Day 28 update: I think the light was too close to the plant, so I increased the distance to 50cm. It should help with the stretch of lower branches. Then I switched to Advanced Nutrients feed chart, adding 4ml/L of A+B formula and 2ml/L of other additives (for every liter in the reservoir). This made the ppm go crazy. Let’s see what happens, but I don’t like these unclear instructions. Ph Perfect keeps the ph stable for just a few hours, and they don’t say anything about ppm. Bad! Day 30 update: LST session + defoliation on fan leaves that were hiding lower branches. Day 32 update: transplanted to her final 20L AirPot (from a 5L one)! Added some michorrizhae as well where I placed the plant. Since I got a bigger pot, now it’s 250ml of solution every hour, instead of the previous 125ml. Day 34 update: immediately stopped using Advanced Nutrients feed chart (from their calculator) because I had that crazy 3100 ppm in the reservoir and noticed a small sign of overfeeding on a leaf in the top. I removed part of the solution and added tap water back until I got about 800 ppm. NOT HAPPY! Day 35: LST! Again

End of the third week of the stretch and they certain out did stretch indeed😳. Had to crop over the tallest female - she just stretched wayyy too much and that’s gonna go against her in the rankings when we draw out our seed on each plant. The first male has dropped fully and the others are another 1-2 days out from harvest. We’ll collect all that pollen and store it for future use if it’s needed. The plants are all showing both similarities and differences - there’s an even distribution of sativa and indica leaning phenos which suggests that there is def. Some variability in terms of traits for this F1 generation. Exactly what we were looking for as we pare this down to the second filial generation. On the overall growth - absolutely no issues at all with nutritional deficiencies which is a welcome change of pace. The last while we’ve been growing some strains that have shown very odd reactions to nute changes and I suspect this is a result of certain strains simply being bred out too far. Hard to say but the radar is definitely up with the well known breeders right now. We have some real winner pheno clones that we’ve rooted and will be flowering out once we get this tent cleaned up and free of pollen. All told, the run is progressing much better than anticipated and with the rate of turnover through transition, I’m happy to say that there isn’t any one plant I won’t consider test running on the next cycle. We did have some og auto genetics in the tent for pollination as well but that plant is looking like a bit of a mutant. Not sure if we’ll even bother with testing it at this point but you never know. Expect a harvest update on the males as we move in to the flowering side of the grow and then it’s just waiting around for seed👍. Alls well for now. Background This project has been a year in strain selection (and another year in the actual making) to get to this point with a viable potential cross. It’ll be a true polyhybrid with a mix of sativa and indica leaning properties for each. We’ve combined an especially powerful hybrid sativa strain of Strawberry with an equally manageable and hard hitting strain of indica dominant Skywalker OG. The hope has always been to combine them and boil out the best characteristics of each. The strawberry is phenomenal in terms of terp profile and a mix of strong head and body effects while the Skywalker is a mind bending, body butter kind of indica with that earthy Kush profile and flowery undertones. The strawberry is prone to botrytis and fasciation but features excellent terps and yields if grown correctly. She’s Also stretchy and somewhat unruly when she gets going. The Skywalker is a contrast in growth characteristics with a squat structure, medium sized buds and excellent resilience and resistance. The plan is to seed out the available females and take cuts of what we can post-stretch to get a closer look at any differing phenos. Still very much early stages for a stabilized new strain but we’ve got the right foundation of solid genetics. Now we just gotta get it off the ground to the next generation👍. We’re predominantly focused on the plants that demonstrate that hybrid vigour and wasting no time with any problem plants or runts. Absolutely blasting off, topped for last time this previous Friday, everything is bouncing back perfect growth has exploded. Still having a slight yellowing on the edges that can't seem to address, I fed every nutrients needed + calmag, pH is 6.7 on runoff, I feed Everytime with 6.4-6.5 pH, it has only received light feedings of Lotus nutrients and I have amended the soil with GaiaGreen 4-4-4 again, so I am hoping that fixes whatever issue is going on. But the smell is REMARKABLE, not even flowering yet but the stems REEK. A strong funky skunk smell from the stem rub. Going to tie down some more branches this week, and keep an eye on the leaves might introduce a superthrive foliar to get these things doing okay, I don't believe it's nutrient deficiency, but it could be nutrient lockout, not due to pH but maybe salt buildup? I tried flushing the soil one time but maybe it wasn't enough? Will keep everyone updated! Also yes I am aware 9 weeks is incredibly long for the progress it's showing but I left it in starter pot for 3-4 weeks, so it is about 6 weeks old progress wise, I intentionally slowed it down until I had room in the tent!

will update on taste and effects when they have done curing 💚🧀 So I tried both cheeses last night and they were both slightly different in taste . plant 1 my short and bushy cheese had a pungent cheese taste and smell were as plant 2 had more of a citrus taste . both made me feel lovely and relaxed 💚👌🙏

I mean this genetics it's excellent ... if I would grow zombie kush again ... good job ripper seed ... she fought and was very strong against the plagues after a beginning outdoors ... she fought against the white fly. worms .. red spider and other insects ... and deserves your recognition ... it will not be the most beautiful plant with its leaves impeccable ... but she is a champion ... thank you ripper seed .. .

So...eine von den 2 Pflanzen ist ins große Zelt (150×150cm) gewandert. Da wird sie von 7 l Topf in 10 Gallonen Stofftopf mit living soil (dieses mal Rezept #1 "coots mix" von Jeremy) umgetopft. Living soil "kocht" gerade. Nicht dass ich living soil Fan wäre (geringerer Ertrag) aber wenn ich wieder zwei Wochen weg bin, kann ich einfach nur Wasser tropfen lassen und die Pflanze bleibt gesund. Ah ja...Terpene sind evtl. auch besser...das konntd ich bisher aber nicht unter Beweis stellen. Die zweite Pflanze die anfangs auch auf dem Balkon war, ist immer noch im Freien unbemerkt...mache da demnächst Bilder P.S. hab jetzt Video und Bilder gemacht. Wächst nicht so schnell...aber die Farbe und der Glanz sind phenomenal

Week 7 March 26 -Doing a bit of LST just letting them grow keeping the VPD between 1.0-1.1 - Got some tacoing on a few of them but starting to see that’s genetics as the other three are doing well with the temps and humidity -got a runt in the corner here but we are gonna let her ride -also have a sharia law clone from last run and a Cerezaz clone from last run going with these ladies to fill out the tent -looking to trellis these ladies to keep em under control because I can’t flip em yet cause I got a male flowering so it’s gonna be at least 2-3 weeks before I can flip -other than that the tent started smelling like a car garage just oil and fuel hoping for some more sour notes come flower

I had to cut the girls this week, it's been about 3 days and I think they recovered pretty quickly. Plant 1 drinks 1.7 l, plant 2 - 1.5 l, plant 3 - 0.6 l, plant no. 1 has a mega trunk. I also put them under so that they are the same height.

The germinated seed was directly placed in the final 11-liter pot with BioBizz LightMix soil

This week continues with nice flowering with strong smell. One plant is light green, I don't know why. I also added on more light to my grow tent.

Welcome to week 3 📅 Day 15 6/21/2021 She is now feeding from the reservoir and things are going great. The micro top has almost fully recovered and the undergrowth is growing nicely. I would like to say a few words about Mars Hydro. the TS 1000 is a great light and I love the fact that the power supply is capable of being separated from the light and located outside of the tent to keep the heat down. I also like the fact that you can control the light intensity and daisy chain with another light witch is what I plan on doing. Update Day 18 6/24/2021 she is growing fast and drinking lots as I have had to top up the res. I have also put the TS 1000 at 100% and the plants love it

Welcome to week 5 of flower! Things are moving along and where gaining mass on the flowers daily! With some of the plants starting to fade into a nice purple in their leaves I can only imagine at the end in 4-5 weeks! Day#33F Fuel D.og#2 is still yellow but she's not getting worse or better, it may be something I can't control as I can't come up with any solutions to the issue. Installed the first net. May install another. Day#34F Pictures N/A. Flowers are thickening up and starting to give off their scent really well now. Day#35F Pictures N/A. Cleaned up the bottoms of the plants abit more as well as took away some leaves blocking light to flower sites. Recap: Things went well this week the ladies are pumping trichomes and weight won't be long till we see some real thick flowers. Over all really pleased with this run so far!

Yooo growers 🌱, We’re 8 weeks in and let me tell you — this grow is going absolutely wild. Everything’s blowing up like weeds (the good kind, of course 😎). From the jump, the girls were full of energy, and now the tent’s starting to look like a mini jungle. I’ve been running a 300W HID in a 60x60 tent, keeping temps and humidity dialed in just right. Feeding with Green House nutrients and sticking to a solid 16-hour light schedule through veg — and man, the plants are loving it. Week by week, they just kept stacking height and packing on that lush green. Now here in week 8, things are looking prime. The structure’s solid, leaves are healthy, and I can already feel the pre-flower tension in the air. A few more days and the real show begins — flower time, baby! Couldn’t be happier with how it’s all tracking so far. Stay tuned, 'cause if veg looked like this, the bloom is gonna be straight fire 🔥 Catch ya in the next update. ✌️
