FLOWERING First week of flowering. The first flowering phenomena are visible in the tops of the plants.😜 -------------------------------- GROWTH The plants are still growing rapidly. To keep the size of the plants somewhat at the same height, I use the following techniques: 😷 1. Removal of the side branches (Defoliation) -Small plants: I remove almost all side branches. In this way the small plants do not have to spend energy in the growth of side branches. -Large Plants: I don't remove anything. The plants will put energy into the growth of side branches, so the plants will not grow too fast in height. -Other plants: I remove the side branches in proportion to the size of the plants. In the course of the following days, I gradually remove all low side branches! 2. Tying the branches (Low Stress Training) -The smallest plants grow straight upwards. -The largest plants are tempered in their growth, after I have tied them to the plant sticks with the help of plastic plant binders. On DAY 5 the plants vary in length between 23 and 41 cm -------------------------------- AIR HUMIDITY 😨 When the lights are on, it gets nice and warm in the growing room. To keep the humidity at the desired level, I have two 7.5 liter humidifiers working almost continuously. In less than 24 hours I have to refill them. As long as the plants do not have real buds, I like high humidity so the plants to keep a low VPD. -------------------------------- WATER and NUTRITION 😱 Due to the high humidity, I don't have to give that much water. Every 2-3 days I give 1.25 liters of water per pot. I add 3 tablets of Easy Grow Booster to 10 liters of water. I divide this mixture between the 8 pots. This week I gave 2 x water. !!! The WATERING VOLUME PER PLANT PER 24H above, is in fact PER POT (4 POTS) !!!

These babies were planted on 4/2, popped soil on 4/5, first feeding 4/6, fed again 4/7, looking great, loving their environment so far. Wk1, Day1, 4/6/22 Wk1, Day4, 4/9/22, second node forming on all 3 babies Wk1, Day6, 4/11/22, 3" tall End of Wk1, 4/12/22, 2nd set of true leaves forming nicely on all 3, no issues

Day 45 --> Restart some light LST for the final weeks of Flowering. 🍇 Really intense aromas from stomper n GWK (like sour,sweet grape tannins). ⚠️ In this project we experimented with a super soil like mixture. Biobizz all mix was 65% of the mixture which 1/3 of it was placed on the bottom of the pot and the rest 2/3 was mixed with 35% Canna terra. About 10% perlite was added on the mix and it was sprayed with EM microorganisms (Soil activator). 🏁 The target is a tasty organic flower fed only with tap water and a slow release organic fertilizer(6-3-18) which being applied on the end of the 3rd week and, becomes available to the plants 7 days after. In our case which we transplanted on day 9, we used it on day 30(9+21) from seed. ℹ️ Facts Until the 3rd week plants were growing under LST with no problem (Day 17-19) was when preflower started). In the 4th week development slowed down and initially we though that was due to some drop of temp like midway veg in ➡️ (RQS fem induction). After days were passing and the development of the plants was not satisfying (even though the plants didn't show any symptoms of deficiency or environmental stress) we noticed shiny leaves and dark green colour starting from Stomper#1 which was the smallest plant and was the only one that had some visible burned tips on the leaves. GWK#2 was the only one that did not appear dark green colour or shiny leaves (like SS#1,#2 and GWK#1) but had drooping leaves without having overwatered her or noticing any issues.(Conditions on week 5 and 6 were a bit unstable as the weather got weird and we had high humidity and low temps). Reaching 7th week plant development continues to be average, stems of the most plants became dark red without having low temps inside the tent even though plants look a bit better after they were let to dry a bit more. 🔬 Symptoms 1)Dark shiny leaves 2)Slow growth 3)burn tips 4)Drooping leaves 5) Dark Red stems Matching the pieces of the puzzle we assume that we had NITROGEN TOXICITY and knowing that we do not use any liquid fertilizers it seems that our problem was that our super soil was too "hot" for our baby mephs. If our rooting system of our plants reached the final layer of soil( Biobizz all mix on the bottom of the pot) in the 4th week, it was when it had the highest availability of nitrogen. Availability that seem to be "too hot" for Sour stomper and Grape walker kush in early Flowering. Also in the last weeks we had cold weather so we had an electrical heater on increasing the temp of the room which led to higher temp and transpiration inside the tent.That being said it is likely that due to higher transpiration our plants let higher amount of N to enter the plant and that forced the plants to show us signs of it's toxicity. For a start we let the pots dry to reduce the nitrogen availability and then in Day 45 we water with 6,5 ph tap water + EM microorganisms (700ml each pot). ℹ️ Day 48 : Ideal humidity + temps and the plants have started to drink and eat a lot better the last days. After the second water (700ml) of the week yesterday (D47) with microorganisms only, we find the first signs of deficiency on Sour stomper #2 today. We were expecting this cause our dry fert has only (6-3-18) --> 3 phosphorus (slow release), so our leaves look like having phosphorus and calcium deficiency, we are thinking that the roots locked calcium too with the deficiency of P as these too are collaborating. - So we are going to feed all the plants with organic liquid fert. from Plagron - green sensation PK (9-10) starting with stomper#2. * Every plant in tent has its private watering schedule as the maturity and needs, have changed over the last week. - If the problem continues we'll consider a cal mag solution. * Will be appreciated any comments or same experiences!! Plants have recovered well from the cold snap, Small calcium def still but it isnt getting worse. The buds are large and fairly dense already. Smell is amazing like citrus and melon.

#1 is beginning to hermie I think, will watch to see if I can save but if it gets out of hand then chop city. Pulled off any pollen sacks I saw but they don't seem to be getting out of hand. I'm sure I'll miss a few but I'll take my chances. Temps good, ph drop was fixed and staying stable around 6.2. Flower development is good but I need to get a little more air flow. I trim about 12 (or less) leaves every 10 days. Overall goal is to achieve light penatration with 13in from the tops. Working in it over the week...

This week went pretty well, but I don't have much time for an update as I literally spent all day trimming up the wedding cheesecake, and now I am heading out of town to coach a baseball tournament. She is growing some nice thick colas, and I am still feeding her the same. So stehen jetzt alle in töpfe im Zelt aber ich habe das Problem das es super warm ist (29°C in der Wohnung) im Zelt. Da ich schon meine Abluft ziemlich hoch gedreht habe und ein lüfter schon auf höchster Stufe ist werde ich wohl noch ein zweiten Ventilator mit rein hängen und dann hoffen das ich nicht weiter andauernd bei 30 Grad ankomme🙈 vielleicht hat ja jemand Tipps wie ich die Temperatur runter bekommen kann und einen riesen Aufwand zu haben🙈😅

After 48 hours of darkness, the time had come and the Purple Lemonade were ready for harvest. Since she reacted very well to the training and grew with enough space between the buds, I decided to dry upside down. Dry weight and smoke report follow after curing. Stay tuned...

F44, Hice una última defoliación pequeña de hojas abanico, estoy regando más seguido, día por medio, con una EC más baja ya que quedan pocos días para la cosecha, los cogollos presentan mucha resina, lo más resinoso que he cultivado hasta ahora, un olor muy interesante, las cookies tienen olor frutal y con algo de bencina, las stash un olor más cítrico y a pino. Todos los tricomas están lechosos, solo hay una planta que en su cogollo principal tiene un par de tricomas ámbar.
