I also upgraded to an oscillating fan which I hung to free up grow space. We’re running just under 1000ppm with no issues. I bumped my VPD up to account for leaf temp. The autopots are working. They just increased their (self feeding) appetite - up from .3 gallon a day to .8 gallons a day. This weeks accomplishments: Dehumidifier venting tuning Filled each scrog grid with at least one cola Stabilize temp, humidity and VPD. Stretched trellis with pvc frame Better oscillating fans for top and bottom airflow This week to-do By Monday evening, I have to install two more autopots - I’m still hand feeding the gelatos. I’m going on vaca, so we’ll see how this turns out. Well I’m closing this one out. I had a lot of problems with humidity outside and bud rot, in hindsight i read a few reviews in the last few weeks and purple kush is susceptible to bud rot. I did 2 separate harvest, one on the 9th and one on the 14th. I collected everything I could smoke, there is still buds left on the plants but because of bud rot and immature buds I’m saying fuck it. Sonoma seeds quotes 9-10 weeks flower i harvested at week 8 and week 9. I harvested just shy of a pound total, and just over and oz of “purple” looking weed. Between you guys and i, the purple one was pretty shwaggy as far as bud goes. Would i grow this again outdoors? NOPE. Would i try it indoors? You will have to stay tuned for my next grow. If you plan to grow this strain outdoors do not do it. The fact that it’s pretty much 100%indica it does not like to get wet,🤦‍♂️🏻 if you are in the desert, indoors or live in Afghanistan (lineage) go for it. The taste is also not quite what I expected, all the reviews say grapes, but i taste a neutral taste. Some of it smells quite good in the jars but as soon as you smell each bud it smells like spicy woody herb with some dank undertone. Trimming it i had some sort of dank spicy smell i just can’t put my fingers on, except it was all over them. The buzz is “ok”but nothing to knock your socks off with. It is a stimulating feeling followed by a calm “not sleepy” feeling. I haven’t grown many outdoor variety’s but I’m sure most of them turn out the same. I’m waiting for my indoor no name to finish and I can start trying to redeem myself with my leftover seeds, and hopefully get the true quality/if there is, with this purple kush strain. Hey growmies! 👊 I am back online finally! So it is day 95 for Nesia and she is no less impressive today than at any week before now. Check out the video! I have a new phone so hopefully the photos will be better too! I am really excited to see what this girl can do, she has started to swell those buds! The smell of Amnesia is really strong now. Height: 103cm Fertigated 10l 4 days ago and 7.5l today.

The grow is going on well,doubled the bloom nuts , plants have a different but nice smell of skunk and wild berries. The tall one is growing crazy in the cell, i want to harvest first the highest one branches, to let the lowest grow round the cell for a higher yield. I had to train a lot the plant, because the autoflower was getting too tall about 120cm, so i tied it up around the cell doing scrog a like.

Well was my first DWC. I think I did rather well. There is a video on my YouTube channel of the harvest. Link on my profile. Pineapple Express auto from Amsterdam marijuana seeds came out good. Imagine if I knew what I was fully doing. 😂🌱 got it hanging to dry . Will be back to do smoke report and final weight when dry and processed. Buds getting bigger. This strain is very greasy, a lot of resin. It smells very sweet, amazing.

The smell is crazy when the tent is opened and only growing stronger every day. I've definitely learned I caused them to grow so tall. The tallest one is 3ft and that's because I kept the light too far from them. Gonna keep note of that for Season#2 because they are so tall now. The buds seem to be getting thicker and I'm happy for that, I realized I'm impatient and also tainted by the internet with my expectations of them. I'm seeing frost a lot more now, which is cool. Plus, some of them are starting to see different traits and that's exciting because they kind of all look exactly the same and they aren't.

Rock hard buds Miicrobialmass for the win and the new led is killer. The knobs like knots grow out of the sides of the buds are something to look at wow !!! Monkey berries is in flushing mode , slurricane won’t be far behind in the next week or 2 I’ll flush

Day 63 Flower (Day 105) I'm back! Iceland was breathtakingly beautiful as usual, and I even managed to see an active volcano. Amazing! I have good news and bad news regarding my girls. The good news is that they are both still alive and are overall looking pretty good. The bad news for the left girl is that the cheap irrigation system failed and only watered around 1 liter of water during the entire week. She was extremely thirsty, although still looking pretty good without any drooping. A couple of her leaves turned purple from the stress, though. I recorded a video just as I opened the tent for the first time after coming back a couple of hours ago. The news is worse for the right girl, though. The irrigation system worked flawlessly, so that wasn't the problem. Instead, I detected bud rot in three buds, and of course, it was in the three most significant colas. Fuuuuuuuu... I also shot a video as I opened the tent, and the affected buds are visible if you are paying attention. I have never had bud rot before, so I will need to do additional research on what to do next. I immediately cut off the affected buds and disposed of them outside. I hope I got all the affected areas, but I will inspect all the buds more closely tomorrow. Been traveling most of the day today and need some rest before scouting her buds. I looked at her trichomes quickly and still couldn't see much amber, but I will have a better look tomorrow. The worms have been busy while gone, though, and they were crawling all over when I lifted the old avocados. They aren't the only ones who have been busy as the fungus gnats are back, Sigh. Only a few so far, but yeah, another thing to sort out. The fun just never ends...

First of all, I’d like to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Fast Buds for allowing me the opportunity to grow their new strains! I'm starting out with CC this week and will start the CA in a couple of weeks. There is some data out there on the CC strain that seems very legit to me. If that info is correct one of the C's stands for Cookies. I really love the Girl Scout Cookies I grew from Fast Buds, if CC is related to GSC she should be amazing! 👍 Dropped the seed in the soil today, I'll update once she pops. She's front-center in the group pics. My Perpetual Harvest strategy…. Originally my plan was to start 2 seeds each month, but had some seeds from one breeder that did not germinate early in my rotation. Ultimately, this caused single seeds to pop and messed up my 2 at a time plans. But, that seemed to work out OK, because now I think starting one seed every 3 weeks is a better strategy. This should provide me with 4-5 plants at a time, instead of 6. However… Since Fast Buds has been kind enough to allow me to preview their new CC and CA strains I am now going to be starting a new seed every 2 weeks. This should allow me to get all of the plants I want to grow this season in the perpetual harvest rotation. I need to shut down over the summer because my tent is currently in the attic. Plants get fed once weekly on weekends. Seedlings get water only. Plants in vegetation get water and Recharge. Flowering plants get water, Recharge or Big Bloom (Fox Farm). Feeding is done using 2 gallon watering can. Any additional waterings during the week are given on an as needed basis per plant. I lift the plants to help determine which plants are more dry (lighter) and provide water any plants via water bottles and watering spikes. I give each pot a quarter turn every day in an effort to make sure the plants get equal lighting from all sides. I rotate the plant in place by turning the pot 90 degrees (I am not rearranging the layout of the plants in the tent on a daily basis). The soil is an ‘organic super soil’ I mixed myself using organic top soil, organic potting soil, organic compost, organic peat moss, organic perlite, organic vermiculite, lime, epsom salt, expanded clay pellets and Jobe’s organic fast start. I am also recycling my soil and water with Recharge when using recycled soil. For plant training I have tried a variety of things, but my plans now are to do LST bending only, no HST anymore. I may decide to go back to HST again in the future, but I’m curious to compare LST training only to see how that goes. Around 3 week I'll do a FIM cut/pinch once there are 4-5 nodes established. And some defoliation around the 3rd week of flowering. I have been doing HST bending and having good results, but think the HST may be causing the plants to take longer to harvest. I hope LST only will help increase harvests while getting me to harvest sooner.
