This will be the last week of veggie for the girls. I'll be switching them over this weekend to their flowering schedule. I noticed that some of the newer leaves on the top are lighter than the other leaves, they are yellowish. I added some calmag to their diet because I realized I'd never given them any. I'll be monitoring that to make sure it doesn't get worse. Overall... color me HAPPY heheheee 😃

Alright I've updated this postmortem and cure just to give an idea of what I was up to during the dry and cure weeks. This grow was a ton of work and I'm very please with the results. I learned a ton about soil and environment control and really feel like I'm gaining confidence and coming into my own as a cultivator. I've been playing a lot with ice water hash and rosin and have set some neat goals for the future like hunting ice water hash cultivars, going perpetual and expanding the amount of canopy I can work with by building a network of remote-operated satellite flower tents in friends' and family's abodes . Je pense que 2 a 3 semaine suffiront pour que les bourgeons soit mûre pour pouvoir récolter cettte dame. J'ai commencé le flush de advanced nutrients en fin de semaine est l'odeur es agréablement bon a sentir elle à envahit toute l'appartement. This plant just amazes me how many thricomes it has , i would definitely recommend this strain. I'm curious how it will smoke when it dries up! 😁 It smells very fruity and piney and you can see the crystals shining on it. Very happy with the results 🙂

17.3.25: So I watered with 2ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4 with 4ml Xpert Nutrients Cal-Mag amino acids. I have really overdone the nutrients, I got carried away 😅 To try and rectify the situation, I've cut everything out except Cal-Mag amino acids. I will try to just stick to this with some Biosys, but I'm running out of that now, too. Anyway, with Or Without, I'm sure it'll balance out. Fingers crossed 🤞

Dealing with some deficiencies but still looking okay

Welcome to week six! 🌱 Week five was a complete success – all parameters are perfectly aligned. I’ve increased the water conductivity to a solid 3000 and bumped the CO2 level up to 1200 🌿. Light intensity is now set at 1400 µmol in the center and 1000 at the edges, which will keep the plants strong in their generative state 🌞. I’ll maintain these levels until the end of the third week and then start slowly removing the large fan leaves to ensure the buds get plenty of light 💡✨. I’m also trying something new to activate the “Emerson effect” 🌄: I’m running the deep red lights for 5 minutes before sunset and for another 5 minutes after the day ends. This should give the plants a final boost in photosynthesis, helping to maximize their growth potential! Everything’s looking fantastic so far! The Black Cherry has rooted well across different experimental setups, and at the end of the grow, I’ll provide a full report on the best care techniques for both strains 🌺👌.
