Week 14: Final Countdown (Flower Week 9) 🍌🥊
We’ve reached the final ripening! This Banana Purple Punch Auto by @FastBuds is finishing its 14th week from seed and its 9th week in full bloom. At this stage, it's no longer about volume; it’s all about ripening, resin density, and terpene complexity. 💎
Living Soil Performance:
Following the 9 Cardinal Parameters, my focus is currently on:
• VPD & Humidity: Keeping humidity low (around 40-45%) to drive transpiration and protect these dense, frosty buds from any late-stage issues. 🌬️
• Temperature: Dropping the night temps to 18–19°C to encourage those deep purple hues. The anthocyanins are really putting on a show! 💜
• Nutrients: No flush needed! In a true Living Soil setup, the plant naturally senesces as the soil microbiome slows down nitrogen availability while still providing essential minerals for trichome maturation. The "autumn fade" is looking beautiful. 🍂
Trichome Status: 🔬
Observation shows about 85% still not ready and 10–15% milky. I’m looking for that perfect "sweet spot" to capture the full sedative punch and overripe banana flavor. 🍌
It’s been an incredible journey with this organic ecosystem. The plant is incredibly sticky and the smell is overpowering. Harvesting very soon!

Increased the amount of nutrients, water and food. Manual 12/12 light cycle at 100% most the time. Fan on 24/7.
Continued to trim smaller branches and budsites bending a few branches to fill out the canopy better.

Tag 56, Blütetag 22. Genau eine Woche später, heute gab es einen radikalen Haarschnitt mit dem 2. Versuch Lollipopping. Jetzt heißt es abwarten und hoffen das Sie es verträgt und nicht in den Lockdown geht.

This week they did more stretching as you can see the one on the left is into and above the light! I can't believe this but I'll role with it! I slowly defoliate just a little here and there between watering and filling the humidifiers. They really like to eat! Also, something to note that is they love the humidity as well as the warmth. I had to clean the outside of their grow bags this week. To my surprise the roots are starting to come out the bag! I can't believe it but this is awesome! Now they'll die due to contact with the air, and in return get bigger to take in even more nutrients! As predicted they fell off because their little pieces are on the floor. Well I fed and watered them daily. Like normal whenever I fed them either nutrients or soil amendments I made sure to water the plants with plain pH balanced H2O the next day in order to flush them. Then I would do any soil amendments if needed. After that plain pH balanced H20 and then you could do another fertilizer nutrient for them. After that pH balanced H20 and then you return to the soil amendments if needed.

Day 43 - Starting week 7 and did a little adjusting to a couple of the tie downs. A few branches were starting to get really lengthy so wanted to keep them somewhat tied down so when the bud weight starts coming, it’s not too heavy. Other than that, she seemed to of liked the drink yesterday and is doing really well overall.
Day 44 - Nothing much new today, just gave her a little once over, snapped a few new pictures and put her back into the tent. All seems to be going well.
Day 46 - This girl is still going strong and she’s starting to smell a bit more each day. For the most part, LST is done with the exception of a few that may still be bendable here and there. Had to give her a little under a half gallon of water today and tucked her leaves.
Day 48 - Still chugging along and budding up nicely. Not much happening with her, just giving her water when she needs it and tucking leaves but I have removed a couple that just stayed in the way. Should be ready for some water in another day or two.
Day 49 - Ended week 7 today with a full on of water, she’s really starting to drink a lot. Not much else going on or done with her today besides removing a couple fan leaves and tucked the rest.

An early update, due to rain in the forecast for tomorrow and the next day. Girls have formed button size buds and the nodes are stacking close. Very strong healthy girls here. Tallest lady just under 11 foot. My favourite time of year is upon us now. Cooler weather, just hoping on little rain for the next 6 weeks...

8-31-25 all of the girls are doing good no big problems. All of the girls are getting heavy with buds. Really frosty looking really good. Should be about 6 weeks out from harvest.

they seem great getting super frosty and the aroma is strong. the flowers are getting super dense seems like it's all going too work out. I love this cherry cola. I just stared the last bean of it and purple lemanade and BlackBerry I can't wait too see what they do outside

Placed directly in soil of fabric pots and hose watered from our well. The water is mineral heavy and alkaline AF may be an issue later?

I was still seing signs of of Nitrogen Deficiency [https://www.growweedeasy.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/10/nitrogen-deficiency-yellow-leaf-sm.jpg].
So I increased the amount of Big Plant Science: Part A.
I have read that red / purple stems could be a sign of Potassium Deficiency, and since I was going a bit light on Big Plant Science: Bud Explosion, I have now increased the amount in this weeks watering.
The lower leaves now appear to lose color between vains instead of the leaves yellowing entirely from the start. This could be a sign of Magnessium Deficiency, and I have just been out to buy Big Plant Science: Aroma Boost, which contains Magnessium. Going to start adding it to the water from next week.
Example 1-2: Light green / yellow growth, on top colas on branches hidden from direct light. I am mostly just going to ignore this, and use popcorn buds to try my hands on making Ice bubble Hash.

Starting week 5 now. Still just watering with rain water. Girls still doing exceptionally well. Still no deficiencies and 2 of outer plants now trying to out grow center plant. Trichromes starting to form. Good leaf colors and room really starting to fill up with bud sites.

The flowers are beautifully colored.💐💚
The scent is extremely sweet and reminiscent of strawberries..🍓😛
The weather is not good, it's summer and it's still raining. The worst summer in the last 10 years..
Temperatures around 20 degrees Celsius during the day, dropping below 15 at night..
Despite the weather, the flowers still look very good, the humidity outside is high and I'm afraid of mold. The air in the greenhouse is maximally circulated..
After a thorough inspection, no mold was found, I'm very happy that it's not raining on my beautiful flowers. I add Plagron to the maximum, the flowers love it..
