Week 9 - First Week of Flowering 🌸 The dark period has ended, and these ladies came back into the light fully energized and ready for action! It’s just the first week of flower, and they’re all praying, stretching, and absolutely thriving—filling up every inch of the tent. This grow space is officially packed from wall to wall, with each plant competing for its share of light and showing off some of the biggest, healthiest leaves I’ve seen yet! 🌱 A few strategic plucks here and there have kept airflow smooth and light penetration balanced. Those big leaves? They’re a sign of happy, healthy growth. Large leaves help the plant capture maximum light energy, essential during this stage, especially as they start focusing on developing those flowers. When plants grow huge, vibrant leaves like these, it means they’re well-nourished and content in their environment—a true testament to the well-balanced conditions we’ve got going in the tent! Flowering Parameters 🌡️ Room Environment: • Temperature: 26.7°C • Humidity: 63.3% • CO2: 960 ppm • VPD: 1.29 kPa (prime zone for flowering health!) Lighting: • Light Intensity: 835 PPFD (ideal for boosting flower growth) • Solution: pH 5.96, TDS 460 ppm, temp 21.1°C • Medium: Moisture: 100%, TDS: 520 ppm, Temp: 21.6°C Carbon Filter Installation & Smell Management 🌬️🌱 With the transition to flower, the scent profile is already starting to kick in—crazy for the first week, right? 🌸 To keep everything fresh and under wraps, I’ve set up a carbon filter system. Here’s how it’s working: I’ve connected the filter to my Aerofan, which pulls air directly from the tent. This air is cleaned by the filter and released into the main room, where it then passes through another filter before exiting my space. This dual-filter setup means no scent escapes into the wild, keeping things stealthy and the grow room a peaceful, scent-contained environment. Perfect for anyone concerned about keeping their home free from that telltale aroma! 🕶️🌬️ Enhanced Lighting with Emerson Effect 🌞 This week, I’ve introduced an extra 15 minutes of red light at the beginning and end of each light cycle. Why? Well, this red boost taps into the Emerson effect, enhancing photosynthesis efficiency, especially during the flowering stage. By stimulating a little extra wake-up and wind-down light, we’re mimicking the natural sunrise and sunset experience for these plants, which can help reduce flowering time. Not only does it encourage smoother transitions into day and night, but in theory, it’ll help these ladies finish a bit faster, while giving them a little nudge to build more substantial, quality flowers. 🌇 Nutrient Adjustments 🌱 Now that we’re in flower, I’ve swapped out the Start Booster for P-Boost and TopBooster to specifically support flowering needs. Here’s why: • P-Boost brings in additional phosphorus, vital for energy transfer and cell division as the plant channels more resources into budding sites. • TopBooster supports the flowering phase by improving flower quality and density, helping to build those big, aromatic buds we’re after. I put the plants into an NFT system couple weeks ago. I could have waited a bit longer for the plants to develop a stronger root system before placing the rockwool cubes into NFT but I was being impatient because of the slow start and wanted to get the plants under proper light. Now two weeks later they are growing well with good root development. I switched the lights to flowering cycle about a week ago so they should start stretching soon. No preflowers yet.

So far so good. Btw the are naturally became healthy after moving in country side with bunch of friendly biocontrol insects. The environment is also perfect. She grow so fast

One girl popped up…i await the other. My first time growing the Skunk Regular could be male…time will tell. I look forward to whatever nature provides as i collect the pollen also... Update 1 day after the other girl came up.

Welcome to my Lemon Drizzle Diary Sponsored by Spider-Farmer & Barneysfarm. 1 Month Update in 1 Week. Trying a new thing, with so many diaries. I really don't need to be doing so many updates in 1 week. So, for most of my diaries apart from one I'm in contract with. I'll be applying up to 14-21 days in 1 week. This was let go for over a month. I'm giving you a month of her growth. She really is another few weeks ahead in Real Time. Days 15-42 Veg Days 10-37 weeks 3-6 1 month. Plant done very well in her early weeks coming into wk 3 she has 10 days of veg and a considerable root zone. (That was root bound) been a fem. Id no concerns about losing her roots at the end. I then decided to go for another smaller but slightly bigger pot for a few weeks to get roots going again fast that won't be an bound like that. After a few weeks coming into wk 6 I put her into her final 11L pot. And she flourished. She pult herself out of the light green edges she suffered from been stuck in a another small pot (her roots found it hard to catch their breath been root bound) but, roots are literally coming out the end of the 11L pot now. She's at the end of wk 6 after going through hard defoliations at the start of wk 3 well into and beyond wk 6. And I've made myself 4 very nice tight long nodes with lots of inters built up. When she's put to into pre flower this week I'll start to open her up lightly. Not much. As there is only 4 nodes so, there's not much to LST but pulling them slight apart from each other. Light SE5000 is doing a smashing job. I've only had it up to 85%. Really good co2 light. And this lady is far away from the light. So, she's maybe getting 45% of her power. She's getting 40k lux. When its in fattening she'll be getting 65-70k Co2 Is kept between 8-1300. Average is 1000. Temp is between 31-33c slight dip. Thanks to Barneysfarm for their 2022-23 Releases. Muy buenas amigos!!! Como veis, vamos a comenzar el seguimiento de la Gelato Auto de Fastbuds. Nunca hemos cultivado autos y esperemos que nuestra primera experiencia sea aceptable para realizar un buen testeo. Según lo que tengo entendido, este banco tiene una de las genéticas más potentes dentro del mundo de la auto. En nuestro caso hemos elegido Gelato porque es una variedad que nunca hemos probado y nos llama mucho la atención, además de ser una de las variedades más potentes de este banco. En primer lugar, hemos colocamos una servilleta de papel de cocina húmeda en un tupper y hemos puesto las semas encima, con sus respectivas etiquetas para identificarlas, centrándonos en la Gelato (el papel debe estar siempre húmedo pero no llegar a encharcarse). Luego ya podemos colocarle otra capa de papel húmedo por encima de las semas para que mantenga mejor la temperatura y la humedad. Cuando tenemos las semas recubiertas del papel y colocadas en el tupper podemos cerrar este y dejarlo en un sitio con una temperatura entre 20 y 26 grados y a oscuras. A los tres días han germinado todas las semas perfectamente y confirmamos la efectividad de este banco 6/6. Aunque nosotros nos vamos a centrar como habíamos dicho en la Gelato. Decir que solamente nos hemos encargado de mantener el papel húmedo pulverizando cuando era necesario, y de colocar el tupper en un sitio cálido en total oscuridad. De lo demás se ha encargado el método del papel que nunca falla y la calidad de la genética... El último paso de esta semana lo hemos finalizado con el trasplante de las semas a los jiffys. Hay que tener mucho cuidado a la hora de manipular las semas, intentad tocar lo menos posible la radícula o raíz, ya que estas son muy delicadas y pueden coger cualquier infección o ser dañadas. Una vez colocadas en los jiffys hemos regado un poquito y a esperar con paciencia que salga... Esa familia, actualizamos las northern light xL, hay una de las 3 que destaca del resto por tamaño y flores, pintan muy bien, se ve buen color y bastante vigorosas, tutelamos 1. Bajamos humedad y temperatura, a estas alturas estamos pensando en el siguiente proyecto con varias geneticas de zambezaseeds.

Que pasa familia, vamos con la primera semana de floración de estas Papayton feminizadas de fastbuds. Vamos al lío ,se trasplantaron en macetas de 7 litros definitivamente. El ph se controla en 6.0 , la temperatura la tenemos entre 24/20 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. El ciclo de floración puse 12h de luz, el foco está al 50% de potencia. De momento van creciendo a buen ritmo y tienen un buen color, estaban muy bien enraizadas al realizarle el trasplante se notaba la abundancia radicular. COMENTAR: que una de las 3 salió macho directamente las últimas fotos lo apreciaréis. In der letzten Woche hat sie extrem an Biomasse zugelegt zu unserer Freude. :-) Trotzdem ist sie im Verhältnis noch sehr klein. Deshalb haben wir uns entschlossen, sie nicht zu toppen und kein LST an ihr vorzunehmen. Im späteren Verlauf eventuell noch HST, aber als ersten Versuch lassen wir der Natur ihren Lauf. Die Cinderella soll einer der schönsten Pflanzen sein -- Wir werden sehen :-)

This girl has bounced right back from those early magnesium deficiency. Glacial rock dust will be used in the future to mitigate this issue. Regardless we are about 9 days into flower now and the stretch is on. Daily ive been doing a light supercrop bending the tops over but been extra cautious not to snap anymore tops, already lost two from past weeks. Slight defoliation was necessary little to no air circulation was making its way through these 4 bushes. Let the smells begin! Cheers.
