🌿 Grow Diary – Tag 84 | Blütetag 24
„Radikaler Haarschnitt, erste Harzschicht … und die Schädlingspolizei dreht wieder ihre Runden“
Diese Woche war klar:
Schere raus – untenrum einmal Kernsanierung.
Die Ladies wurden ordentlich gelollipopped und ich hab wirklich nicht gekleckert.
Der Eimer war am Ende randvoll mit Schnittresten. Alles, was unten nur Energie klaut oder im Schatten gammelt, ist beinahe konsequent rausgeflogen.
Ab jetzt geht die komplette Kraft nur noch in die Tops.
Die Kush hat mir dabei kurz den Puls hochgetrieben.
Etwas instabil im Aufbau, beim Schneiden halb auseinandergefallen – ich durfte erstmal wieder puzzeln, welche Triebe ich eigentlich behalten wollte.
Kurz Zelt-Chaos … aber wieder eingefangen. 😄
📏 Höhe & Stabilität
Der Stretch ist jetzt offiziell vorbei.
Endhöhe: ca. 1,10 Meter – besser hätte es fast nicht laufen können fürs Setup.
Viel höher und wir hätten Licht-Tetris spielen müssen.
Zur Stabilisierung hängen jetzt überall Pflanzen-Jojos.
Diese kleinen Rollen mit Nylonschnur, die die Äste sanft hochziehen und schwere Buds stützen.
Schön gleichmäßiges Blätterdach, nichts kippt weg, alles entspannt.
Echt kleine Gamechanger.
🌸 Blütenentwicklung
Jetzt startet die eigentliche Show:
Buds stapeln sich sichtbar
erste Trichome / Harzbildung
leichter, süßer Duft im Zelt
Man merkt richtig:
👉 Produktionsmodus aktiviert.
Jeden Tag ein bisschen frostiger.
Ernährung & Feintuning
Allerdings zeigen sie langsam klar:
👉 Phosphor- & Kaliumhunger
Die BioTabs-Tabletten waren top für den Start, aber in der intensiven Blütephase einfach etwas zu träge.
Plan:
Mikroben pushen → Bodenleben aktivieren
moderat PK nachdüngen → Blütenaufbau unterstützen
Ein kleiner Schub, damit die Buds richtig Masse machen.
🐛 Reality Check: Nervensägen-Alarm
Und ja … natürlich gibt’s auch die weniger glamouröse Seite des Grows.
Tripse und Trauermücken zum Beispiel.
Doppelt hält leider nicht besser. 😅
Tripse → silbrige Fraßspuren auf den Blättern
Trauermücken → kleine schwarze Nervflieger über der Erde
Nichts Dramatisches, aber einfach maximal lästig.
So dieses typische: „Könnt ihr bitte einfach verschwinden?“
Werden natürlich beobachtet und in Schach gehalten – aber eingeladen war hier definitiv keiner.

Jetzt heißt’s wieder: füttern, beobachten, feinjustieren –
und zuschauen, wie aus den Ladies langsam kleine, klebrige Harzmonster werden.

🌿 Grow Diary – Day 84 | Flowering Day 24
“Heavy haircut week, first frost… and pests being annoying as hell”
This week had one clear mission:
Scissors out – clean up everything below the canopy.
The ladies got a proper lollipopping session, and I definitely didn’t go easy on them.
By the end, the bucket was completely full of cuttings. Everything down low that only steals energy or sits in the shade had to go.
From now on, all power goes straight into the tops.
The Kush caused a bit of drama though.
She’s slightly unstable structurally and basically fell apart while pruning, so I had to puzzle together which shoots I originally wanted to keep.
Short chaos in the tent… but fixed. 😄
📏 Height & Support
Stretch is now officially over – finally.
Final height: around 1.10 meters, which is pretty much perfect for the tent.
Any taller and we’d be fighting the lights.
To keep everything stable, I installed plant yo-yos everywhere – those retractable supports with nylon strings.
They gently pull branches upward, support heavy buds, and keep the canopy nice and even.
Small tools, big impact.
🌸 Flower Progress
Now the fun part really starts.
You can see it every day:
buds stacking up
first visible trichomes/resin
light sweet smell filling the tent
That moment when you open the zipper and think:
👉 “Alright… production mode activated.”
Each day gets a little frostier.
Nutrition & Adjustments
What’s becoming obvious now:
👉 early phosphorus and potassium deficiencies
The BioTabs tablets worked great so far, but during heavy flowering they’re simply a bit too slow.
So the plan:
add microbes → boost soil life
moderate PK supplementation → support bud building
Just a small extra push so the flowers can really bulk up.
🐛 Reality Check: Pest Squad
And of course… it wouldn’t be a real grow without some annoying visitors.
Thrips AND fungus gnats.
Double trouble. 😅
Thrips → those classic silver streaks on the leaves
Fungus gnats → tiny black flies hovering around the soil
Nothing catastrophic, but seriously annoying.
That constant “can you guys just leave already?” feeling.
They’re under control and being monitored closely — but yeah… nobody invited them.

Week 2 begins for Green Crack and LSD. Both ladies are looking happy and I increased their feed by 1 liter each.

Hello colleagues 😍
The growth continues, and all three plants show good potential. One of the plants is ahead of the other two, but it obviously has a different phenotype - this is visible both by the shape of the leaf and by the color (small spoiler - I did not add mycorrhiza to this particular pot).
By the end of the week, the growth slowed down significantly, almost stopped - it turned out ideal given the size of my box. Apart from defoliation, I do not use any techniques, we continue to observe 😎

This was an experiment that proves topping is really beneficial…just look at her! Now I have to see how good she SCROGS. A very healthy spreading girl.

There isn’t a ton to report this week other than the two behind my garage are on their stretch, and the one in the garden is bulking up. It has been raining a lot here, I gave all two big dosages of cal/mag and tiger bloom. I figured most of the nutrients were washing through the soil. I haven’t noticed any nute burns, so I’ll likely keep feeding them once a week. I did some bud backbuilding on my garden plant about a week ago, because the other two didn’t look as developed, i snipped the tip of the buds on the other two about two days ago. I think overall I should have a pretty good yield this summer, I wish I had a bit more purple buds, but hey🤷♂️ Purple kush none the less. I’m signing out for the week, thanks for tuning in.

Our Green Crack F1 Hybrid Autoflowering from Zamnesia are really in great shape, better yet there is a small one born recently and one that has arrived so well to grow that I have already done topping
to go and make two plants this time: one worked with the techniques and one left to go also to compare the difference in yield and advise you well based on the strain. If it is very true that the technique always gives a good result, the response times can be greatly extended or if the plant remains too dwarf I prefer to grow the autoflowering straight.
Applied Techniques - Given the numerous requests from growers, we decided to show you what happens by applying topping + Lst to autoflowering plants. It is very important to anticipate it as much as possible, autoflowering plants go into flowering at about the 5th intenodo, you must anticipate that moment to give the plant the chance to vegetate as much as possible. In general, when you see that there are two good side branches, you can do topping, they will go into veg as much as possible and you will have a split plant, I have seen very nice results, especially in warm periods when the plant tends to vegetate a lot, in winter we could have a bit of dwarfism but with a lot of resin for sure.
So I cleaned everything and cut at the top leaving only the main growth line, called Main Lining, the florets will be lowered during growth and the plant will eventually be like "split" in the main line with the various branches.
On photoperiodic plants, however, we will do topping repeatedly, which is not recommended with autoflowering plants so as not to lengthen the times of plants born to finish in 10 weeks.
The second week (including a few days of germination) we gave Power Roots 1 ml/l, Pure Zym 1 ml/l, Sugar Royal 1 ml/l, Alga Grow 3 ml/l -

Questa settimana si è slanciata veramente molto! Me lo aspettavo già in quanto non è la prima volta che la coltivo, ecco perché ho deciso precedentemente di effettuare 3 topping consecutivi! Ha reagito veramente molto bene ha continuato la sua vegetazione normalmente senza blocchi e durante la 4 settimana si prepara per il fiore! Adoro le genetiche di Fast buds! Ancor di più la FORBIDDEN RUNTZ AUTO!
Per questo ciclo di crescita ho voluto fare un cambio radicale nella sua dieta, ho cambiato marca di fertilizzanti passando da plagron (con il quale collaboravo a CANNABOOM!) semplicemente perché ho potuto constatare i loro pregiatissimi prodotti! Dopo un accurato studio si ogni componente ho voluto fare questo cambio....che dire!!! Menomale!!! Raga veramente dopo la seconda applicazione la pianta e praticamente esplosa in ogni suo potenziale ,parli veramente di ogni cosa! Altezza, Internodi , calici sparsi ovunque, si iniziano a intravedere intricominsulle foglie a ventaglio!!!! Le foglie sono grandi quanto la mia mano😂 ho fatto un po' di pulizia fogliare e per adesso la lascerò crescere così togliendo solo qualche foglia qua e la ogni tanto quando ci sarà bisogno... ringrazio molto cannaboom per i loro prodotti che volevo consigliare a tutti voi e vorrei ringraziare anche fast buds per questa genetiche che non finisce mai di sorprendermi! E poi....ci siete tutti voi! Grazie mille ad ognuno di voi! 🌈💥💪🏼🌱

So, I believe the plant has russet mites. I found some eggs in another grow room. It would explain how the colas are forming. I have had russet mites a long time ago. I have not found them on this plant or any in the room. With being super tiny thus may be the reason. All I can do is rinse her off good. I don't prefer to smoke or ingest any chemicals. I will likely do the smoke report and grind the rest up for infusing. The mites would explain a lot of why it is growing strangely. I treated the walls with neem oil. I am so stoked about the mystery sativa that ended up being Cinderella 99 last year's favorite crop of mine. The rest of the garden is doing awesome just need to thin out a few more plants for the final stretch.. I am so looking forward to harvest this year with the varieties that I chose... I would be remiss if I did not mention the fact that red cherry berry and tangerine dream were added to the outdoor crops, they reside in the 20 gallon bucket.. I don't have the exact date when I propagated the red cherry berry and the tangerine dream from seed but it was when the other plants were already in the ground..I gave myself a challenge to see if I'd be able to do tangerine dream and red cherry berry outdoors with the other plants.. I pondered putting them in ground but I settled with the 20 gallon pot.

Hi guys week 3 now, not much going on, they have grown massive in a week and since being repotted, I started lst today I will let them grow a bit and keep tieing the nodes down as this needs to be a long veg.
