With this thick headbud, there is a risk of getting wet and bad weather and we dont want any budrod so we cut the headbud after 66 days from seed to harvest we took away some fan leafs and hung it up to dry. the lower buds may need a few more days. what can I say she is growing like a beast now! They plants are loving the weekly foliar sprays. The blood, bone and kelp meal are doing a great job. Will do another magnesium sulphate next week.

Plants are looking very healthy overall Love plant 4 of the Dark Devil.. Haven't seen colours like this in a plant before.. This plant will have such nice bag appeal when dried and cured in sure 😊🤤😋 When touching the leaves around the bud it gives off an intense sweet and fruity aroma... Gorilla, gorilla, my problem child. The only one popping out of 5 but she is weaker than her roommates. She stays behind compared to them. But what can I do other than TLC, she has the best conditions, which are optimal in this grow room, also judging by the other two plants. Until I have a bigger operation, which in the current political climate, is not soon, where I can make mothers and clone them, breed my own strains, and root out runts like this, we do it like life. We play the hand as it is dealt to us and we love all our children the same... although this one is special. So not a genderfluid Silverback yet, but it ain't over till the voluptuous lady sings. We shall nurse this little runt until adulthood, who knows she might surprise us, she should have the mighty Gorilla Glue Number Fouh genes in there somewhere. Now come on out here and show daddy what you're made of... This week we spread out the leaves and branches, some leaf tucking and gentle LST, to prepare for some higher stress and super cropping today. Two days back we made the switch and set the lights to 12/12. Now the flowering stretch will begin, thus we bend the branches further outward in preparation for the canopy. When I do this I notice the branches are thick and sturdy, with no breakage at all unlike my previous grow, the gelato 33. I snapped some branches applying the super cropping and just normal bending with those. It seems like the fan (I didn't have a good option previous grow, hence the flimsier branches there) but also this lighting and soil regime are topnotch, asides from outdoor I haven't seen such lush bushiness yet, even on a more runt-like plant. This MarsHydro SP3000 is still performing great, such controlled temperatures, such an ocean of light. I only wish I started growing with this earlier. It is so well made, it oozes quality, I just want to touch it every time (also to check if it stays cool) and it is just sexy, slender, and compared to my other 300 watt light, a completely different spectrum and clarity. What can she perform? Will she cover the net? Will she deliver gorgeous buds, like she is known to do? 📅 Week 11 – Day 76 / FLO42 Conditions are still challenging – warm and humid, making it hard to maintain a high VPD. This week I removed some fan leaves to improve airflow between the buds. Despite the tough climate, the flowers are swelling nicely, and the trichome coverage is looking great – no complaints here. The forecast says a cooler and rainy week is coming, so I'm hoping to push them further into ripening with the help of a dehumidifier. We keep moving forward – the finish line is getting close! 💪

Y hemos llegado al final de esta semana mas que satisfecho con los resultados, no me canso de verlas sobre todo dos de ellas por los tonos purpuras que desarrollaron ya desde el inicio de la floración. Por el momento no me atrevido con la malla pero el tutorado para aprender a jugar con las técnicas de bajo estrés y ver como se comportan las plantas ha resultado realmente divertido.

Not much to report this week so far. Slightly defoliated above the Scrog to allow more light penetration for the lower branches. Plants starting to stretch abit now but nothing to bad.

From Newbie to WannaBE))ME

I absolutely love to watch them grow! Especially that moment they hit their first growth spurt. I started with RO water that is remineralized for drinking purposes. The ppm is only 18! My tap is 156! So considering they don’t need much water, I’ve been stealing some of our drinking water. The RO water starts at pH of 7. After I add the nutrients, ppm of 249 @ pH of 5.8 while soil is still sweet @ pH of 7 I think my days are off as a new week begins on the last day of the previous week. I am going to leave that for consistency. 04/21 - Noticing some possible nutrient issues with the Fruity Pebbles for several days now. Going to see what she needs. Up front I’m thinking maybe just a super small amount of Amino Acids with a little Epsom Salt. Maybe she is struggling to access the nitrates from the neem cake. IF it’s a issues with nitrogen. We will see. Maybe she would benefit from some extra calcium?… Any ideas are greatly appreciated. Day 22 and I am noticing how these girls have been burning up a lot of potassium lately, dealing with the wind and sun 💨 ☀️, getting pushed around all day. I plant to top dress with some Kelp Meal pretty soon. Day 24 -> 4/22/22- a quote from the weather on today’s red flag warning and dust storm warning. “ HAZARD...Less than a quarter mile visibility with damaging wind in excess of 60 mph. SOURCE...Satellite imagery. IMPACT...Dangerous life-threatening travel.” I’m keeping the girls inside today. Day 26, I was planning to check the runoff on some of these girls, especially the fruity pebbles, however I messed that up as I also top dressed WAY too much of the seaweed bliss. So I flushed with plain RO water at pH of 7 until there was only slight coloration in the runoff. I didn’t check the runoff as a lot has changed with all that flushing. So next watering/feeding I will make sure I check the runoff on multiple plants. So the seaweed bliss with its 17 on potassium, seems to be the most likely culprit for why there is a bronze-ish color on the inside of the new growth. Hopefully a foliar feed of Epsom salts can correct the problem. Inside tent, lights on LOW. Noticing similar pattern in all of them to a degree, most noticeable in the fruity pebbles.
