Hi Guys, Week 17. I think F2 is almost ready for harvest. I got some deficiencies on some of the leaves. WIll Upload photos when its time for her to wake up. I am scared that it might be light leaks due to the new 6 in fan I added for air out flow cause to temp is too high for flowering. The problem is the ducting. I used some cheap ducting that came as a package from my Phresh carbon filter... BE SURE TO CHECK FOR LIGHT LEAKS ON DUCTING and not just the grow area and the appliance lights. Will add more later. 9th June update: F2 is ready to be taken down. WIll Flush today and let it dry out for two or three days then its harvest time. QUESTION: How to tell if nutrients are flushed. Leaf color/Deficiencies right before harvesting. For my two plants in this grow. F1 - Healthy dark green color leaves, which was bigger and taller due to the early transplant to larger pot Mid Veg. I flushed a few days before harvest and almost all the leaves were healthy looking and dark green. F2 - A lot of thin dried and yellowish brown leaves that look like a lot of different deficiencies, which was shorter but collas are much bigger. It is short because I didn't transplant until 2 weeks into flower. . About to flush and harvest this week but the leaves are all showing heavy deficiencies. Does that mean there are still a lot of stored nutrients in the plant?????? thanks for the help in advance. BM

31 Aug. I start the third week of my autoflower. The plant is growing well, but I noticed small yellow spots on the leaf tips, which seem like a mild calcium deficiency. This is probably due to the fact that so far I have been giving water with a slightly low pH, around 6, while the ideal range would be 6.5–7. At the beginning, to lower the ppm of the tap water (which was around 211 ppm), I mixed it with demineralized water. This brought the ppm down to about 109–140, making it harder for the plant to absorb the available calcium. Additionally, the soil I am using, Biobizz Light Mix, is lightly fertilized but does not contain enough calcium to correct this small initial deficiency. For this week, I will not add any fertilizers. I simply want to raise the pH to 6.5 and use water with higher ppm, so the plant can better absorb the nutrients already present in the soil. The lamp is positioned about 35–36 cm from the plant and so far there are no burn issues. Temperatures range between 25 and 30 °C depending on the day, while humidity in the room stays between 40–60%. The humidifier is always on because I keep the window open, but the dehumidifier is not being used, as it is not necessary at the moment. I also have a new oscillating fan arriving to replace the current fixed one, and I’m waiting for a regulable extractor (90–145 m³/h), which will allow me to control the air perfectly during winter if needed. This week my main goals are: Increase the water ppm without overdoing it Adjust the pH to 6.5 Keep observing the plant without adding any fertilizers Everything else seems fine and growth is regular. With these corrections, I expect the new leaves to grow healthy and free of spots. ==UPDATE 31/08== To control the calcium deficiency, I will administer an eggshell solution until I reach 300 ppm (I will boil some eggshells and administer the solution in tap water).

07.12 - Big change this week : the Sweet Dreamz is finally outside for her full life cycle as the tent was overloaded with 4 plants so I took that one out. The plant is now around 80cm in a 7L pot , the structure is tall and a bit stretchy like her parents. I also spread some STS on the lower stem to make a sex reversion and make seeds with the 2nd Plant of that run ( the one I bearly shows you ) and with my other strains like the Cream Cookie , C4 Matic, BlackBerry and 6 shooters from my others diaries , it would be my largest breeding project. This week I had quite a bit of color changes in the leaves of one of the phenos. I thought initially that it was a PH problem or something had gone wrong but I think it is just natural color changes. Might be a bit of rut on the leaves but they have not dried up and go crusty so it may be just the color. Lots of purple edging on the leaves. The buds are further along on one of the phenos, really frosting up nice. Thanks for visiting my page and reading this far.

Did the start of my flushing last night. In 6 to 7 days I'll do another flush then 4 days after that, will do the 3 day flush before harvest. The aroma is overpowering very sweet with a bit of spice to it. Bud production is moving at a brisk pace. I did a small trim last week to uncover a few bud sites.

Ever since I turned to mars hydro I have double sometimes nearly quadrupled my yields I first had with eBay lights (meh) I have never looked back since and gained so much respect from the community and the breeders too! *****Week 17 growth – March 27 to Apr 2, 2021 – Week 8 flower ****** We are in the first full week of flush now. Color change time and more swelling😃👍 This girl has been a little smaller in bud mass but she has certainly been looking like fire little dense nugs on her💪👍😃 The smells coming off are increasing and getting some pine or lemon notes as well as woody. Buds are really dense but the lowers are going to end up in extracts as she has grown tight in a way and it’s been a little tough getting some light down lower in her. The girls are drinking well with being watered almost everyday. Moving into the phase of letting the pots dry right out before adding more water to ensure they are finishing all the nutrients in the media. Again, really just keeping them watered when they want it and taking pictures at this point😎 Little more detail….. Mar 27/21, Day 50 - 4L plain water at 6.0pH - fade is starting but she just isn’t going to lighten up as much as I would like by the time we get to the end......all is good though. Mar 28/21, Day 51 - 4L watering today with RO water. - 30ppm and 6.1pH Mar 29/21, Day 52 - cold in the tent today so turned the heater back on to brin up to 77 degrees. It was holding at 74, a little low. - nothing watered. Mar 30/21, Day 53 - 4L watering with tap water at 5.8pH - leaf edges darkening and showing some fade😃 Mar 31/21, Day 54 - watered late in the day with only 3L of RO water - 25ppm and 6.1 pH Apr 1/21, Day 55 - dry out day Apr 2/21, Day 56 - light power reduced again and down to 300 watts. - plain water with tap. - 3L each 280ppm and 6.1pH Through week 8 and going into 9 now. Still some nutrient to keep working on in the leaves......give them a little more time💪👍

The plants show healthy growth, but when I arrived at a secret place, I found that one of the 400 watts burned out, so part of the tent was not lit. This lamp has served me for about seven years, but nothing lasts forever. When I did the defolation, the second 250-watt lamp burned out, but unfortunately it worked for more than a year. It's good that I had replacement lamps. Due to the problem with the lamp, one side of the plants did not develop very well. But despite this, the processes of the plant became of sufficient size so that I took them for cloning. I took ten shoots, placed them in a hormone gel and transferred them to Rootriot, moving the clones into the greenhouse creating a microclimate there. 31-08-2019 Purple Kush started today after 12 weeks of low H5 light cycle is is good to get her into the new system Nutrition will be doubled on the next Nutrition Change out in 7 days. So far! All variables are under control. I like the fact I can turn the tap and check accurately and adjust if needed unlike soil unless you are using a soil kit all the time. 😎 Pump work 15 min intervals pumping Nutritional spray. 2 different Air flows 1) in solution with air stone and 2) open wand spray inside directed at the roots to provide additional oxygen.
