@FAST_BUDS, Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable environment in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days. In der zweiten Stretch-Woche haben die Amnesia Haze Mädels ordentlich an Höhe und an Canopy zugelegt. Alle drei wachsen jedoch relativ unterschiedlich. Die beiden ungetoppten bilden den größten Kontrast. Die eine ist die Größte mit 74cm, die andere die Kleinste mit gerade mal 45cm, also ganze 30cm Unterschied. In der Mitte liegt die Getoppte mit 58cm, die sich schön über mehrere gleichmäßige Main Buds verteilten. Darin ähneln sich die Mittlere und die Kleinste. Trotzdessen die Kleine nicht getoppt ist, wächst sie jedoch ähnlich. Die helle Farbe des Blattwerks deutet auf einen erhöhten Nährstoffverbrauch im Stretch hin. Deshalb ist die kleinere auch weniger davon betroffen, als die anderen beiden. Den BioBizz Nährstoffgehalt habe ich entsprechend angepasst und erhöht. Da der Dünger auf Biologischer Basis ist, wird es ein paar Tage dauern, bis das Futter verwertet ist und auch komplett ankommt. Die Farbe wird also dann bald schon wieder leuchtend grün sein. Jetzt haben sie noch eine Woche bis zur finalen Defolierung und bis zum Lollipopping... Bis dahin...

Its going very well so far

This baby actually snuck up on me being the first of 4 plants on my patio to be ready for harvest using trichomes as my guide. It took me roughly 4 hours to take the entire plant down and wash it and get her ready for drying. A bit longer than I expected since there's a fair bit of space between the nodes and it was fairly easy to pluck fan leaves. Been very hot and dry lately... although we are expecting our first precipitation since spring on Monday so it's not a bad time to get some harvesting out of the way. It will be a few days before this stuff is dry enough to process further, but I plan to give the dry trimmer another go. After further processing we can add in some weights. September 19 > I'm surprised that it's taken this long for this baby to dry to this point - but it's been a weird week with two bouts of precipitation that we don't normally see. Slow is better - but I have a load of herb stacked up behind this. Fortunately... what we call indian summer conditions are about to prevail drying things out further. I'm surprised how tasty my initial tastes of this strain came in... normally I wouldn't even consider tasting something this young, but after initial tests I'm sure I'm a gonna like this stuff. I had to de-bud the C&C completely to make room for Northern Lights which needs to come down tomorrow... probably followed another half week by Amnesia #2, and then there is Purple Berry Kush bringing up the rear guard. Gonna be a busy next couple weeks. Started trimming on September 23 and finished the next day. Final bud weight comes in at 269 grams for one plant (9.5 ounces). The bud size is not tremendous but the yield was substantial and will keep me and my friends rolling in CBD until next summer. I would have to say this stuff did not dry as fast as I'm used to for herb that I've washed after harvest. Initial dry seems to be around 50%. Lower than I like but I was trying to dry the herb out for use with the Dry Trimmer... but I'd have to say the trimmer still isn't performing up to expectations. I used the maximum number of rotations/spins and really tried to beat the herb up but she won the fight. I still spent somewhere between 5-6 hours trimming by hand after that fight. I couldn't really wait any longer for the C&C to dry further because I have other trees coming in behind her and I need the space. The amount of shake/trim generated using the Trim Bag was about 65 grams - the amount from my hand trimming was 3x that easy. Off to wrestle with Northern Lights... Amnesia 7 comes down at dawn. Busy time of year... but what would you rather be doing...? ✊ 😬

The strong

This girl is really something. It smells fruity or floral(imo, sweet guava) mildly, however, suddenly, shows her nature, diesel, chemical and strong explosive smell once crushed. She grew great, was not picky, strong, resilient, and developed resin good enough. The taste also is pretty great. My friends describe like its euphoric. For me, i feel that cold-ish and buzzing sense in the head which is pretty lovely. Her sister is abt to finish too! Hope she comes out fine like this girl or maybe even better!!!

She only grew 2cm this week so that means she is is full flower mode. Look how much the trichomes have increased this week! I've never grown a CBD strain before, is this what they do? 😃 Minimal input from me this week. Just watering.

Nov 13 - Day 94 - More bulking up, girls are holding water longer. Watered Older plant at 7.45PM. Started defoliating withered leaves with trichomes, I'm keeping those for now, and will combine with bubble hash trim. Nov 14 - Day 95 - Both pots aren't super light so I'll wait until tomorrow and water both at the same time. Starting to think about drying and harvest, I suspect there to be a fortnight between each harvest - but unsure if I can afford the tent space with next run growing. I think I'll water either as lights turn off (if humidity wont rise) or first thing on Nov 15. Nov 14 - Trichomes are milky with the speckle of clear and amber. Lets hope the lagging cola fattens up in the week to come. Nov 14 - WATERED Younger plant at 10.30PM. Nov 15 - Watered Older plant at 3PM Nov 16 - Watered Younger plant at 5PM Nov 17 - Woke up to 80F. Likely at higher temp for 1 hour before noticing. Defoliated a few leaves, including one or two with trichomes, of which I've saved. Nov 18 - Watered Older plant at 6AM. Younger plant pot is light at lights off- will water first thing in the morning. Also removed dead tips and accidentally chopped a healthy fan leaf. I was hoping to chop today, but it might be another week before the younger plant is ready. Nov 19 - DAY 100 - Watered Younger plant at 10.30AM. Trichomes are developing nicely, I suspect 1 more week with younger plant which makes me wonder when to chop older plant.

Week 4 Flower (11/24 - 11/30): Well, well, well... This was the week of thanksgiving and both of the kids parents were out of the state! We had to call in uncle Marcus to come and tend to them. We set him up with the second batch of tea on 11/18 (I'm sure I've given them like at least 4-7 batches of tea so far even though the feeding instructions said start during week 3...) but honestly, I feel like it was a good decision. The canopy isn't as leveled as I would like it to be, butttt there are ton's of bud sites coming up. I did a healthy defoliation (that honestly scared me).. but I think it was for the better removing any overlapping leaves, lower branches that were not receiving much light, and new branches below the top three nodes that were stretching to get light. The new branches were the hardest to remove, as it was hard to tell whether they could live on as new bud sites... but remembering that most of those were beneath the top of the canopy and that all energy is transferred energy.. guided our defoliation. We were home for exactly 24 hours between 11/17 and 12/1 and that is when we prepared another tea for the plants to get 11/27 from there they got one more watering of plain water before another tea to kick off week 5. The stretch is in full effect and they might get a little taller, but we can clearly see where the buds will be packing on weight soon.

Very vigorous growth over the past week and has responded very well to LST. Very full plant. Watered in a Compost Extraction once again this week, which all my plants respond well too. Another week down and bot much more to say, as usual. Plants are doing their own thing, I'm just making sure she gets water when she needs it.

I have checked the plants and one plant is now showing about 10% amber trichomes on old growth. New growth clear. Starting to see some nice colour changes across the canopy. Have fed them a weaker feed to start the week but included a microbe tea.

Sorry for the late update been busy with life. Out of the 5 seeds planted only 2 were female. Im almost at 2 weeks of flowering. Loving the structure didnt top plants at all, every one of em bushed out, did do some super cropping before flip to try and open up the canopy more. Getting a nice fuel smell on these girls even in veg. Some very interesting leaf variegation and sawtooth edges on 4 out of the 5 plants. Gonna do a big defoil in week 3 and try n open her up more
