Starting to see nitrogen toxicity in the Solomatic, I'm watering with only PH water since 1 week now

Ab geht’s in die Blütephase! Die Kabul erweist sich meines Erachtens bisher pflegeleicht. Außer das ich sie am Anfang zur Seite gebogen habe, entwickelt sie sich kräftig. Die Seitentriebe haben sich ihren Platz ergattert und wachsen kräftig mit. Zur besseren Belüftung habe ich im unteren Bereich ein wenig Blätter und kleine Triebe entfernt. Nix spannendes… Ich beobachte jetzt ihren Stretch und werde dann nochmal in ca. zwei Wochen etwas radikaler dran gehen. 😎

Week 5 Veg Report: SCROG Netting, Massive Leafs & Precise Data Mastery! 🌱 Girls Growing Stronger Than Ever! 🌱 This week has been truly epic in the grow room—so much so that it’s time to bring in the SCROG net! With the canopy expanding and the younger ones still working to catch up, the SCROG net will help me achieve that perfect, even canopy. A well-placed SCROG not only ensures better light penetration but also gives the smaller plants a chance to spread out and thrive alongside their bigger sisters. Now, let’s dive deep into the SCROG method. The Screen of Green (SCROG) technique is a grower’s secret weapon for maximizing space, light efficiency, and yields. The concept is simple but powerful—train the plants to grow horizontally along the net, forcing them to expose multiple budding sites instead of just a single cola. This way, the canopy spreads evenly, improving light distribution and air circulation throughout the tent. As the plants grow, I’ll gently weave their branches through the screen, ensuring they fill every square inch of space. The end goal? A sea of buds all basking in equal light! 💪 Huge Leafs Everywhere! 🌿 One thing that’s really catching my eye this week is the size of the leaves—they’re HUGE! Honestly, they’re so big I couldn’t resist a little fun, so I made myself some fashion accessories: leaf earrings and a cap from the Super Sativa Seed Club Green Papaya! 😂 And, of course, I captured the moment. But seriously, large leaves at this stage are a great sign of healthy, robust plants. These “solar panels” are hard at work soaking up all the light, driving photosynthesis, and fueling growth. So, what does it mean when your plants are showing off big, luscious leaves? It’s a clear indication that they’re happy, healthy, and thriving in their environment—big leaves mean lots of energy being produced and stored for future bud growth. Exactly what we want! 💧 Precision Feeding with Aptus Nutrients 💧 This week, I took a deep dive into my Aptus nutrient lineup and shared a video explaining how each product affects the water’s pH and TDS. Using the AMP-3 Precision Meter, I’m getting real-time water readings and keeping everything dialed in perfectly. Let’s break it down: • pH: 5.83 • TDS in solution: 445 ppm • Water temperature: 25.2°C The Aptus products are incredible for balancing nutrients without throwing off the pH or TDS too much. I’m fine-tuning my feedings based on these readings to make sure the girls are getting exactly what they need. The precision I’m able to achieve with the AMP-3 is mind-blowing—I get immediate feedback on pH, temperature, and EC, allowing me to make real-time adjustments and ensure the perfect environment for nutrient uptake. 📊 Environmental Mastery Thanks to TrolMaster 📊 Speaking of control—let’s talk about the TrolMaster system! Between the DSH-2U Humidity Station and all the other sensors, I’ve created the perfect environment for my plants. Here’s where we’re at this week: • Temperature: 26.2°C • RH: 70.6% • CO2 levels: 775 ppm • VPD: 1.0 kPa • PPFD: 423 Thanks to TrolMaster, I can monitor and adjust these metrics in real time, and the best part? I can do it all through the TM+ Pro app, even while I’m lounging in my green papaya leaf hat! 😆 Whether I’m checking the CO2 levels, adjusting the lights, or fine-tuning the humidity, it’s all in my hands with just a tap of my phone. Talk about convenience! 🌱 P.S. – Inline Sensors: Heavy-Duty Precision 🌱 Now, let’s talk about the heavy-duty players in this game—the (PCT-2) Heavy Duty Inline EC/Temp Sensor and the (PPH-2) Heavy Duty Inline pH Sensor. These bad boys are connected directly to the AMP-3 Precision Meter, and they’ve been absolutely crucial in giving me the most accurate readings on my water and nutrient solution. The PCT-2 keeps me informed about the electrical conductivity and temperature of my solution, which is key for monitoring how well my plants are absorbing nutrients. Too high or too low, and we’re asking for trouble, but this sensor ensures I’m always in that perfect range. The PPH-2, on the other hand, is all about maintaining the perfect pH balance. A fluctuating pH can mean nutrient lockout or deficiencies, but thanks to this sensor, I get a constant read on my pH levels, so the plants are always in their sweet spot for optimal nutrient absorption. Fading happening and I check trichomes I think it will be another week or two max left for her to be harvested . Everything went well this week and she smells amazing .

Learned a lot from this grow and am very happy with the results. Pulled 2.8 Oz and 1.1 Oz of trim/popcorn buds in a one gallon pot. Definitely wont be doing that again, but had a lot of fun throughout the entire process. Going to be starting another grow soon! Very excited for that.

Tag 56 - Beginn der 9 Woche. Die Buds entwickeln sich weiterhin super. Starker Duft und extrem eisig. Wie schon erwähnt, entwickelt diese Pflanze für ihre Größe wirklich unglaublich dicke Buds. Diese Woche wurde nochmal gedüngt und auch schon mit den ersten Vorbereitungen zur Ernte begonnen. Am Tag 54 wurde das erste mal mit Advanced Nutrients Flawless Finish gespült. Dabei gebe ich 1,5 - 2ml/Liter als Zusatz zum normalen Wasser dazu. Der Plan ist dies 5 mal vor der Ernte zu wiederholen und das letzte mal mit normalen Wasser zu gießen. Gedüngt wurde an Tag 51 der letzten Woche. 3 Tage bevor mit dem Spülen begonnen wurde. Dies war natürlich die letzte Düngung. Nährstofflösung: 1 ml/l - Overdrive Advanced Nutrients 1 ml/l - Bud Candy Advanced Nutrients. 1 ml/l - B-52 Advanced Nutrients. 2 ml/l - pH Perfect Sensi Bloom Part A. 2 ml/l - pH Perfect Sensi Bloom Part B.

Another good week! I fed them once on Monday. A final shot to boost them for finishing up. I am pretty certain they will finish within 2 weeks.I also watered them on Thursday and today (Sunday). I defoliated both plants earlier this week as well. For one, I needed to open the canopy up to help keep the humidity down but, there were a lot of leaves yellowing and turning brown. I was not feeding them correctly... in the sense that I wasn't watering enough in between feeds. There were excess nutrients built up in the soil and I believe that led to the nutrient burn. Also, this was my first and only feed without the Grow Big due to flushing for week 9. I followed the Fox Farm feed schedule... but, I think I needed to understand my plants better! I also believe I stunted these girls! One is about 24" tall and the other is 21" tall. Both on the very low end of the growth chart. Overall, I am very happy!! So much to experience and learn in such a short window of time! I've thoroughly enjoyed this grow! I look forward to the harvest and experiencing all that is to come! One last thing... Anyone use GrowBuddy and any word on what is going on with the current download? I've followed the drama around taking so long and all that (the new hardware soon to be for sale for 2.0)... but, the website now says the software is available for free and working on Macs and Windows.... So, I downloaded it last night and I cannot activate an account. Everything has a greyed over kind of look... So, I assume they took some part of their servers offline... They haven’t had any Sea Salt, and I'm seeing a few issues: 1. Small pot and root zone stress 2. Some nitrogen deficiencies 3. Magnesium deficiency I’ll be addressing these issues in the next 2-3 days using only organic methods. I’ll start recording from day one to document the process. Remedy 1. Sea Salt – 1/4 gram per liter during feeding 2. Home Cultivated Live Microbes - 5-10ml / 1 Litter 9/19 Last 4 pictures are taken 9/19 @ 12~12:20PM I could wait more, but just want to feed now while she is in transit. 10ml / 1 LItter was mixed and gave @ 12:23PM on 9/19 I am hoping to see stress releaf in 24 hours at least.. 9/19 2ND UPDATE @ 6:30PM 2 Pictures were taken. It wasn't the pot being too small, but found out pot caucer was too fit and it was holding full of water..; This plant seems to stopped light green leafing a bit and inter vein darkening has started this morning until giving Microbes. 6 Hours later seems to have stopped or came back to normal color a bit. 9/20 At 6 AM, things look pretty much the same as they did last night at 6 PM, which was about 6 hours after the microbe feeding. The darkening of the leaf veins seems to have stopped, and the lighter green leaves have stabilized as well. Since this plant is bigger than the one in SSKNF Grow #3, it might take a couple more days to fully recover compared to Grow #3. 9/21 Last day of the week, and just one more to go. I'm optimistic that the plant is bouncing back, though I realize I could have given her a bit more attention earlier on. Now that she’s recovering, I’m looking forward to seeing how she progresses from here!

Einmal hier im gesponserten Bio Tabs NL Grow, von denen diese Woche der Orgatrex Dünger zum Einsatz kam. Der andere Grow wird mit Weedefix gedüngt, welche im Prinzip sehr ähnlich funktionieren. Für den ultimativen Vergleich kommen bald noch zwei neue Diaries mit zwei identischen Stecklingen um genau zu beobachten wie was performed. Die Pflanzen entwickeln sich super gut und sind sehr robust. Die Seitentriebe bilden sich immer weiter aus. Die Blattform ist schön Breit und Buschig. La semana va bien, pocos cambios, e notado que han crecido mucho. Esta semana será el pico de nutrientes para después empezar a bajarlos. Están consumiendo más agua que nutrientes, el EC hace 3 días permanece estable, pero consumen casi 8 litros en 3 días.
