2nd week of Flowering started , pics shown are results from 1 week of flowering. As we roll into week 2 of flowering I have decreased the humidity slightly to 45%. I slowly introduced the lotus "bloom" nutrients switch from the "grow" solution. Plants are healthy and shoots are sprouting up fast preparing for buds. Installed a 3rd net for support only , the first 2 nets are for screen of green purposes and to train the plants. Next week I will do another defoliation of every leaf below the 2nd net. I do not defoliated during the first 10 days of switching to flower cycle , because this is a crucial time when the plants do a final grow and stretch to the light. If you stunt them during this time by defoliating then yield will be lower.

It was a smooth and easy grow overall. Happy with initial results. Excited about the end results...😁

Plant grew well outside if a little rot issue. Was operator error. She grew well under the Mars Hydro FC4800, with the Athena blended line nutrition. A berry sour smell with lots of frost. She should be a good 4 to 5 ounces once done. I did use mire then Athena recommend in flowering. I will be back with smoke report in a few months. Es la última semana antes de nuestra cosecha, el tiempo se nos echó encima y las Flores ya están echas, se preparó un lavado de raíces y tijeretazo,para sucesivamente colgarlas.( PRIMERA VEZ que se me echa el tiempo encima con la floración, jurao) Me habría gustado darles algo de estrés hídrico, pero lo veremos con las lemon kush y las northern light xL. -power plant xL es una cepa con predominancia sativa, con una corta floración,es un ejemplar fácil de cultivar, fuerte, y vigoroso. Estos ejemplares se cultivaron en 7L en sustrato light MIX de plagrOn, controlando en todo momento el PH de nuestras plantas, y dándoles de comer una gama advanced nutrients bastante básica. -PROS: facil cultivar, flores llenas de resina , flores compactas, ramas laterales largas. -CONTRAS: hay que tutorar por el peso de la flor, floración demasiado rápida a mi gusto (no te das ni cuenta). *Aquí ya me despido hasta la cosecha familia.

Hey guys! TheIceCreamParlour has been on a little break while we made some major refurbishments. The first 5 plants are now hooked up to the system and we are ready to go. These girls were transplanted yesterday into 6" Cultilene blocks with floraflex feeding blocks on a 12 hour feeding system. Fertigation takes place every half hour for 20 seconds meaning fresh oxygenated solution is being replenished frequently. I'll keep this diary as simple as possible considering it's the first test of my home made feed system.

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. 1/4/26 1:26 AM. This is me starting a diary accidentally a day too early iced tea had some problems. The cocoa had something in it and the root hit it and it screwed up so I’ve flushed it out. I put another seed in and she’s doing just great. I’ve never had this happen before so I must’ve. Day 70!!! This week was really hot, when the sun shone on it, the thermometer showed 40°. I think her roots don't like it very much, the girl needs to be watered every day, sometimes even 2 times a day :) I also removed the yellow leaves of the marigolds, there was also a really strong wind, which is why I had to cover the girl a little so that she wouldn't break the branches :) I'm leaving tomorrow for a short 5-day vacation, then these days I'll ask her to come and water once every 2 days, I hope that will be enough for her :) good luck to everyone.

Klassische Herbstwoche. Temperaturen zwischen 6 und 13 tagsüber, 1-7°C nachts. Regen in vielen Formen. Schauer, Nieselregen, Nebel, Landregen. Alles dabei. Das war zuviel für Larry. Lemon habe ich eine geerntet. Die kleinere. Die große steht noch stabil. Noch.. Fat Banana hat's erwischt. An beiden Pflanzen in Summe 12 Schimmelstellen. Zuviel für meinen Geschmack. Schweren Herzens muss ich die topbuds abnehmen, wenn ich nicht alles verlieren will. AK hat als letztes angefangen, zu blühen. Daher sind die buds relativ klein. Daher bisher keine Schimmelstellen. Sie haben alle beiden ein dunkelviolettes Herbstkleid und sehen bezaubernd aus. Die Harzproduktion ist trotz kühler Temperaturen in die Gänge gekommen und sie riechen langsam etwas. Hoffe, kommende Woche gibt's noch ein paar trockenere Tage.. es geht langsam dem Ende entgegen 😭 noch läuft es. Bis nächste Woche ✌️

Another successful harvest. This time it was my perfect girl, a very good strain, easy to grow, fast, and without many demands. Besides the controlled environment, it has a wonderful smell. The buds were very dense and sticky. Every time I touched the scissors, a strong smell emitted that filled my room. I really liked the result, and this will definitely be the first of many. My favorite so far! ✌️💪🌿🍁

Getting excited now, I think another week food and maybe a 10 flush, they are really starting to fatten up now :)
