We have moved on to autoflowering, unlike many growers I have no prejudice against this type of plant, it is true that they are the easiest to make but it is also true that they have improved a lot in terms of flower quality and if once ease meant lower quality now even the most presumptuous old school flower children growers struggle to understand if a flower is from an autoflowering or a normal photoperiod plant. Overall everything is doing great. The Critical+ has the most trichrome coverage so far, but the DinaMed CBD+ has the thickest and densest buds. The Cream & Cheese CBD+ is somewhere in the middle - medium trichome coverage, medium density. But the Cream & Cheese CBD+ is the bushiest with the most amount of sugar leaves down the stalks with the buds. The 3 Cherry CBD Hemp plants are doing great also. They are the smallest 3 plants in group, but starting to show some red hairs. I think I'm about a month away from harvest. I'm not going to rush it, but that's what my guess is for now. I transplanted my babies from dixie cups to larger nursery pots. There are a variety of seedlings and clones going. I'll start a new diary for these babies soon with details on which strains, etc...

Trimmed a bit more & added a few more LST clips on day 74, watered with just Pro-TeKt to get the PPMs down still high at 2567 average, I may do so again next time, I suspect this coming week to be the final veg & will be flipping at the end of it.

1st October 25 First visit to side after 2 months, had no time to feed or water this girl. Buds size not there because of lack of food and water but still survived. Could be better .Super nice colour, smell like blueberry for sure. No bud rot what's so ever. Definitely will try again next season

20/06/22 - 26/06/22 Plants are growing well, very frosty. Turned light up to 85% and increased the flow of water. Been lightly defoliating as necessary to expose those bud sites Decreased Dual Fuel to 1.25ml/L, stopped root hormones as well.

The buds are still growing and I have already discovered the first amber-coloured trichomes on Bruce Banner and S.A.D. #4. I think the harvest will be ready in 2-3 weeks. Until then, I will continue to observe the trichomes with the microscope.

25-2: Throughout the week, I'm observing two phenomena simultaneously: a portion of the upper leaves turning a lighter green and/or appearing to have a yellowish hue. One plant has curled leaves at the top of the plant but limited to one layer of leaves. The tips are yellowed with dark spots. Due to rapid growth, the plant flew too close to the sun and burned its wings, was my assessment. In other words, light burn. The leaves becoming lighter are located in several layers from the top to halfway down the plant. I suspect there is a deficiency and perform a slurry test. The EC is low at 0.24 and the pH is good at 6.3. The soil is still too wet to feed, which presents a dilemma: feed with the risk of wet feet or wait a bit longer with the risk that the deficiencies become more severe? To mitigate this, I gave foliar feeding (Terra Bloom 0.5 ml per liter) by spraying the leaves without really wetting them. I did this just after the lights were out. A day later, I first flushed the plants with a few liters of water pH 6.4 and then gave them nutrients with EC 1.3 and pH 6.4: Terra Bloom (+/- 4 ml per liter), Sugar Royal (1 ml per liter), and a tiny bit of Great White and orthosilicic acid. And hung the lights back at 30 cm. It seems to be working because I see the color coming back slightly and the yellowing has at least stopped. Furthermore, I'm keeping the day and night temperature a bit higher at about 25 degrees Celsius during the day and around 21 at night. This is to limit the humidity at night and during the day to increase the VPD to about 1.45. At the end of the week I see the end of the stretch and standing 87 cm tall at average. Really happy about last week. They got very little first pre flowers, but I don't think they will be really flowering this fast. They gained a little height and the smell increased a little bit.
