rest is 0.50cl now.

Hello Growers and Tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 Sorry for the delay on the weekly updates, had some things I had to attend but I'm back and at it! 21-day defoliation has come.. These pictures were taken on day 20 of flower As you can see in the pictures I did a little defoliation of the bigger fan leaves. She's pretty advanced compared to the other ladies. Buds sites are formed, strong aroma going. Her structure looks like a straight up garden bush. Took the LST great ended up with a nice open, spread canopy. With the defoliation done, buds will be getting much more light exposure and grow a bit more before gaining weight. Really happy with the results so far with this strain. 4/1/25 Welcome to another week and Thank you to @Zamnesia and @Plagron for the genetics and the chance to participate in the contest. These are beautifully tall plants. I have had to spray with lost coast plant therapy and some Safer brand insecticidal soap because of creepy crawlies such as mites of some sort. 4/7/25 i shoved everysingle plant into my main tent. it has a humidifier and controls and all the goodies. the plants that have been struggling were in a separate tent without a humidifier or even an exhaust fan. and i think that may have had something to do with the issues. im really hoping that it isnt something that can spread to other plants because ive shoved 5 - 5 gallon pots in 2.7x2.7 grow tent. but hoping the environment is more friendly for them during the last half of The pistils have changed colors because of the spray but everything else is looking nicely. Super tall and super thin leaved plants but the buds are very tight and i imagine will be fairly dense. some of the plants have decent cola stacking of maybe 6+ nodes Today i top dress with 3tsp of Bloom, 1Tsp of Microbe Charge and 1Tsp of Bloom Booster. 4/6/25 R3 is producing some giant buds. The lower buds are twice as big as some of runtz plants. They all smell super fruity

There are good genetics and there are genetic masterpieces. The Great Jefa is part of the second case. Truly exceptional. It is a plant that has vegetated in a graceful and regular manner, the 16 bud topping seems tailor-made for it, all 16 have been successful, I would say excellent. All this happened in a short time, I don't know if it's the topping but it was practically ready in 6-7 weeks I took it to 8 because it was still very colored with leaves but it was ready for all the rest of the signs. Milky trichomes and lots of amber ones this time I don't think anyone can accuse me of being early. Also because the advance sometimes saves lives from mold. In this regard, I would like to give the advice NOT TO DO TOO MUCH FLUSH, if the plant is already very mature, washing the roots would risk spoiling the tops. So my advice is to flush at the very first red hairs, when the flower starts to take the color away with the flush, you clean it up and finish composing the flower. The flowers are really full of resin, a wonderful foliage gave us shades of colors from dark purple to light green and the tips of all the buds and violet. The trichomes and hashish pulled off the gloves are scary. so much. lots and lots of resin. The family is sweet-sour, I know Money Maker very much like us and is embellished with Attitude's Californian genetic Runtz. Greenhouse feeding gave us satisfaction from start to finish with a clever use of Enancher. The plant is still colored because I added some bloom. A few words must be said for Greenhouse Seeds who, with this declaration work in partnership with the strains, is doing a pretty good job of clarity. Many strains are children of an unknown mother and this exposes them to a thousand defects. Strain motherfuckers aren't tough they're problematic. Congratulations to Greenhouse always masterpieces. My favorite from the new line of GHSC masters but the others are arriving... It is day 30 and we are finally seeing some growth starting after a few days of being locked out due to what I believe is from nutrient burn. Won’t go as heavy next top dress. I have ordered a soil ph pen which will be arriving tomorrow so that I can’t test my soil ph and the run off. Until then I have ph'd the water to 6.0 to hopefully stimulate more growth before flower. These plants are very short but stacked! I can’t wait to see how big they are at pre flower. After it’s 3rd week stretch. Reach for the skies bitches! Watering less aswell. I believe iam overwatering because I go days without seeing these girls. Exhale c02 bag doing well. Resembles mould at the moment. I want to take a moment to thank everyone who’s visited my diary. Shes really coming along pretty quickly actually. This morning I opened the tent & was surprised to see some withering pistols on this one! 6/30 I messed up and put 8 days last week so I'll have tp do a six day week to get back on schedule. Pounded rain last night I guess. Very intense but very brief. As you can see in the video the plants are found great. A few have revegged so I'll need to defoliate the middle. I could make a TON of clones but it's pretty late for that. I might clone a couple outstanding plants to keep the genetics. Still seeing some pillar damage. Might do bt tonight. I'll keep this updated. 7/1 Super hot yesterday. Reached 90°. We are getting SOME rain today and thunder showers day after tomorrow. Bags still had some heft and everything looked good. I went back aroundcand found about half were at the point of needing water. He'll, they probably all did. My watering can is 2 gallons not 1.5 as advertised. So that means I used 5 gallons on the garden (not watering the 50) focusing the more water on the lightest bags. That tenth planet I'm seeing more septoria like leaves. This makes enough for me to be fairly positive ill need to treat it. I have plant doctor but I think copper works better. I also see more pillar damage so I've gotta apply something. I also need to lst more and I keep to clean put the interior of the plants so they don't get pm. EDIT: IT WAS 80° and no rain at 6:30. Humidity close to 100% bit plants look AMAZING! I'm hoping this may be my best year yet! I won't grow a bigger plant than tjat blue cheese in the 50 but so far everything is looking good. I may add some nutes to the pink kush in the 50 due to tje slightly less green color. I assume it's just because the other soil is all New amd this was a mix. I defoliated lightly to prevent pm but I have more to do. I just wanted to get a video of the girls looking good. 7/2 82° at 9am. Glad I decided to water even thoughvi watered yesterday. I need to up my volume. Thirty degree temp swings don't help much either. I said I used 4 gals but I used 5. I had one phed already. I'm hoping this will be one of my best years. IT looks like it! I won't have that MONSTER blue cheese in the 50. It was the smallest plant anyway and shows the difference between using NEW soil and mixing old soil WITH new soil. It's a much lighter green. Still need to apply bt and do a little more defoliation.

Sour Jealousy Auto FastBuds 2025 Outside Grow Week 8 May 18-24 FLOWER 2 Sour Jealousy is 20” and in flower. We had a hailstorm Thursday. No significant damage except some of her leaves have tears. Our weather is erratic with no consistency from day to day. I found an interesting weather almanac for our area (see pic). May’s month to date was 93 high and low of 48. See the historical highs and lows that shows within a degree or 2 of this current week. The historical highs and lows were 100 yrs apart. This week we had both in the same week. Cropped Thursday evening, 3/4 days before necessary for complete maturation. Better to lose 2 ounces of weed now than having the plant destroyed by the storm later on. Yeld is below the expectations. Wet weight after 1 day fro crop (buds cleared of leaves) 2.91 lbs (1320 grams). This is caused partially by my pheno (pheno #1 sativa-like, low yield and high THC) and by some mistakes I've done: 1- position in the garden (too close to the sisters) 2- I haven't considered the change in the sun's trajectory and inclination from August onwards. 3- too much LTS (but I was obliged to keep plants short and bushy) 4- underwater (this is my fault, I always tend to keep plants on the verge of thirst. I dug up the roots and the plant actually needed a lot more water). Now she's gone I'm more relaxed and concerned on Special Kush #1, the next week crop and Pineapple Kush the October harvest. Without Royal Gorilla the smell around the home is reduced by 70%. Dry trimming. All buds have been washed before drying and will be dryed very very slowly in a strictly controlled environment. Harvested the more mature plant, it had lost it's top to the wind, harvested a few days ago and has had a couple spots with a little rot removed. Seems stable enough and mature. Going to let the remaining one run out a bit as it seems a bit slower.

10 September Harvest - see pictures. While some growers leave the plant whole when they cut, I do not. It is a personal preference and situational convenience if your a home grower. I chose to cut large, long branches, and remove any whole water leaves, as long as it doesn’t interfere with the bud formation. I don’t trim yet. This is done for a few of reasons: 1) It’s my last good close-up look at her until another 5 days or more, 2) I don’t want wet leaves drying on my buds if I can help it, and 3) I occasionally like being able to shine a small LED flashlight on the flowers while its drying. Mold is our greatest problem as growers, it can destroy a beautiful grow right up until the end process. Then I hang it in a dark closet, provide circulation and ventilation. Light and heat, anything above 80 degrees F, will start a break down in cannabinoids during the dry, it is ideal to stay away from both. I’m fortunate that a humidity level of 50- 55% and temperature of 65-70 degrees F is fairly consistent and easy to maintain. Anything below 60 degree F will prevent the adequate drying out of chlorophyll. Almost all my flower routinely take 5-7 days, some a little longer, to properly dry out. 15 September Trim - see pictures. First you’ll notice the buds have shrunk up to half their original size. This is just a fact that we growers have to deal with. Due to evaporation without uptake of water, it takes about 3 days for the chlorophyll to dry up, then slowly go through a chemical change. Along with the leaves, cannabinoids also begin a chemical change after 3 days called decarboxylation. A slow process where the THC level increases while curing. You want the leaf to be dry so they can be hand trimmed easily, but you do not want that bud so dry that it starts to fall apart in your hand. Try to handle carefully by the main stem to avoid touching the bud all together. A lot of these cut leaves will be covered with trichomes, good for making oils, or other products, it’s an option worth looking into keeping it. After trimming, I do separate a few premium flowers for my first smoq. Then loosely fill wide mouth quart mason jars with about 1 oz/28 gr of product per jar. I seal the lids for a few hours to determine what relative humidity they are at, see hygrometer pic, before making a decision to put in a 62% humidity control pack of my choice or to wait, then place in secure in a cool dark place with stable humidity and temperature. It is very important to then observe/burp or exchange the air as needed, up to several times a day, until 62% rh is achieved. Once your close to to your mark, put in your desired RH level control terpene shield. If you have a problem getting there: 1) it has dried out too much, no real solution, try to put several large cut stems left over from harvest into the jars with the buds to try and increase humidty, 2) it has not dried out enough, in this case no problem, just remove and dry out a little more. This is also a personal choice, some people like it drier in the 50% plus range. Whatever you do, research and preserve. At that time burping is no longer required. Cannabis will reach its peak potency potential at about 40 or so days into the cure. The finished product should be a perfect grind when cured correctly without clogging up your grinder, this could take a month. Now that I’ve said that, I’m sure someone has grown something that they have not been able to grind. It can remain in this state for an easy 6 months with little change, locking in all the terpenes and potencies. All you need to do is occasionally check the product to ensure there are no molds. If your grow/harvest/cure techniques are good this should not be an issue. It would not be uncommon to find many cannabis strains will last, with small degradable change, for up to one year after being stored this way. Using an airtight glass container, controlled relative humidity, maintained low temperature, and kept in darkness will equal maximum shelf life. Always avoid direct sunlight and temperatures above 80 degrees F. The reasons I’ve ultimately chosen Deep Water Culture as a grow medium. Each has their own pros and cons indeed. I found the most efficient, less maintenance and ideal solution for my situation was DWC. Burdens to overcome depend on size up set-up; initial equipment cost, size of containers, ph monitors, air pumps, type of water to use-reverse osmosis, RO cost/set-up/maintenance, ways to transfer/change water and nutrients, what nutrients to use and schedules, takes several grows to learn and understand, a 1 year learning curv, easy to nutrient burn. The Benefits of growing in water; no dirt, no bugs, no diseases, rare nutrient deficiencies/toxicities, steady and rapid growth that enables the plant to reach its genetic potential. After harvest, there is about a 1 hour equipment cleanup, sterilization and turn around process before replanting. Cannabis will perform in so many different ways and mediums, no one way is the best and the best way is the one you are using, right. Chose what works for you in the long run. There will always be an initial cost in set-up. My advice if one were in need to cut corners, I would not recommend cheap lights. This single factor is the most critical, afford for the best. The notion that organic and water has a different taste, flavor and potency effect is absolutely debatable. The more we learn the better we grow and experience is always the best teacher. This is what works for me and my methods of growing in general from beginning to end. A BIG “Thank You” to everyone who stopped by to take a look. I enjoy Auto strains simply by what can be achieved in a short time. No matter the strain they will unveil one thing in common, the demand for attention.
