26/07/20 (Sunday) Plants were starting to exhibit signs of light burn so I switched back to the 75W bulb. SVG never seemed to recover from having it's cotyledon damaged so I decided to take a risk and fed all of the seedlings 20-20-20 nutrients except the D.R. which I thought would've suffered shock, so I just watered it. 27/07/20 Decided to mist the plants with a homemade pesticide mix today because they're readying to be introduced as full time outdoor plants in a week or two so their sun basks are getting longer. 28/07/20 Noticed what looks like new growth from the first true leaves of the SVG, fingers crossed it's making progress. 29/07/20 The new growth from the SVG has split into two on both sides leading me to theorize that it's abandoned it's main stem (for now at least) and started two new stems. All other plants are working on new nodes and are showing a steady growth of .5cm a day. I've decided to revert to the 100W bulb because I believe I've misdiagnosed the light burn. 30/07/20 Today I left them outside for their longest sunbask to this point; 7 of their 18 total hours was provided by sunlight. The SVG now has two new 3-leaf true leaves on each new stem confirming my theory. Also starting to see signs of a minor mite problem on one of the leaves of my TT plant (Though it's new growth that wasn't sprayed with my homemade concoction.) 31/07/20 New growth has already begun sprouting from between the new true leaves of the SVG with no visible progress on the 'abandoned' main stem. Also had a power outage for 2 of the plants 18 hours. 01/08/20 Today the plants again stayed out in the sun for longer than previously making 8 hours in direct sunlight. I've decided to keep them in the grow tent for a further week because when I went to retrieve them the Jam was blown down flat by winds and had started to grow bent towards the light, so I doubt it's stem is ready for that daily beating. I raised the soil level and massaged it back into shape and it seems to be back on track. The D.R. is slowly beginning to bounce back from being stunted in the seedling tray and from it's third node (from the bottom up) of 3 leaf true leaves has turned into 5 leaf leaves. The SVG has made a major recovery and seems to be on it's way to even surpassing the others by the end of the week. The TT is officially the sturdiest of the younger seedlings and it's growing right behind the Jam in terms of node development. All in all this week was an overall success growth wise and I'm looking forward even more to week 3.

Okay so I’ve been slacking a bit on the grow-diaries, only because I’ve had a lot going on and also because I don’t feel obligated to do so because this isn’t a sponsored grow. It’s been nice to have a little break but I think I’m ready to come back at it full force again. These girls are living their best lives, they are all the same age and they are all thriving. Floraflex nutrients, as well as some Silica, Regina-root, and a trichome enhancer called “Grease”!! Seems like the real deal. Watering every other day and let me tell you these girls are very thirsty. Defol as needed! My new HLG Blackbird lamp fixture is out of this world. My 3 autos that you can also find in my profile absolutely blew up. I typically fit 4 autos in my 3x3 but now it’s essentially one Purple punch from Fastbuds and I had to cram 2 more inside basically because they are going crazy. Unfortunately I had to move them from under the blackbird and put them under a HLG350R and they are still going crazy. Basically what I’m saying is HLG Lamps=Crazy growth and amazing lamps!! Week 3 has come and gone. I think the stretch is now over. I got roughly 8” of growth on top of my net. Hopefully all 8” fills up with nice bud. I counted over 150 top bud sites. Goal is the get at least 14 grams per bud site. The frost production on this plant is out of control. Week three and you can already see trichomes producing on the fan leaves. I have been having to take off close to 50-70 leaves a week in order to keep proper airflow. She is so packed in the net I'm afraid of low airflow once they start getting fat. Only downfall so far is this plant develops loads of leaf. Hopefully that stops during the bulking phase. I keep bumping the nutrients up and she is taking every bit of it. Currently at 2.8ec. She was drinking tons during the stretch but has now gone back to normal amounts. I’m reverting back to every other day watering since last water I got nearly 50% run off. So far the smell is exactly like you open a bag of fruity pebbles. It’s not quite there when you open the tent but once you rub some bud it’s undoubtedly fruity pebbles smell. Hopefully we start seeing the mass put on in the next few weeks. 1/3 of the way done with flower already and she has been doing great.

I feel like she's doing great, loving this batch of living soil. Still a bit confused on how watering at a ph of 5.3 is being buffered by the soil up to a runoff ph of 8. Not going to worry about it, she looks great and smells great and it's day 29-30 since flipped. The soil has her now.

Good week. Lots of rain, OG shot up 6" to a whopping 68". Everybody happy and well hydrated. I used to have a perspective on how big these will get but now I have no idea whatsoever, lol. I know they'll fill out during flower but will they just keep going up indefinitely? Thanks for looking Happy Growing!

Everything seems to turn around this week. My grow didn't go well and also a lot going on in our lives. That's why it took a while for the diary to get back on track. Sometimes all we need is some good news and this came two-fold this week. First I woke up to see my favorite coin go through the roof (go Shiba) and later to be surprised by the doorbell, with a bigger surprise: my prize came in!! A great care package by the guys of @Fastbuds, thanks so much, and totally enjoying it! It really made my month. So to find my girls thriving this morning is the third gift in a week that keeps on giving. My soil recipe combined with this great light, the SP-3000 by Mars Hydro (thanks so much @MarsHydroLED) are the reasons all is getting better even with this runt girl, the sole survivor of a pack of 5 Expert Seeds Gorilla's, bought at Zamnezia. See my soil recipe on the germination page if you want to see how I do it or create it yourself. It is unreal how much it aids recovery in severely stressed plants. If you live in Europe, I have accidentally stumbled upon and elaborated on a European Master Mark and Subcool Super Soil recipe. The problem is that Ocean Forest soil is very hard to get by in Europe. Also, some of the amendments and tea mixtures are sold only in the US. After searching online, asking the guys that make Atami and other organic medium specialists I have made a recipe that comes close and definitely matches the super soil recipes we all have seen. So please use it to your advantage. Ask me anything if you have a hard time finding stuff you need and don't worry it works excellently without the permaculture tea as well! So see how she is going back to thriving, in a couple of days after replanting. Instead of stress, they are recovering. Another proof this soil is the European answer to Supersoil. Again I haven't taken any pictures of this plant was on the side of the fan that didn't go down I've inspected her all over and I've found no evidence of mold or bud rot. This plant is now drying separately to the offer plant I just didn't want to take photos for it all to end up in the bin but this should be a nice harvest

November 2nd marks another week of flower with "Chris". Chris is doing well with an abundance of budsites and no signs of deficiencies. November 3, 2021, Wednesday. Her stigmas are slowly turning a bright candy-like orange. November 4, 2021, Thursday. Watered Chris thoroughly, raised the wattage on the lighting to about 320. November 5, 2021, Friday. Chris' calyxes seem to be swelling right before my eyes. She has no smell that I can speak of. November 6, 2021, Saturday. Nothing new to report. November 7, 2021, Sunday. Day of rest.
